Weve taken two vehicles to Creation Collision Center in the last year. Creation was been amazing to work with in both cases. Up front and clear with pricing. They are also great at giving different options in their quotes to find a price point that works best.During the repair process they provided photos of any additional damage found and reached out with options before proceeding. They completed the work in good time.The end result was exactly what we wanted. Our vehicle was back to looking like new. The work was factory quality, no issues with gaps or paint. We were treated very well and we will be back with any other bodywork we need in future.

If you want honest no bs service who does excellent work without taking advantage of you, this is the place. Ceaser is a great guy to work with and knows what hes doing. My wife cracked her front bumper by hitting something in the middle of the night. She has that rare grey stinger color that you dont see that often. Ceaser did an awesome job matching it 99%. And thats only because it was plastic, and those of you who know, plastic and aluminum will never match 100%. We got all original kia parts and paid 20% less then what other collision places were charging. Oh and did I tell u my car was done in 3 days. Great service thats all I can. I will be taking all my cars here.

My journey with Creation Collision Center started with Ceasar. Called around getting quotes to replace both headlight assemblies due to discoloration. The dealership (VW) quoted me around $1300 to replace headlight assembly. Too expensive! Was looking to buy new OE headlight assembly and just have someone install them but got to Ceasar who informed me of possible issues with OE/Aftermarket headlights such as leakage. At that moment I felt the trust because he could have just said yeah we can put them on for you and send me on my way. From there Ceasar suggested shopping around for headlight restoration quotes but also was informative on what I should be listening for in terms of what products are being used for the restoration. Of course after all of the calling around I returned to Creation Collision Center. Creation Collision Center for one had an address and reputable. I will for sure recommend Creation Collision Center.

My Corolla passenger rear door got damaged in parking lot hit and run. I researched and Creation Collision had excellent reviews for auto body works. Cesar and his crew did a great job on my daughters 2003 Toyota Celica of which she banged up the front end. He was very easy to work with, and he was patient with us because we wanted to select and purchase some custom parts (bumper, LED headlights and taillights, side skirts, etc) instead of going with OEM or similar parts, and for the parts we kept as OEM (hood, engine parts, etc.) he found great replacements. And everything looks great. Would happily use Creation again.

I would love to say I have only had to use this company once but unfortunately I have had a couple incidents that I have needed his services! Cesar and his crew do high quality work for a fraction of the price other places charge. I had a tire blow out on my F-350, which damaged the wheel well and the bed side. I got several estimates but all of them wanted to replace the entire side of the bed at a cost of several thousand dollars. I took the truck to Cesar and he explained how he could repair the bed side instead of replacing it. A few days later I had the truck back and it looked better than when I bought it, at a cost of about 30% of what the other guys wanted. I was really impressed with Cesars work, down to the smallest details. He combines old world craftsmanship with the latest in high-tech repair techniques. Thank you Cesar!

Got rear ended and needed to take my vehicle to get repaired. Found Creation Collision on google with good ratings. So I decided to call them for a quote. Creation Collision just repaired my 2016 dodge charger after I stupidly backed into my roommates car. The owner Cesar was friendly, knowledgable, and flexible with my options. He even took plenty of extra time to install a backup camera after I expressed interest, and he installed it while the damage was being repaired for a very affordable price. The repainting was perfect and he buffed out a few scratches near the repairs and painted those too! Needless to say I was floored at the care he took with my car. It was even washed and vacuumed when i picked it up. Couldnt suggest another shop for any fixes after going to Creation Collision Center.

Highly recommend creation collision. Cesar goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. Being the first time submitting a claim for collision, Cesar really helped guide me through the process and made sure I received the oem parts I requested for my vehicle. He also walked me through the process of the repairs and gave me status updates as well. His customer service didn’t stop there. I was not satisfied with the vehicle size of the rental the insurance had provided. Cesar then assisted me on being able to obtain a bigger sized vehicle. Overall Cesar is really hands on with his customers, very knowledgeable and makes sure his customers needs are satisfied. He really does take the customer out of the middle. Cesar is a friendly, upstanding man who worked with me and took the time to figure out what my problem was, and the plan of attack to fix it. I had a dent in my side skirt from running over a curb. He walked me through every step and explained the cost breakdown of the calculator, as well as the time estimates. It was originally estimated to finish in 4 days - Cesar finished in 2 with time to spare. The side (and entire car) looks immaculate, as if the dent was never there. They went above and beyond - it looks as if the entire car was detailed! Would highly recommend.
