I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars. Jeff and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care when we were 2,000 miles from home with motorcycle issues. The entire staff treated us with so much kindness and respect. The service we received was excellent. We are incredibly grateful and thankful for their high quality service.

After a suggestion from a friend I took my 96 Suzuki 4x4 quad to Powersports Northwest after getting ripped off at Magic Coutom Cycle shop in Roy .As I was waiting for my turn at the service desk I over heard the conversation between the customer and Shawn (I think it was) the service technician and was completly blown away . I heard a technician that knew his stuff and was straight forward and helpfull, I couldnt wait to talk to him myself . After getting the BS from other shops I was impressed with the knowledge and customer service shown and now have faith my quad is in good hands !! MJ Camuccio

Wish i could leave 0 stars.Waited 2 weeks to get my rzr worked on as Im out o town and have very few tools. I told them it was a custom rzr but when i got to the shop they said they wouldnt work on it as it would be too hard.I amazoned the parts myself and fixed it with the tools i had in half a day. If Id had a shop I could have done it even faster.Cant review their service bc I didnt get any but if removing a diff is too hatd Id say steer clear unless your getting an oil change. .

They were able to order the part I needed at a lower price than the internet.

My grandson gets his parts for his Motorbike here. He says everyone is so helpful and gives him great advice on how to make his bike run better.

Everyone that works there seems to have a very “I don’t care” attitude towards customers. Low knowledge of products they sell as well. I’ll be driving the extra hour to south sound because they actually care about their customers.

I bought my first motorcycle from them! I called day of and they were able to give me an out the door price before I headed out on the long drive. Everyone was so nice on the phone and in person. They had the bike ready for me the same day despite a busy holiday weekend. They were great to talk to and so so helpful from paperwork, to loading, to suggesting a place to eat after the long drive. I highly recommend them! And I thank them for such a great experience.

Nice people, but put the wrong size tube in my motorcycle tire and valve stem sheared off after a days ride ended up costing me what he charged me twice and left me stranded on the side of the road

Without an appointment, I brought the back tire/wheel and a replacement tire for my 2005 Goldwing for them to change out at 2:30 PM. They were great in the service department. They made room for me ASAP and had it finished by 4:40. I recommend Powersports Northwest service Dept.

Have most of everything you would ever need in terms of powersports, dont forget to hide a few hundred bucks out of your paychecks from your wife to splurge on your need for adventure!

They need more inventory and they need to bring back watercraft especially having Mayfield lake and Riffe lake just down the road

Ive had a battery charging issue with my 2007 Suzuki King Quad 700 for years. Every year I buy a new battery and keep the quad on a charger nightly, even then it would stall at idle or when I turned on the lights, etc...it took 2 attempts but the service people at Powersports Northwest went the extra mile and spent a lot of time trying to find this phantom issue. Turns out it was a broken ground wire in the wiring harness. I wish I would have just taken this quad to them 10 years ago when this problem started.BTW - It sounds like this is a known issue from the factory and not an issue of not running the quad long enough to charge to the battery, thats a fable.

Kinda disappointed.Saw a good deal on a bike so I drove down from Tacoma area and the bike was on hold. The sales man was pleasant enough but the website says updated daily which obviously isn’t the case.

Bought a used V-Star from these folks last year. Absolutely fantastic. They made the whole process super easy, cheap, and quick. Id definitely recommend coming here. Thanks again guys!

Bought a couple bikes here over the years and purchase lots of equipment. They will price match things for what I can get them online. Brian is a great salesman, Chris in parts knows his stuff and that Shane in service is very good at getting you in. The owners are there most every day and are nice people.

I walked into the store shopping for a helmet for my son-in-laws birthday. I probably do not look like your average customer, but at least 3 staff persons saw me, and I was never greeted, or even acknowledged, so I left. I will buy his helmet on Amazon.

When I bought my Honda ATV, I signed up for the RPM Diamond warranty service which is a premium warranty, and had a decent sales experience. However, Last week, I took my machine in for its first Manufacturers recommended service at 20hrs of operation because I want to make sure to maintain my vehicle in accordance with warranty requirements. When I went in to get the service done, and was given a work order. The work order listed the items for the initial service and had the price of $0.00 for every item. I thought, Cool, its like my truck, free services under warranty. When I went to pick it up, I was handed a bill for $369.00. Holy cow!!! Thats 3 times what I pay for a Ram 3500 service of $115 (due at appx 80hrs (5000miles)), and 10 times what I have to pay for a Honda Civic Service $30 at their respective dealerships where they use a lot more fluids, on a lot more complex machines. Frankly, its highway robbery to charge this much to do a 20 hr service on a single cylinder ATV. I dont ever want to go back to this dealer for regular maintenance, and will likely not ever purchase another vehicle from them. A maintenance service at 20hrs shouldnt cost 5% of the total new vehicle cost.

Counter lady was nice, their parts guy had no clue what he was doing. Manager tried to get me to pay a shop fee to measure 4 valve shims that were sitting on his counter . Its too bad pro caliber moved​.

Bought our Honda Pioneer SXS there. Good fast service on that. Prices are high like any dealership. I bought parts there and the parts department did not seam to be qualified and had trouble looking.up parts. Dont take your bike here for repairs! I got tires installed here and the bike handling was terrible due to the tires I had installed. When I took it back they said it was caused wind buffeting. I later but on new tires on the bike and it handled great. This is the worst repair facility I have dealt with in my 40 years of riding motorcycles!

Brought my quad there said i needed it done fast 3 days later it was done and ready to go amd it runs great now

Pretty spendy place to have work done, buying parts here you never know if the price is going to be competitive or not. They make great use of their space when displaying riding gear. The best part of this shop is the staff. Everyone actually knows what theyre talking about or will ask someone who does. When speaking with the service desk ive always been given honest quotes, and when ive just come in with questions ive been givin sound advice. The employees who have helped me all seem to know their system very well, which has made finding and ordering parts amd tools easy and painless. Ive yet to purchase a new vehicle here, but i very much look forward to doing so in thr future.

Nice people they even picked up my bike when it broke, but they charge too much for the services and don t own up to things they do like scratching the tank or completing the job they charge you for, stay away unless you have money to burn .
