I was VERY impressed with how fast this company processed my order and shipped the product. It showed up WAY before I ever expected it. Got me back on the road early!Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I put the HB125-07 in and had a question. Sent and email and left an afterhours voicemail. Roger returned my call the very next morning. That is impressive!!Now... the product... I have not logged many miles as of yet. The new primary chain has to settle in and I have to prime the tensioner. Rookie mistake...DO NOT FORGET to prime the tensioner before install. ;) As of now, the difference in shifting and overall noise is AMAZING. Im running a 124 Muscle M8 from Zippers Performance, putting out over 150HP and 150LB Torque. This tensioner is a must as the stock Harley adjuster would constantly need to be backed off. Yes... from riding it like I am at the track! :)This is a no brainer upgrade for any Harley. Especially if you have done some motor upgrades. Thank you to both Dan at Zippers for the recommendation and Roger for getting back to me ASAP.

Been riding over 13 years. If you know and love bikes don’t go here. Shop is disgusting, they have customers bikes back just littered everywhere. Roger insisted I come back and sit on bikes that he’s working on. (You NEVER sit on another mans/woman’s bike without their permission) Literally scuffed a bikes windshield with another bikes brake when I stood it up because they were so close together after he INSISTED then told me not to worry about it. Quote came back for a control wire extension $400 higher than what he had originally told me. So decided to not do the rewire and just do a simple handlebar switch ($200). He got mad and told me it was a two month wait then. I asked Roger to put me on his list just in case and he was rude and reluctant to and was insulting towards the work I’m doing on my bike. I can deal with rude and expensive mechanics but I would NEVER leave my bike there seeing how they treat them back in the shop. Everything in a layer of dust and literally scuffed up and jammed together.ThunderStruck Custom Bikes got me in for less money and no appointment with same day install and 2 hour labor costs.

Best in the Rogue Valley by far. This is the only place that I will take my bike.
