Riding through and needed a new front tyre for my KTM 950. They had a decent selection in stock at good prices. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if youre on the TAT and need any parts or services.
Not just a KTM only store! You have something you need? These guys can get it for you. Great customer service and your supporting a local business. Give them a try!
From the time I purchased my bike from them to present, these gents are true professionals.Knowledgeable on the products which they sell and the local landscape.
They sold me a 2010 250 XCF-W with no warranty (understandably it was a used bike) but they assured me they went through every square inch of the motor and that it was solid. So I took the bike for a riding trip that weekend in california, bike started smoking end of first day and eating oil so kinda ruined my trip, I took it back to a trusted bike shop and he pulled it open, turns out it had a blown head, and the wrong piston rings in it and needed a rebuild. so after another $1,100 on top of the 3,500 that was paid for the bike I was able to ride it without any problems and now it runs great and i love it. iβm still giving 3 stars because they are nice people to deal with and because I should have been more careful in choosing where I buy a used bike from, I would probably still buy new from them but never used or let them do any work on my bikes but thatβs just my opinion from what I myself and a few friends have experienced in dealing with them. I still got there and buy parts occasionally mainly because there the only place i can get some KTM factory parts but not my preferred shop, iβm not trying to bash them or anything just sharing my experience, hope this review helps.
Were from out of town and these guys were able to squeeze us in to help us with a battery/charging issue and get us going again. Very friendly, very helpful. Highly recommend.
Excellent service throughout the sales process. Let me know when the 2018 250 SX would arrive, it came early, headed to the KTM store in Medford and Dustin took care of me.Dustin had great advice, along with the best choice for aftermarket add-ons and how to install them. Jeff, the owner gave a fair price saving me money over other dealers I talked to.Will definitely buy my next bike here, and any parts I need, just really good guys. Very happy. BRRRAAAAaaaapppp!
Oregon Motorcycle Adventures is an awesome company! I rode from the coast of North Carolina to Oregon Coast on myK1190 Adventure bike. Jeff and his staff went out of their way with their services, price, helpful knowledgeable. I wish we had a motorcycle shop here locally that treated its customers as fairly and kindly as Jeff and his whole team treated me. Please support the businesses like Oregon Motorcycle Adventures!! Please help them become even more successful. Buy their products and use their services!! We all need for these kinds of businesses to be there when we need them!! Glenn Miller North Carolina
Best motorcycle dealership in southern
When my KTM started acting up on a trip, OMA got me back on the road in 2 hours! The next time Im in town, I might just ride away on a new KTM.
Amazing people ask for Dustin
Great experience. They did a 20k service on my ktm 950 adventure. Fixed a warranty issue I didnt know about. The bike runs awesome, they did an awesome job. Im very happy with the service I received.
Best place in the valley
Bought my first KTM from this shop and found they were honest, helpful and all around great people. They will have my business for life.
The shop tried charging $80 for a nitrogen fill on a rebuilt shock. I have to assume it was inflated by mouth because this is typically a $20 job. I upped you guys from 1 star to 3 but I still think things could have been managed better especially on the customer service end of things. I highly recommend you look at shop prices, get a Clymers manual, and make sure you are and informed customer to avoid being overcharged.
Hands down my best experience with a bike shop since moving to Oregon. Down to earth real people, do yourself a favor if they can do it for you have them do it. Thanks for making the kickstand spring a snap!
Great folks working here. Owner went out of his way to accommodate us. Reasonable pricing.
A group of friends and I traveling from Canada rolled into their parking lot at 1am. We had to get up early and get much needed parts to keep the trip going, right from the moment the owner showed up and seen our huge motorhome and trailer blocking his parking lot he met us with a smile. Invited us into the shop, printed wiring diagrams and lent me a multimeter. His mechanic in on day off just to grab something took a look at my bike and even offered to go home and strip parts off his own bike to get us riding that day. Owner offers to fill up water tank.in motorhome and always had a smile. Next time we travel through i will be stopping to spend more money. Thanks again from Canadian eh.
These guys are great. Dustin was super easy to work with. Might have been the easiest motorcycle purchase I have ever done.
The guys here are amazing! Super helpful... got me up and running same day!
Owner needs to get out of the business. Went in to talk about my next bike ktm 690 and to see if they had a part i needed. didnt even get to the bike because he jumped on me thinking i wanted to return a part purchased elsewhere through him. I told him no i would be returning it where i bought it and purchasing the correct part with you if the price is close. Well they were 20% more expensive. I started to give some suggestions from the consumers point of view about how they could add value to the purchase even if it was more expensive but he got so defensive and started yelling at me. Didnt even let me finish. Said i was lucky they were here and that i didnt know anything about retail. Well i know enough not to alienate someone who is getting a $10k bike. Little bit of self control would go a long way.Wow you cant even tell the truth in your own rebuttals. That wasnt the price you quoted and I didnt bring in a part to return at the store. Brought it in so you could see the exact part I needed.
