I called Sunrise Automotive after having a bad experience with two other local so-called mechanics. The shop was just around the corner from mine and I called mostly for the convenience.What I learned was that this was the best call I could have made regarding my truck.I spoke to Abraham who wanted my VIN or license plate number so that he could find the exact parts that I needed, and that he would stay open and wait for me to arrive from Grants Pass.To make a long story short, Abraham was able to replace my AC components and get me back on the road the next day.He was well experienced and knew exactly what parts needed to be replaced.Even though this cost me twice what the previous Craig’s List mechanics quoted me, I knew that I was getting a quality repair, and that I didn’t have to worry about it failing on me in the middle of nowhere.Next time you think about trying to save some money and time with a Roberto or Terry from Craig’s List, DON’T! One of them wouldn’t call me back and the other said he couldn’t do it when I called him the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm, after waiting a week. What a waste of time!Do yourself a favor and call Abraham at Sunrise Automotive.You won’t have to worry about your decision and it will save you money in the long run.I believe my AC system will now outlive my old 99’ F250 truck.If and when my Lexus ever needs warranty work, I won’t hesitate taking it to Abraham for the repairs because I trust him to get the job done fast and done right.Thank you Abraham.

Our Jeep’s power steering pump failed while traveling through town. After calling multiple shops, all of whom said they didn’t have time until next week to fix, Abraham took us in and got us up & running THE SAME DAY! He was extremely honest, upfront & fair. Highly recommend to any & all!

I brought my jeep to Abraham to fix a leak in my exhaust and to replace a bad o2 sensor. When I picked it up about a week later my exhaust looked as good as the day I got it. he is very knowledgeable in just about every aspect that involves a vehicle in any way and I plan on bringing my jeep to him whenever a repair is needed. even now, a month later, my jeep still sounds great.

Extremely honest and caring mechanic! Not only did Abraham fix my car in less time than he originally estimated it was cheaper than the quote! When was the last time someone charged you less than what they first estimated? I have recommended friends and family since and they have all received the same treatment. I will definitely continue to bring all my auto repairs here.

I had an experience with Sunrise when Johns Auto Care Center said that would be over $2K to fix something on my 83 Mercedes 190E. Johns said there would be a lot of labor and thats why it would be so much. A friend referred me to Sunrise. On a Friday, I gave Sunrise $400 thinking it would be alot of money to fix. Abraham said he was going out of town to Sacramento and then when we got back he would be able to work on it. On Tuesday, Abraham called and said to come down. The hood was up and he unscrewed a part and placed it in my hand. Took a small part out of his pocket and screwed it on. Then he said, Tina, did that look like alot of labor? You paid me too much money-is there anything else you want fixed on the car and I said yes. He fixed the A/C which never worked and gave me a oil change as well. Well worth it! I highly recommend him!

Down to earth, honest mechanic. Abraham has been fixing up my cars up for a few years now. I know I can go to him to and get the job done right the first time. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to family/friends.

I called this mechanic because I knew my AC compressor fan was broken and just wanted to know how much he would charge me for fixing it. Then he went on to tell me that my AC compressor was not the issue and to take my car in so he could look at it. He kept my car for 3 days to call me back and tell me it was my AC compressor that was broken and wanted to charge me 90 dollars for telling me what I initially told him. When I expressed that I was upset and he was not telling me anything new, that I told him that the AC compressor was broken he became very confrontational and even started insulting me. Then the mechanic refused to continue dealing with me and stated he needed to speak to my husband or boyfriend because I knew nothing. I would give this place negative stars if I could. He was very sexist, insulting, and took advantage of the fact that I am a female and know little about cars. Please take your service elsewhere. By reading the other reviews, you can tell this is a pattern behavior.

Truck broke down just outside Medford, OR while on vacation. The shops owner worked through lunch and after business hours to get me repaired and back on the road. Im back on the road today and am so thankful to have been graced by this kind (and skilled!) mans presence yesterday. Honest and hard-working men do exist. One such man is named Abraham and he owns a place called Sunrise Automotive near Medford, OR. Thank you again!!!

Abraham had my suv for 4 and a half months, to fix a broken door lock. I was calling weekly to see what was happening, he would tell me he would call me back and never did. When I did speak with him he was confrontational. When I finally gave up and had my car towed my car had been left outside for the entire 4 months in the rain with the windows down, parts were strewn all around the vehicle, the tire flat and Rim on the ground. He left me with a vehicle that had all of its electric components dangling out from end to end, a dead battery, and a car that wouldnt run. BEWARE!!

I took my car because the power of still was making a noice. He keept my car for a month and charged me $700 for nothing! He did not fix it. The car was still making the noise nothing changed. And when I took it back to him and complained he said it might be something else that he needed to check it again and charged me againg for a new service.. He is just stilling money from people.. I Do Not Recomend This Guy..
