Had my part but wouldntlend me the tools to change the part in the parking lot. Offered to rent them even and was told they had too many problems that they stopped. Understandable, but unfortunate.

Good customer service but I wouldn’t recommend getting some things like keys here. I bought mines and it stopped working in less than 4 months, and I know I didn’t get it wet or anything.Products should definitely last longer than this.

They usually have the part or product I need, not all the time though. The last time they almost sold me a switch that did the opposite of what I needed; momentary off instead of momentary on.... That would have been disastrous to my equipment. Two times I was being helped and the phone rang, they stopped helping me to take the phone call. Both times I had the part and had to wait 5 minutes to pay while they took the phone calls. They told me it was their policy that calls take priority, I find it very rude to the customers that are present in the store.

I phoned in for a simple part for my truck, they did not have it . said it would be 24 hours to get it. 24 hours later I go to pick up the part and the part they ordered was wrong, it had nothing to do with the part that I wanted. Now theyre saying they cant even get the part I have to go to the dealer. Come on guys get with it...