I have done business with at least a dozen motorcycle dealerships over the past 45 years and seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. OMA KTM is a breath of fresh air compared to some other shops in the valley. I really appreciate being greeted by name when I come in. It makes me feel welcome and that the staff are happy to see me. They clearly love motorcycles and seem glad to work there. Many of the reviews show that staff have gone above and beyond to serve customers. That has been my experience, too.OMA KTM is a shop where its fun to go and spend time getting the parts and gear you need, visit and talk with fellow riders, appreciate high-performance motorcycles and be inspired toward future riding adventures.
Bought parts and gear over the years been great. Recently went in and they have the new Alta electric bikes in stock.
Excellent bike shop with very helpful staff. Prices are very competitive with online sources and they have many parts and accessories in stock.
Great service, friendly staff and a great atmosphere inside the shop. Prices are competitive unless you go to some of the smaller one man shops.
Jeff The Owner Gave Me A Super Deal On A New 2017 KTM 1290 R Super Duke. Everything As Promised. Dustin And Boney Are Staff And Knowledgeable In Everything KTM. A Good Vibe Motorcycle Shop. Thank You For The Great Experience. If I Could Give Them More Stars I Would!!
The owner Jeff was very patient with my multiple visits and eventually we negotiated a very good deal on a consignment 1190 adventure. Even let me borrow his trailer to bring it home
I am in the process of buying my bike from these guys and they have been nothing but helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. These guys rock!
Thanks to Jeff and crew. Had a good experience. All were very accommodating.
Great service....They went the extra mile to find a clutchCable for my KLR AND they had it installed the next day. Their tech looked ovèr my bike and fixed a couple things I hadnt noticed.Oregon Motorcycle Adventures is my goto shop from now on.BTW, now would be a good time to book your service work before the Spring Rush.
The crew at OMA KTM is one of a kind. The owner, Jeff, is someone who understand how to run a business. The parts manager, Dustin, is on top of his game! The quick turn around to order parts is amazing! They know how to take care of their customers. The mechanic, Randy, is one of the best in town. He has been a mechanic for a while now and knows the ins and outs of a bike! Wouldnβt want anyone else working on my bike. I have purchased a few bikes from here and I always know I am getting a good deal and being taken care of. I know I will purchase my next bike from here as well! Thank you OMA KTM!
Mounted new tires for me in a hurry when I was in a rush. Fair prices, good service. Thank you.
These guys are great. The only place Ill take my Husqvarna.
3 years ago I bought a 07 Yamaha Vstar with a couple of issues. I figured no problem just take it to the Yamaha dealer. I discovered the Yamaha dealer left town. A couple other so-called mechanics claimed they could fix it, but $500.00 or so later I had a really fd up bike. After a couple of years of disappointment I learned OMA-KTM had a great Yamaha tech who had been the head mechanic for the previous Yamaha dealer. No exaggeration when I say my bike is way better, faster and a whole lot more enjoyable than I could imagine. So much thanks to Boney, Dustin and all the guys at OMA-KTM. Let me say that a well-intentioned mechanic for $60.00 an hour does not compare to a real tech at $80.00 an hour. These guys ran all the specs, troubleshooting everything you could think of and also gave me their Good Guys Discount knocking a few hundred bucks off the original total. I am sold on OMA-KTM!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
This dealer is very involved with the local Motorcycle Riders Association. Dont kid yourselves, if not for his and others support and hard work we would have lost our local riding area long ago. Thanks, OMA KTM and thank you MRA. Support those who support us.I continue to do do business at OMA KTM, I continue to get exceptional service. These guys have pulled a part off a new bike so that I wouldnt miss a weekend and didnt charge me a penny extra. Obviously, they then had to turn around install the new part when it came in costing them time and effort. Jeff the owner is a straight shooter that you can trust. His mechanic has actually come up to the counter several times taking the time to walked me through a few do it yourself fixs. This is a riders shop these guys ride, know bikes and know the riding community. These guys will go out of there way for you big time but hey, they are not doormats. If you try to clean your feet on them they arent going to put up with it. If they were the kind of guys that would put up with it I wouldnt have any respect for them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Last Fall I bought my first KTM, a Duke 690. The guys at OMA-KTM treated me with kid gloves and let me ask all the dumb questions I wanted before I bought. The service was great, I even took my kids XR70 in for some service needs. If your ever thinking about getting a KTM new or used go see the guys at OMA-KTM before you buy.
Nice KTM dealership, nice showroom, some good deals...
Jeff really knows his stuff. Gives you the no bull approach and his prices are really close to online stuff when you consider shipping.
