I just got out of the zone...2 clerks, and I (only customer in the store) no greeting or hey we will be right with you. I sat at the counter for at least 5 minutes with items before doing a mini lap around the store. Finally returning to the counter to check out only to make eye contact with the Male staffer, only for him to walk back to the back of the store. Ordered thru the competitor

I dont remember why I originally visited AutoZone vs other auto parts stores, but Ive always been happy with their selection and service. Today I tried to buy a rear wiper blade but they didnt carry my model. They offered to order one, with free next day shipping, for a fraction of the price I expected.
My car died and I was recommended to take my car in to Autozone for a new battery. I have little, to no knowledge about cars, but was I lucky Chandra was working. She answered all my questions and was so kind and patient. It was one of the coldest days of the year, snow was on the ground, and she still took the time to explain things to me while changing my battery. I can’t say enough good things about Chandra and I believe Dale(who assisted as well). They really made me happy I chose Autozone to get my new battery. I’ve never received such great customer service! They have made a lifelong customer in me and I’m excited to tell others about my experience. Went to get a replacement bulb for my tail light. Ended up having water in my light, so a very friendly employee (Aaron) went the extra mile & helped me fix it up & replace 3 bulbs. I would’ve done it myself but I don’t have many tools at home. Thank you Aaron, I hope your employer sees this & gives you the recognition you deserve.
Auto Zone usually has the parts I need on hand and today was no different. If they dont have what I need they call other Auto Zone stores in the area to see if they have them. If not, they order the part and its in within a day or 2. If you buy a lot of parts, sign up for Auto Zone rewards, its worth it.
Long time to wait in line whenever you go to this store.
We went to buy windshield wipers and the employee named Cole was such a huge help! The customer service was outstanding!!! Way better than when we went to Advanced Auto Part; when we went there to buy our wipers the employee didn’t even know what he was doing and was trying to force the wiper to the car, we quickly just asked for our money back and went to Auto Zone which I do not regret one bit!!

I walked in and tried to check my schedule for this upcoming Sunday while I was visiting Illinois for Thanksgiving break. I am a fellow zoner from another store and state. Drop Stop 30/30 was not performed upon me walking into the store. I took it upon myself to ask a red shirt for help and she was unable to help me which is understandable. Another manager that seemed to be working commercial was extremely rude with me when I asked about using a computer that they have to look up parts in order to log into ZTasc. When asked why I don’t just call my home store I told him that I was unable to get in contact with a PSM, CM, or SM to access it due to customer traffic during this time at my home store. I presented my discount card as well as my driver’s license in order for him to scan my discount card at a register to verify with my ID in order to use ZTasc so that I could view my schedule before the new work week begins Sunday. I even told the young man my is number and he could supervise me as I accessed my information. Afterwards I felt as if he was prejudging me for something or someone I wasn’t. He then replied there was no way I was going to use “his” computer and that I need to leave the store immediately. I didn’t want to be confrontational so I said thank you for your time and continued towards the door. As I was leaving I heard him and a red shirt laughing as he said I was trying to hack into their system. We as Autozoners should be able to help one another regardless of location or store. Even beyond being an autozoner, the way I was treated was not of Autozone’s standards. I am extremely disappointed in this store because they did not stand on our core values as a company.

Visited this location at the end of an evening with snow and slush and the engine light on. The sales clerk technician quickly diagnosed it to be an emission sensor, and the problem would subside with the terrible weather. Sure enough, the issue went away as the roads dried. The advice gave me peace of mind to drive on. Technician was helpful and friendly. Appreciated the good service

Not good. Did not honar price match even though manager Steven said they would. Would not give me points on my reward card because i ordered it over the phone. So no not good.
My wifes car had just thrown an engine code so I came over to get it ready. The staff was very helpful and despite the rain and cold, they came out and got the code off the car. They did some research and printed me out the suggested diagnosis and possible solutions.Theyve always been a good shop to stop off at when you need a code ready or some replacement parts for your vehicle.

GM Jeff is cool the rest of the old grey haired guys are smart efficient and knowledgeable they are even personable. Theyre all very nice,yes Im an old grey haired guy too.Their top of the line replacement parts usually adequate. They do price match for the most part.But National inflation and state of Illinois business gouging has made common shelf items an issue you have to inquire price matching about.They do have some pretty cool options if you have aptitude and initiative .Then oil, filters, lighting if you would tend to try and save yourself money by doing yourself tend to be marked up, I would think these are the higher volume sales and I dont understand how the corporate policy is to take advantage of those who dont askIts not the stores fault.Fairly certain its the guy in loafers sitting in the nicest office in the corporate location whos never worked and just likes money
I cant remember the employees name but he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped me figure out a problem with my battery and never tried to sell me anything I didnt need.I came here after being ignored at advance auto parts by TWO employees that both saw me standing there waiting for assistance for a good ten minutes.AUTO ZONE = good. Advanced = never going back there.

I purchased a battery there. They had to order it but it came in later that day. The associate working inside was extremely nice. The other installed my battery and did was also excellent.
We purchased a rear brake light bulb. It required a special tool and the cashier said they could put it in. The man tried and couldnt get the clamps off. He said he couldnt find their tool. He got 1 of 3 off and then said Im off the clock and left.I really couldnt believe it. We will never return to this store.

Their system have a wrong parts for my 2016 Ford escape rear wiper,First of all, no stock, preorder, said will call me when it is ready next day to pickup, but next day, wait for a whole day no call, another day I call by myself. Got it paid by cash, bring the wiper home, found out it is wrong, Bring it back, they tell me they dont have the correct item (only have wrong item for this year of this car). Ask me WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO? I ask can I return ?, Without asking me the receipt, he immediately said no receipt cant refund cash. I shown him the receipt, he immediately became annoying. Secondly ask about duplicating car key, attitude rude. Hay man! Your system keep the wrong item it is not my fault.
The manager sold me 6 sticks of break line that didnt have similar connections( which I needed) at the same time sold me connectors that didnt work for any of them. The rest of the staff seemed to know their head from a hole in the ground.

JACOB from autozone on mattis in Champaign is a good employee. I went with my truck to check the battery & obviously was bad. He help the customer, but always making sure that it was fine with me. He installed the new battery & did a great job. He really has great customer service.

It was as I expected. Found my parts and checked out. The staff was friendly.
I called a number of parts stores on a Friday evening to source a rear main seal for a car I had apart, including this Autozone. I was informed by the salesperson over the phone that the seal I wanted would arrive Saturday morning by 10:30AM if I placed the order that night; so I decided to go to Autozone and order the part. I was told by the salesperson that Autozone would call me the next morning when my part came in. By noon, I had yet to receive a phone call from Autozone. I called in the afternoon - with a vehicle, partially disassembled on jack stands waiting for the part that Autozone said would arrive that morning. The salesperson told me that the truck just came in and they were unloading it. I asked again when I could expect my part and the answer was 5:30-6:00PM. At 6:15PM, having heard nothing, I called once more. This time, I was informed that the part had not arrived and would instead arrive Sunday morning - a full day after it had initially been promised. I could have gone to any other parts store in town and received better service than this. To put customers in a position where your misrepresentations lead to this kind of inconvenience is inconsiderate, unprofessional, and bad business. I have frequented this Autozone in the past, yet this most recent experience was simply beyond the pale in terms of negligence and poor customer service.
