Best in-store experience with Sprint I have ever had. Alex was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I had some issues transferring my info to my new phone and ended up having to stay after the store closed. The team was in the best mood and had such a great attitude the entire time. Order a tablet its been 2 weeks since i ordered it at there store and I have called and called and they still dont have the tablet even though My account is being charged for the tablet I have not received.Every time I call someone answers and just says sean-when we have it we will call you if I dont call they wont ever call me.Pretty upsetting.I went ahead and called and cancelled

Great experience with Alexander. He saved a customer for Sprint. Since I moved a month ago my service has been horrible but Alex told me I qualified for the Magic box program and that should improve my service. I guess in 5-7 days I will see, but for now at least I can make a call without leaving my home.

I am from out of town and was having problems with my phone. I went into the store and Cassandra Morales the store manager waited on me. She uploaded a couple update and hopefully fixed it. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Im with my friend to get her phone setup. We went through a lot of trials and tribulations during our visit but Eric helped us so much and he really went out of his way to get us what we needed. I would suggest highly that you go to this Sprint store if you need to take care of any Sprint business. They really know what theyre doing.

Wait time is ridiculous. There’s 3 ppl working every time I’ve visited. I paid my upgrade fee for another phone and wasn’t provided a tracking due to it just “not existing.” Was told to wait on a phone call for when the phone would be available for pickup. 1 month later I get impatient and call customer service, they call the store and my phone had just been sitting there. I just came in after work, and I’ve currently been waiting for over 30 mins. Not happy!!
