I have always loved Santa Lucia. The new addition of the Flourish Cafe....just amazing! I had a club wrap and peppermint Patty cheesecake. Both were so fresh and delicious. Great service and atmosphere! Top notch all the way around.

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment you enter, you can feel that it is a labor of love and this is only confirmed when you taste their coffee and food offerings. I don’t live in Centralia but their shop is my go-to stop between Portland and Seattle as they have easy parking right off I-5 and they can rival the best coffee and snacks in either city. I always stock up on freshly roasted beans to enjoy at home which are fairly-priced and make a perfect cup at home. And if they have it, do yourself a favor and buy some house-made chocolate!

Have known the owner a very long time. They are caring, kind and intelligent. Their products are excellent and Ive made many good memories within those 4 walls. Support local businesses and their right to protect their employees.

This place has been my home away from home since moving to Centralia. The atmosphere and the employees are always warm and welcoming. The coffee is locally brewed and delicious.

Don’t give this place your money if you stand for freedom. According to Lucy they don’t want unvaxxed money anyway…get a commie free coffee and vote with your wallet!

I love Santa Lucia, and order online for my coffee beans, since Ive moved to Vancouver WA. Nothing better than getting those freshly roasted beans in the meail.

I came into Centralia on the morning train and the first place I went to a block away was Santa Lucia coffee. Love this place. It is usually the best part of my trip. Best cup of coffee, served by lovely, gracious, employees. 🥰

Wish I could give a no star review. Owner discriminates against vaccinated individuals and states she doesn’t want them in her place of business. Even laughs at the people losing their jobs due to this. Will never be eating here again.

Amazing! Best coffee in town hands down. They roast their own beans in shop and also offer homemade dark chocolate :D Justins roasting and sale of the coffee bean stands out amongst every coffee shop Ive ever been to. Im proud to go here daily and offer my money to a small business in my local community.

I love how cozy and warm feeling this little shop is! The owner and his wife are wonderfully sweet and the food and coffee is always amazing. They have some awesome music and plants around if you like that stuff, and youll always feel welcome.

Im not from Centralia, but Ive visited this cafe a couple of times on my way through. The owner loves what she does. She wants to be sustainable, to make sure shes buying her goods from farms that treat their employees well. She is taking on a new endeavor ... Sipping chocolate! She gave us little samples because she was so excited about it. YUM. I highly recommend stopping in. This places is run by genuine, honest people. Bonus: the drinks are delicious.

I love the atmosphere here! The dishes they use if you drink your drink here ate really cool. The artisan coffee and food are a great experience. They roast multiple blends of coffee. There is even a coffee plant at the front door! They also book community events here

The owners son made my pour over. He did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. The coffee was great!

If you’re looking for a local place to sit and have GOOD quality coffee, this is it. Right downtown centralia. It’s not far off the exit and the mile difference is well worth it instead of going to a drive thru like Dutch bro’s or Starbucks. Great study spot or place to catch up with a friend. QUALITY is their specialty.

A hidden GEM! The coffee is amazing and you can taste the experience and detail that they put into making each cup. The staff is so kind and I love that there are so many unique seating nooks that fit what youre looking for whether that be outside on the patio, dark and cozy, or light and airy.

Nice coffee surprise for someone from out of the area. The espresso was solid and the cascara tea was a nice treat. Our baked goods werent out of this world, but perfectly serviceable.

Handmade hot chocolate was great! Nice spacious area with private nooks to relax in.

Great little coffee shop to chill and catch up with friends. Maybe a quick meeting. Or sit in a corner and get some school stuff done. All around great place.

They made their own roaster! Pretty decent espresso preparation. Their roasts are primarily dark, which may be because of the more rural nature of their location and the backwater belief that dark roast equals more flavor. I am of the belief that dark equals burnt.

We were looking for a non-corporate coffee experience and this turned out to be a nice local coffee roaster and cafe. We would easily stop here again on a Seattle to Portland trip. Some kids ahead of us had hot chocolates with homemade marshmellows on top, very cool!

Their spiced mocha is the best mocha I have had... ever! And I have had many thousands of mochas ;)

The coffee here is always great! Very friendly staff. I absolutely love Santa Lucia! Its a great place to have a meeting, a chat with friends, or just some alone time over coffee. You never know when you may get entertained with a personal concert. You have to love Centralia, and Santa Lucia is a big part of what makes Centralia so great.

Delightful cafe, tasty coffee, wonderful treats, in a relaxed home atmosphere.

Service was nice, but the coffee tasted more acidic then I prefer. The music was very loud and made it hard to talk to my husband. My experience was interesting because the barista was very preoccupied with sitting down and talking to friends. At one point she vanished into a back room and someone came into the shop wandering around. The customer came over to me and asked if anyone was working. My husband had gone to the front counter to ask if the barista could turn the music down; they never showed up to ask what he needed. I do love the mission of the shop as they support the people/people where they directly receive their beans.

(Disclaimer: I used to work with a relative of the owners.)Disclaimer aside, Im a huge coffee snob -- my fiance and I buy coffee up in Olympia since we cant get what we usually want down here -- but when I head into Santa Lucia for a quick bite to eat and a cup of joe, Im never disappointed.Try their paninis. Theyre delicious! My favorite is the turkey/provolone/green apple.They roast their own coffee, and I love buying bags of the beans to give as presents.

Santa Lucia has, by far, the best coffee in Centralia - my favorite is their soy mocha! Its usually very quiet, too, if youre looking for a good study spot!
