Review specific to the Framing Dept. and checkout:I came in with a painting that was on a canvas that was slightly bent. It didnt fit in any of the frames very well because of the bend and the thickness. Deborah, who has worked there for 5 weeks (she told me) was SUPER helpful. She walked around the department and tried different frames. She was determined to find the perfect frame, and she did!With her help and the manager (I didnt catch her name, but blonde hair and glasses) worked to put on a custom back, new hanging hooks, and wire. It was basically a custom frame and it was only a few dollars extra. It looks AMAZING and Im super thankful for the help.At checkout I was helped by Aaron J. (according to the receipt). He was really careful with all my glass stuff. Everything was wrapped nicely. He was very polite and friendly, and even double checked for me that some of my items were 50% off.Overall, a great shopping experience today and I appreciate Deborah, Aaron J and the framing departments manager. Thank you!

This location was great.I didnt expect the store to have electric carts or even any wheelchairs, but to my surprise they did have wheelchairs.They had a wide seat that had a basket that swings down and locks in place just above your lap.Most of the aisles are ADA compliant, but there is a section where the Christmas trees are that is too narrow to get the wheelchair through.Other than that tiny issue I was very pleased with my experience here.If you cant afford Scentsy wax melts, then go here and check out their amazing selection.

We went there to browse decor items for our daughters room. We were disappointed in their selection of picture frames for kids, but we managed to find a few adorable accents. Then the power went out in the store, obviously not their fault. It was the way they handled it that was wrong. Frustrated, one of the employees came over to us to tell us we couldnt buy anything. I knew they wouldnt be able to ring us up, so I asked if we could put our three items on hold and come back tomorrow. The employee yelled no overnight holds!. My husband and I decided to leave. On our way out, several people were at the registers putting carts of merchandise on hold for the next day. I commented on this to my husband and an employee from behind us addressed it, I told her an employee wouldnt let us leave an overnight hold and she yelled, who said that?. I told her who and I hope they corrected it. Either way, we were disgusted with their drama and attitudes and we will not be back.

I need a matt for my frame that I made for my daughters diploma they had what I wanted and promptly got it ready while I waited.

The layout here makes sense, and there is a wide selection of supplies for hobbies and crafting. The staff on the floor has been very nice and helpful every time that Ive been in. Some of the cashiers are as we, but others are very abrupt and act as if they just want you out of the store.

Typical Hobby Lobby layout and products. I found a lot of items on sale 30 - 50 % off. Items at regular price I feel were priced too high. I find the same items in other stores for a lot less.

Always able to find what I need and then with great displays I am enticed to purchase impulse items.

They don’t celebrate Pride month. The local store installed blinding lights on the outside of their used building. They all aim out onto the street blinding my Wife as she drives by at night. They don’t care about the community.

The framing department, especially the nice people who work there are the reason I shop at hobby lobby. Most of the other stuff Im not interested in. Framing prices are competitive, although we have bought mostly during sale time. The frame work they do has been very good. Just dropped off another picture to be framed and Im positive it will come back looking as good as the others we had done.

Not very friendly or helpful,I did get assistance from a lady in the back eventually,but the lady at the front of the store just kept talking to the cashier and gave some poor directions to locate the item.

This store is my local Hobby Lobby. It is well-lit, and nicely organized. Mondays have boxes on the floor/restocking to work around in some areas, but no big deal. They have to stock sometime!The fabric and ribbon section ladies are my favorite staff-they know their stuff and are *happy* to help, and know their department. That being said, I also usually seem to get friendly cashiers who are fast and know exactly whats on sale. :)

If you get the coupon on every trip, the prices are good. It is a bit better imo for hobbies then the other big company in town.

I love Hobby Lobby and this one gets a full 5 stars. The staff is very helpful and always cheery. There have been a couple of times where I have had difficulty finding staff to help me out on the floor, but when I did find someone they were always very happy to help me with what I needed. Prices are very reasonable - look especially for the clearance prices of seasonal items to get a really good deal. Toys and kids crafts tend to be a bit more on the expensive side, so you may want to wait for a sale on the particular item(s) you are shopping for.

Last time I came to this Hobby Lobby in October, a very helpful associate (did not catch his name) matted and framed a small drawing for me on the spot. He did a quick measure, taped the picture down a little, wiped the fingerprints off the glass, and this took him less than a minute or two and at no charge. I was told this service is always offered, so I ranted and raved about it to my friends and came back again today. This service was the one and only reason I came back to the store. However, this time around, I was told by an associate at the framing desk that if I wanted my small photo matted and framed, I would need to wait 4 to 7 weeks. Im not sure what happened between now and October that prevents this associate from giving me any assistance whatsoever, but I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back, as I have no other reason to.

Hobby Lobby has a nice selection of fabrics. I was looking to recover outdoor cushions. I found just what I needed and on sale!

The best part is that when they bring out seasonal and holiday items they are on sale at 40% off instantly! If you go to their web sight the always have.a 40% coupon...on one item... you can print or scan it on your phone. You Can use it as many times as you want. Im not sure if it can be combined with sale prices.

I love the store. Great selection of oil paint supplies. Great selection of home decore. This is wherein go to have paintings that I have purchased direct from the artist stretched and framed. Always done right. Great place to get Xmas paper from... thick, good looking and usually has a grid on the backside. Only complaint is one employee there has given attitude and mean states to a child with autism that was in the store with me, not cool.

I love Hobby Lobby because no matter what Im working on they will have what I need. From crafting to renovations to hobby supplies to decorating (seasonal and non), I can always find what I need, plus 10 things I dont need :). The prices tend to be a little high, but with their constant sales and coupons I can be thrifty and still get the items I want or need.

We had to run in here for some last minute extras for a wedding. They had excellent customer service. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The prices were good. Excellent experience.
