Pretty cool place. Not as many Pokémon or DragonBall gear as Id like. Good selection of Loungefly bags. Its a fun place took around at, one of the staff at the counter was very helpful with the Loungefly stock. Lots of Disney, Star Wars, and some anime stuff.

This store has really cool shirts and other knick-knacks and I get it that they feed the homeless but I just wish stuff wasn’t so expensive. Example: A Speedy Gonzales t-shift for $60?! No way Jose!!

Love box lunch, definitely will never come back to this location. They preferred to void my transaction of over $170 dollars than to validate my $10 discout for a survey i submitted previously. Is not about $10 dollars, this is about their terrible attitude and customer service.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I would give it a 0 star if I could went in today made 2 purchases as we walked around the store 2 employees followed us around there where plenty of other people in the store the girls made it very obvious we where being watched made my niece very uncomfortable she already has very bad social anxiety there was no need to follow her around she payed for the overpriced backpack she bought. The customer service at this store is just awdul.

I was just at this store location with my sister. We didn’t notice until we had walked out that one of the staff members there had been following us throughout the store. My sister noticed that he had followed us through each isle and it didn’t become apparent until we walked outside and went to browse what was in their kiosk outside of the store. This individual didn’t even greet us or address us as customers while we were at the store. It’s extremely unacceptable and disrespectful to feel that we were followed and not addressed. I would hate to say that they were following us due to our race or any other reason but this is what it appeared to be. We will not be returning to this box lunch. I wish To give half a star or no stars at all.

I always enjoy coming to this Store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually come in to browse and end up leading with a few things. They have something for everyone.Now, considering the pandemic and the restrictions, they are doing their part to abide by safety guidelines. I recommend setting an appointment to shop as it will save you the wait.

It had everything I loved but was just alittle too pricey. However was able to get the last mug of lilos doll head. Its a really cute store. I wish the prices were a little better though so I can at least try to buy the things I love.

Employees are so great and helpful. The store has many cool things to check out. The store offers great deals and discounts. They donate as well! Definitely going back!!

Cute store. Lots of cool stuff but $30 for a tshirt is kinda high.....some items like backpacks almost $100? Yeah they have pictures and logos but its more a store for collectors.

Best geeky and pop culture shop, but PLEASE FIND A BIGGER LOCATION. It is so small and cramped. Also the workers need to chill out a bit, I got asked if I needed help like 5 times in the span of 15 minutes

BoxLunch after lunchAfter having a bacon guacamole burger and unlimited steak fries at Red Robin, I was casually strolling in the mall & noticed BoxLunch open for business. Arriving on their very first day in business, I delighted in checking out all the pop culture gifts for sale.One of the employees greeted me and let me know for every $10 spent, a meal would be provided for someone in need. What a great way to do good & come home with nifty gifties all in one stroke!Tis the season, with Nightmare before Christmas novelties welcoming customers in. I have to admit, Ive never even seen the movie, nor experienced the Nightmare before Christmas Haunted Mansion. Top it off, I have the movie lying around somewhere, awaiting some love from moi.The superhero genre is well represented at BoxLunch. Dr. Strange related paraphernalia were well-represented inside the left display window, the right having Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.Cant have a nerdist outlet w/o having a lot of Star Wars merchandise! I almost couldnt resist buying the Darth Vader/Stormtrooper salt & pepper shakers. So adorable!The layout is split, with womens goods on the left. Other pop culture subjects included Nintendo, NASA, Totoro & Disney.Service was good. I talked with one of the managers about BoxLunch, finding out about their other locations in Brea, Irvine & Glendale. He also notified me not to get BoxLunch mixed up with Boxlunch, the eatery.So many things to buy, so little money! BoxLunch is a hipsters paradise, selling baubles & trinkets thatll satisfy even the most finicky Sorcerer Supreme. I would normally have given 4 stars, but because BoxLunch donates meals to the hungry, I have to give the 5 star treatment to them for doing philanthropic work. I rushed home to register for BoxLunchs Loyalty Reward program, in hopes of snagging a promo discount for the Boba Fett Hawaiian shirt.Highly recommend!
