Bought a vehicle and the stereo system had issues. An aftermarket system was put in and my wife and I werent happy with it. Wes had a new original factory radio put in. Had to purchase a new tire yesterday for my 2019 Rogue. The 4th tire Ive had to purchase since Oct 2019 purchase date of the Rogue. Found out that the first 3 tires I purchased was overcharged a total of just over $240. If you have purchased tires for your Nissan Rogue (or perhaps any vehicle at Monken) I suggest making sure you were not overcharged. The 4th tire was free and the outstanding $ were added to my rewards, so I should break even.

This dealership does not stand but their used cars. We bought a car and in about 3-4 months started dying while driving. We called them and they said the warranty didn’t cover the repairs and actually said that’s what can happen if you buy a used car. About 3 months later the car died while pulling out in busy traffic and my 16 year old could have died. I called again and when I asked if they would help out with the costs to fix it they laughed and hung up on me. I understand buying a used car is a risk, but the fact this dealership sold a car knowing of the issues and dangers of driving it and laughed when I mentioned my daughter could’ve been killed shows you the customer service level. Please be careful and do your research when buying a used car from this dealership.

We had an AMAZING experience at Munken while we’re considering purchasing, what is now our sweet new, used 4Runner. We spoke with Shannon on the phone a few days before we met and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We drove from St Louis on Saturday, in the rain and when we pulled in Shannon met us outside with her warm and friendly smile. She escorted us to our vehicle, which they had TOTALLY detailed, inside and out in there service area where it was dry as a bone. We looked it over, loved it more than we did from the pictures and took it out for a test drive. We knew within a mile that this was going to be our new ride. We pulled back into Munken and Shannon was waiting, offered us something to drink and took us into her office where we told stories of our families and signed some papers. After Shannon worked her magic she turned us over to Melanie, their finance gal and she answered ALL our questions and made us feel very informed and very much at ease. After the final paper was signed Wes came and thanked us for our business and wish us well with our new car. I would without a doubt recommend Monken to anyone considering buying a new or used car.
