Horible service. It was like i walked into a war zone. All i asked was to get verified. Which is what was asked of me to do. I never raised my voice. After being asked ten questions that i could not answer. Due the fact he was asking me his job duties. Sir i dont know ur job. I just know i need to get verified. He called security and had me removed. Rude. Ignorant no class. Nick Childers does not need to represent sprint.

I was having the best service ever..Paola Cordova was so nice..easy to talk and gets information about phones..planes and answer all questions we have .we just go have a phone and walk out we a nice tablet😀😀😀😀habla español tambien..

The rep Kash was extremely awesome and good at his job, no gimmicks not any sideways tricks, he was a genuinely awesome true person. He was very informative on everything, got me a new phone (that wasnt just the biggest ticket price) and I was happy to have met Kash.

I had a greatest experience at this Sprint store Ive never had the level of customer service like here, Will was very helpful and made my bill go down from what it was.this will always be my go-to store.

We were there this past weekend... greeted by gentleman, very helpful... looking to purchase men samsung watch... gentleman brings out watch and claims it to be the latest model... galaxy 3... insisted on sell... luckily we didnt purchase.( I wanted one for myself too and none in stock... its not until we visited another sprint store that we discover that what he was trying to sell was an older version of the watch... yes, I understand sales and commision but honesty is greatly appreciated... would of turned out chaotic and a waste a time eventually to return older version for newer... please dont lie to your customers, i have been loyal to sprint for 10+ yrs... Sprint...please ensure honesty as part of customer service and sales training.

Sprint in general is not good. Nothing against this location. Just sprint Ive only been a customer for 20 days and Im regretting ever walking in to Sprint .

Could use more staff during peak hours when people are on lunch.

I was referred here by a coworker who likes this location because its usually not too busy, the customer service is very good and and lots of food and shopping nearby. Parking sucks, lot is too small.

Ive been coming here for a awhile, i come from long beach to visit this store because the customer service is A-1. They are usually not too busy and they play good music haha.

All the staffs are very rude, I have been trying to talk to the manager at this location never got connected, I asked for a call back they keep saying call the store next day, I returned the phone iPhone 7plus but they entered as iPhone SE, and I was charged last 8 months for 7plus from sprint $320, and now got charged for non returning device fee of $198, sprint stealing money from customers.

Wireless coverage very bad in the Artesia area.

This place is horrible.. Called and they never pick up. They hang up the phone when it rings. The employees are rude and lazy.

Bad service overall the manager seem to be upset working on Black Friday, she was rude when I came to pick up my phone, I guess because the sale was not done at the store but online instead.
