Tony did me right! I was in a bad situation where I was being conned by Valley Boys, in that they were responsible for this issue and made an attempt to get $700-$800 out of me. I knew the problem was not a big issue. Tony fixed the problem...under $50. When I know he took a bit of a loss. I am so grateful! I highly recommend Tonys Preferred Automotive! What an honest guy! After losing our home in the Almeda fire and having to jump from motel to air bnbs. My car wouldnt start at all, Tony said I could get my car towed to his shop so he could help me find out the issue. We expected a few days before he could get to my car and we planned on taking an uber. We have been living out of our car (motels etc) with me, my mom and cat & dog. As soon as we got to Tonys shop, he immediately came out and started testing things under the hood, he comes out with a new battery for my car and starts it right up. God bless Tony and his crew. I cant thank them enough for their care and compassion.

I brought my vehicle to Tony because of a badly needed clutch job, ive had Tony work on my vehicles for years and he always did decent work but not this time, Tony changed his price by $400.00 dollars when he found out I was getting help to pay for this job he quoted me $800 dollars but wound up charging $1200.00 dollars and I later found that he cut corners by not installing parts that come with a new clutch and now my truck is having major problems getting it into gear and Tony wont stand by his work and has left me in real trouble, hes not who he used to be, he looks like hes on drugs or something, I wouldnt take my vehicle to tonys precision automotive if I were you, hes doing lousey work and when theres a problem, your on your own, good luck

On my trip from WA to NV my car broke down and i was stuck in the middle of no where with my car filled with all of my personal belongings and all of my 10 month old daughters clothing and belongings. my car was towed to this shop and the owner has kindly let me keep my car safely on the lot til i can receive it. 100% best customer service and very nice people. Definitely recommend service here if stopping by.

Ive been taking all my vehicles to Tony for years. He is the only mechanic I truly trust to give me an honest assessment and fair price on parts and labor. I know that he stands behind any work performed at his garage or contracted out to speciality shops. He has also gone above and beyond for me on a personal level when I was in a time of need and experienced a total mechanical failure. Its nice to know there are people out there like Tony that still operate with old school business ethics.

So I started to bring my car to them about a month or so ago give or take. The alternator went out on me. I chose this place because we had bought a used car for my daughter and brought it in for a look and they where super nice and we got good vibes from them. So naturally when my car broke down they where the first thought in my head. I know nothing about cars so I felt like I could trust them. They ended up replacing the alternator. The first one they put it didnt work so they got another one and that seemed to do the trick. I picked it up paid $350 (appox) and I felt like that was fair. I drove it about 3 days and it did the same thing. So now my second time bringing it back they said it was again the alternator and they replaced it with no further charge. I picked it up and again 2 or 3 days later the same exact thing happend. So I called and had it towed back again. This time it cost me $55 co pay with my AAA. When I called I felt like I was annoying them. Definitely felt uncomfortable having my car go back there but I felt like I had no choice because I am a single mom and have limited funds.. I had it towed on a Monday and come Wednesday I had heard NOTHING from them. (At thing point I had even asked if we should just get a brand new alternator vs the rebuilt one put in. I asked this before having the car towed.) So I called 2 times on Wed and they never called me back until Thursday afternoon and told me it was the battery. So I paid another $135 for a battery. I again had the car for 2 or 3 days and it did the SAME thing. So my mom said bring it somewhere else I will pay for it. So I brought it to Finish Line in Rogue River the guy was amazing. He took the alternator off did a bench test and it showed it wasnt putting off enough power. He then took the alternator to his guy who he gets his rebuilt from. He opened it up and immediately saw the regulator was bad. Put in a new heavy duty regulator and I have driven it for over a week now with NO issues. This cost me another $261. I dont want to say they are bad people but they definitely buy cheap parts and I feel as if they acted like I was an annoyance. I will never bring my car back there again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they didnt try to charge me more than once even though I brought my car back 3 times. I will attach pictures of the bad regulator. The second guy said in his professional opinion the regulator had not been replaced when they rebuilt the alternator and to top it off it was a super cheap regulator that dont last very long.

Hands down the BEST mechanic in the valley! Tony is honest and fair and is only person I would trust with my families vehicles.
