Went on a Sunday to upgrade my wifes phone and add a additional line for my daughter. Communication could have better when explaining the final cost of the phone, promotion, and plan. We did not want the $17 insurance but was still billed for it (had to call Verizon to remove). Angelo was our representative and he did not articulate what the amount of the bill was going to be. Definitely needs more customer service training and know what you are selling. Used a lot of if and might in answering our questions. He also added 2 screen protectors which we did not want, thought it came with the new iPhones but was charged. Shame on management with this sales practice! At the end, I had to call Verizon regarding our billing and they apologized and said if we ever wanted to upgrade our phone ALWAYS do it over the phone with Verizon. They said majority of Verizon retailers have no clue what they are doing because they get a lot of complaint calls regarding their business practice.
DJ (David) was extremely nice and helpful. He helped my mom and I upgrade our phones and made the whole process very seamless. We’re so happy with our phones! If you are looking to buy/upgrade, I highly recommend going to this location and asking for DJ!
Worst experience ever with this location. Seriously, the staff needs to be better trained. I wanted to get new services and had some questions for David and another guy Angelo and absolutely no help. I just went to AT&T

Wife and I came here to trade in an old iPhone to get a new one a few weeks ago on a Sunday since the Verizon store was closed.First, the guys that helped us were super nice and worked really hard. However, the level of incompetence we dealt with was inexcusable. Our first trip, we tried to use Verizon Device Dollars, which Verizon clearly states can be used at an authorized retailer. The gentleman helping us had never used them (no one there had) and was thoroughly confused, calling his manager on his off day several times. Ultimately, we were there for over 4 hours (!!!) and never used the device dollars because they couldnt figure it out. His response was Im never going to try this again Im telling people to not use device dollars! No, its your job to understand how this works and figure it out. We finally left with the new phone after they figured out a way to sort out the problems they introduced into the account.A week later, we realized they never gave us a 4g SIM, which was supposed to come with the phone. We drove back just to get this (keep in mind this is in a kiosk in a crowded mall and COVID). In order to swap the SIM, they had to call Verizon, which had a long wait time. Instead, they pretended to put a new phone on the account to get a SIM to bypass this. Took longer than it should have but we left with a new SIM.A few weeks later, we get the Verizon bill and it has an extra $900 charge on a SEPARATE line in the account, suggesting a new phone was purchased at full price. How did this happen?! I imagine somewhere along the way their fumbling and taking short cuts led to this.Overall, really nice and hard working guys. However, I dont think they REALLY know what theyre doing unless its something simple. They can talk your ear off and pretend the whole way through, but Id stick to the professionals at the Verizon store if you want the peace of mind that it will be done correctly.

Luis was very polite and respectful the ipads kept lagging so it was a bit irritating took about 30 min to find one to work but I don’t blame the worker I blame the company for not having better software I mean you’d think Verizon would have good wifi since “they’re the best”. Over all a great experience :)
Andrew and Adrian regards customer service at a very high level. It’s because of representatives like them, I’ve never thought twice about switching Verizon as a service provider. 10+ marks for them across the board.

Was walking by the Verizon Kiosk today when a gentleman greeted me as I was walking by and realized I was having issues with my phone. Adrian happily looked up my account and came to find I was eligible for a new device along with some discounts. I ended up trading in my iPhone for an android. Was fed up with apple always giving me problems.now I can say i am happy with my device with no issues. Thank you for fixing my problem. Ask for Adrian he is actually the manager. Thank you!
Adrian was an outstandingly helpful and knowledgeable sales rep . He was so capable and pleasant to deal with that I let him up-sell me on a tablet to go along with my phone upgrade. Hes the first sales rep (hes actually the manager at this location) to ever successfully sell me more than what I originally intended to purchase. THE FIRST ONE. Would definitely drive the 45 minutes from my house for future VZW purchases, rather than deal with the local guys who arent as helpful.

This is one of the worst experience in my life.The sales may appear nice to you, but most of the promise made to you were misleading. Do not come to this store. The guy Anthony told me 2 lines activation fees $35 each will be waived and nothing happened in the billing as he promised.The only word I can tell you is DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE

I went into this store to get an iPad. Oscar helped me and gave me a lot of incorrect data on the product. He lied about the full cost, which is $380 more total if you do the payments month to month than if you bought it outright. He said it was the same. He also forged my signature on the document that stated that. If I would have seen that document I wouldnt have bought it. All of these workers are not trained well and they do anything to make a sale even if it is lying and forging documents. I am so extremely disappointed with this location and its tactics. Oscar should be fired.

This is the wosrt place to get a new phone. I went there to upgrade my phone. Arden gave me a defective iphone (face id is not working) he told me i need to go to apple store to fix it. The phone is not even a week since i got it. He dont even ask if i want to buy a screen protector and case, he put it on and it was include to my charge .. Be careful with this guy,he look very helpful but he will rip you off . When i came back and complaint and there is one more lady complaining, me and the lady trying to tell him about the problem, all he can say is “I got you” sound like he has symphaty with us. But he’s the ripoff guy..It’s better to go to corporate store ( Town Center or Downey landing) this store is only a Retailer. I’ve learn my lesson for this one.. NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS PLACE..✌️

Came in to buy a Galaxy S7 edge and use the promo, be careful of the common sales practice they use Verizon has the best network but they are also one of the most corrupt and greedy companies.1st. Went in to buy the Galaxy S7 edge and one of the workers working there, came in to help us and it took a while, he kept misleading us into signing a 2 year contract which I dont want to sell my soul to instead of just buying the phone in full, activation fee of 35$ per phone plus tax and more hidden fees, he never explained to us that we can cancel a line and add the other one because the promo doesnt work without adding a new line.2nd he took out the phones and brought a basket filled with cases and chargers thats well overpriced 3 cases 1 case worth 30$ another 70$ and the other worth 100$ thats ridiculous and 1 charger was a normal samsung charger that was worth 50$, I checked in Amazon for the same cases all cases were around 20$ and the same charger they were trying to sell was 15$, and also they always want you to sign a contract hay if you dont have the money to fully finance a phone I wouldnt do it your selling your soul.

He mention of a so called promotion going on .u get a free tablet with a purchase of a phone . So we agreed that if its FREE we will take it . in the end turns out it was a 2 year agreement on the tablet that he had me sign ! He Never Mention this at all ! These people will Lie to your face ! AVOID BUYING HERE .MANUEL Needs to be fired .Oh and the Manger here did not want to take the tablet back Very Rude .
