I went in today to get some printing done unfortunately my download was not delivering. However this store is fantastic, the attention given by the staff was beyond perfect. I felt that I could go to the fridge and take a bottle of water without asking. Ms. Tammy was just so cool and helpful, while the gentleman was going back an forth helping customer while giving me a few minutes too. This what I call superb service. Go see them.
The 2 young ladies were super helpful I called a couple times for help during the week and figuring out supplies etc proper drop offs. Went in told me go head email us your labels. I had problems after figuring out which tracking number was which I called super nice and polite helped me settle it out im a new seller and I recommend this ups. Ill prolly have many trip to here in the future they put my worries and anxiety behind me
Website doesnt let you know, but their notary people leave at 2pm daily. Should say part time, sometimes notary services. Seems to be comparable to my UPS shipping experiences!
The Chambersburg UPS store is now my go to place to ship anything I cant afford to lose in the mail. The staff is cheery and competent, and they have shipping supplies in case I forgot something. The cost is no more than the post office. Go Brown!

Neither employee was wearing a mask!I scheduled an appointment several days in advance to get a passport photo for my baby. When we arrived, I was told that their camera has broken and they hadn’t had time to learn how to use the new one. Not sure why they couldn’t have called me to let me know?More importantly, I don’t understand why they didn’t grab a mask.Luckily, the staff at LA Cameras were super helpful. They allowed us to wait in a private room while the photos were printing.
Today I went in and worked with Tammy. She was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I was in and out very fast which is not usually the case at other places. My experience was easy and I will continue to trust them in the future.
****Update****Service has indeed improved since my initial posting. In particular there have been no more misplaced packages. Customer service has improved by the hiring of new and consistent staff members. I would specifically like to name Lexi and Ashley for always contacting us and providing help with box loading. Customer Service has not declined even in the face of The current pandemic that we are experiencing. The staff really makes this place worth it.****original comment****I’ve been a customer since 2012 but in the last 3 years service has declined. I order a lot from Amazon and use the store address because someone is always there but at time my parcels will show a delivered status and I don’t receive them until days later, some times the “green package” card isn’t in my box and I’ll have to ask the clerk if I actually have a package because Amazon stated the package was delivered and lo and behold I actually have a package. This has happened more times than I’m comfortable with because I’m actually paying for the box.I Then one time the current manager thought my bill was due and had the nerve to holler out “your box is due” in front of other customers even though it wasn’t due that day and I do indeed pay late but I always pay my arrears and have had this arrangement for years, thought it was okay especially since I have to help them find my packages. In short the customer service has declined in this store location greatly to a very unprofessional level...
I have never had any problems with this location whatsoever. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I have shipped over 50 items out of this location and have never had a single issue that the other negative reviews speak of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. I will definitely continue to give them my business.
A HUGE thank you to Julie and her staff for resolving an overseas shipping issue!! Three different companies could not give me any information on a Return shipment that had an un-track-able number. Thank goodness Julie located the box and took care of the issue or I would have lost $90 item. Thanks for the excellent customer service! Remember to support your local businesses.
Worked with the ladies there today we had to bring in 150+ boxes that needed to be shipped and labeled out for our company. All the ladies were very nice and helpful

Every package I’ve sent out has been handed with care. Everyone that works there take pride in there job reassuring customers that they are in goods hands and this is about my 8th time I used them. They are one amazing team.
I will not go back to this place my sister and i sent a box and they packed it there so there know what can be shipped to mexico and what can not will the box got returned and they will not fix what they did wrong or tell us what was wrong so i will never tell anyone to come back to this place bc when my siiter went they said if she just dont take her box they where calling the cop bc they will not fix it
Slow service, closes early and owner needs to address this issue. Provides an address # but is still treated as a po box by USPS.. Routinely get other peoples mail and have had lots packages. Delivering to the store was confirmed by GPS date and time. It took two weeks for them to locate an envelope they had put into another persons box. Yeah
Its great to know that you do not stick with your hours. On Thursday April 20th your lights were off by 6:40, while walking to the store, the male employee went ahead and put the cage down. Then he reopened it just for the packages that didnt have to be rang out. So I go back to my car mad because I have a job too so I wasnt able to get there any earlier. As I sit in my car to write this review the employee locked up and was leaving by 6:58 before the store is even closed. I will be going somewhere else to mail my packages!

I have never had an issue with this store. I get good friendly help every time I am here. I have never waited for more than 1 person in line. Dont hesitate to try for yourself!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is the rudest lady I have ever spoken with. She mocked me and flat out lied on several occasions. On top of that she still has no clue where my package is. Stay FAR away from this store!

Do not go to this store. They fired me out of the blue, gave me no warning or explanation or anything. They never said I had been doing anything bad just fired me.
