It is full of unhealthy food and drinks. Friendly people yet odd. Honestly the coffee is awful, seriously. There are some good tea type drinks but are usually loaded to the hilt with sugar that is more addictive then cocaine. 1 last thing, I like to donate to great causes, they take donations that are meant for children and they spend it on Anti gun lobbying, thats fraudulent at best and I will not support their thievery.

Starbucks. You must give them credit for one thing. Consistency. This used to be just for coffee, but now even the staff is more consistent. Sometimes I wonder if they same people work at all the shops. Would love to see a lot more diversity and a lot more friendliness. Some stores are better than others, but overall, they are close. Always make it better.

I needed a place to get online and enjoy a latte. This Starbucks was quiet enough for me to work in but also busy enough that I blended in.

We stopped for a drink on our way through town. I ordered a hot chocolate with hazelnut syrup. Shelby was the cashier and she asked me if I still wanted the vanilla in it. I have ordered this drink before and have never been asked that, so I asked her to explain. She proceeded to tell me that they usually put vanilla in with the mocha. I said mocha? I want a hot chocolate with no coffee and added hazelnut syrup. She was like, Oh! I paid for my drink, we left, and it wasnt until after we left that I commented my drink was really sweet and I realized I got a steamed milk with hazelnut flavoring and no chocolate at all! But by that time we were long gone. How can ordering a hot chocolate with hazelnut be so difficult?

How do you rate Starbucks? A Starbucks is a Starbucks and they are all exactly like you would expect. This one no exception. Tables chairs Wi-Fi and a lot of times its a little loud because there can be a lot of people in there. Most of the time its not so loud because the people are working and not talking loudly. I gave it four stars simply because its a Starbucks like any other Starbucks.

The location is a walk in and not a drive-thru. Vanessa was awesome in taking our order and very friendly. There was plenty of seating if youre wanting to sit down and hang out. Once our order was taken it took a while for it to get completed. Overall its a nice location.

The young lady that was there was wonderful. I asked for something new and made sure I liked it before I left. No one at any Starbucks has ever cared like she did.

If you are wondering how this Starbucks compares to others youve been to Id say above average. You can always be sure the coffee will be what you expect, but this one is more spacious and orderly. Good place to recharge between Seattle and Portland.

Normally I really like this store, but today my ice tea tasted like it was run through a garden hose. Unfortunately I did taste it until I was well down the road.

For such a busy location the customer service remains at a high standard so far. My drink and food orders are always correct. Only problem is that they often run out of certain food items early, but this seems to be an issue at most Starbucks stores.

Needs more comfy chairs. They swapped old ones for comfy benches. Which is cool and all, but nothing beats comfy arm chairs. Have this, and I will love you.

This place...... is AMAZING! The people working are so nice and always take your order with a smile. I would recommend the Iced Carmel Macchiato with Extra Carmel.

This is an adequate starbucks location, certainly not a favorite. There were few customers so I dont know what it is like when busy. Coffee really good. Table arrangement was not optimal. A lot of audible chit-chat behind the counter between staff members, a tad jarring.

Always stop here on the way to Portland after Olympia-Tacoma traffic. Good place to get your cuppa, recharge and be on your way. Customers service is pretty good for a busy coffee shop. Staff is fast, efficient and straight to the point.

What a great place to get a cup of coffee. This isnt just your basic Starbucks. These people are amazing I watched a group of mentally handicapped people come in and the Baristas knew who they were knew them by name and exactly what they wanted it was so wonderful to see such a bright light in the morning thank you Starbucks

The barista tried to give us a ripped $5 bill and when we asked another guy there to exchange it the first barista said I was trying to get rid of it. Then to top it off my daughter was not in the mood to be waiting but we were trying to be patient waiting for our coffee, they didnt even tell us it was ready! We had to go up and then she snottily said she did tell us she called it out, she didnt even ask our name and we were only the third group of people in the place.

I go here almost everyday, and I the baristas are always friendly, cheerful, and kind. They handle orders efficiently and work like a well oiled machine. Even if Im not getting coffee that day and just play on my laptop, they are still friendly and dont treat me like a nuisance. Recommended.

Understaffed and disappointing. Usually this is a great stop on the run between Seattle and Portland. We will skip it next time.

The staff is very polite but they arent the best at making drinks. My white mocha always seems like straight coffee when I go. My husband got the wrong breakfast sandwich when ordered. We will just continue going to the Starbucks off ex 88.

Every starbucks I have ever been to is mediocre and overpriced. I dont think I care for the dairy use or its just left out. Every starbucks drink tastes like its old cream or old milk.

I am an AVENUE ESPRESSO FAN & hate going anywhere but there... But, Starbucks was the only coffee shop around so I bit the bullet & stopped. Surprisingly enough, the Barista was amazing and my Frap was ALMOST as good as my Avenue Espresso.

Smaller location. All the regular starbucks items if youre familiar with the menus. Only a couple options for larger groups. Every time I have stopped its very busy. They do a great job of keeping people moving and keep quality good. Usually always stop here when going between Portland and Seattle.

A standard Starbucks product with sub-Starbucks service. There were three servers working and chatting behind the bar to make a single smoothie for the person ahead of me. Nobody acknowledged me or the quickly growing line (which grew to three people behind me before I ordered) until this smoothie was done.When it was, I could order my two drinks and the server at the till took the cold order while another became a barrista. The person behind me had to wait for my iced drink to be completed before being greeted.Over the time I was there the line ebbed and flowed but at times grew to ten people ordering drinks to go and it just seemed like a bit too much waiting for the ratio of sales to staff.

Starbucks has become to commercial with their coffee drinks. They lack flavor and taste more generic than the smaller coffee shops.

The four stars is not for the quality of the food or drink. Nothing special here on that front. However the local baristas are always awesome. I travel through here constantly and they are always happy and pleasant and helpful.

Just not as enjoyable as they used to be. Definitely not any cheaper either.

I like Starbucks no way around that fact. You meet really intersting people there and thats including the baristas. Ive been indulging in the yummy holiday drinks and goodies. All the Starbucks Ive been in are kept very clean, including the restrooms.

I dont drink coffee and needed some to make tiramisu. Helped pick out what I needed. Tiramisu was a success.

Gave my name for my order... I sat down to wait because they were busy. My order came up and no one called my name so my order just sat and got cold. Lousy way to treat a loyal customer. Need to extract heads from butts at this location.

Rude, awful, HORRIBLE employees. They shut the Wi-Fi, and the oven off almost an hour before closing time so if you order something you want heated up - forget it. If you order a drink (like tea or cold brew) within the hour before they close and theyre low on the ingredients for it, or out of it completely - forget it, they wont make it for u. And whatever drinks they do make for you are usually made wrong and/or taste like garbage. This Starbucks location just plain SUCKS.
