Simon was fantastic and so helpful setting me up for my windshield replacement. He helped me figure everything out with my insurance and set up my appointment. They even come to you which made it way easier. Julio was also fantastic and replacing my windshield. He was very quick and efficient and it looks so good. They even helped set up my boyfriend to get his replaced without insurance for a great price.

I called five places before I chose auto glass 2020 and auto glass 2020 offered the most cash back. They did absolutely everything they said they would do. They put a tint strip on the top of my windshield. They came to recalibrate my lane assist on my Toyota Tacoma. And they were very friendly on the phone and answered every single time I called. All the other windshield replacement companies went to voicemail besides for them. I will use them from now on.

Very affordable as we had 2 out of 3 vehicles not covered by insurance. Our windshield had to be replaced and unfortunately it was on back order but I received several calls during this process to keep me updated on the timing. As soon as it was available I received a call to set an appointment which was scheduled for the next day. The tech called in the morning to advise of when he would be arriving and then quickly went to work to get the windshield replaced. He was great to talk with during the install and went over everything when he was done to make sure I was happy.Highly recommend and will use Autoglass 2020 again in the future.

Extremely easy to work with and they kept me abreast of the arrival time which was well appreciated.They handled everything with the insurance company. All I had to do was approve the work with our insurance company and be home when they arrived. The work was done quickly and neatly. The installer told me what I could and couldn’t do and for how long.This all happened about a week ago and since then the vehicle has been washed been through a large 6 hour rain storm and been on the highway. There’s been no problems at all.I would fully recommend them to anyone needing a windshield replaced.

This didn’t recalibrate my 2021 vehicle upon putting in a new windshield they said they didn’t have the program to do it but referred me to the dealer where it is approximately over $350 to do it and I am expected to pay for it out of my own pocket!!! They have led me on for over 3 weeks saying they called my insurance company and some one was supposed to be getting back to me well that never happened and they don’t want to lose money the glass company said this is supposed to be all included when insurance pays them to do it. Not my problem to pay out of pocket to get something done when insurance paid them. Watch out for them get everything in writing and double check what you read. Poor Business ethics!!!!!!!!

Jessica was very helpful with the appointment setup and scheduling. She kept in contact and provided any updates on my windshield and the installer arriving at my place of business. Nick was great with communicating delays for service due to the monsoon storms at the time it was originally scheduled AND he gave me lifetime free windshield chip repair due to the delay. I did not mind and understood the bad storms would postpone it. The gentleman who did the install was very friendly and gave me instructions for not removing tape right away or washing the vehicle. Overall, great experience.

I recently had a giant bull’s-eye chip damage to my windshield and reached out to this place for them to repair it but they stated that due to the amount of damage that it needed to have the entire windshield replaced. Allison was the representative I talk to and she was very receptive and helpful with getting a good priced windshield replacement and at a convenient time for me. She took into account that I was a college student and that the hefty price for a windshield replacement on a vehicle with special features attached to the windshield would be a strain on my finances. Happy to say that I am satisfied with the price that I will be paying and the repair that they will be doing on my vehicle. Would highly recommend anybody to them!

They must be related to the cable company. Appointment was set for between 12 and 5. They call me the day before and ask if they can come early between 8 and 12. I say yes and they call the day of, were running late. They call again were still coming and will call again when were on our way. So they call and show up at 1:15. So why did the change the time?

I’m rating 5 because they made things right after several things went wrong. My auto mechanic set this up, & when insurance got involved, I learned Auto Glass 2020 is not a preferred glass provider. This caused delays and extra time to work through. Fast forward three (3) weeks, after one appointment was rescheduled because windshield was “wrong,” and I finally got my windshield. Installation was quick and efficient. Thank you.

Auto Glass 2020 was so easy to work with. I called and staff assisted with calling my auto insurance and walked me through the call. They installed a new 50% tinted windshield quickly. I was going to get some cash in my pocket when I mentioned I wanted tinting on the four door windows, the cash was used to the tinting. Auto Glass 2020 scheduled me with a local tinting company they use and I got my windows limo tinted for an extremely reasonable price. I didnt have to set anything up or call and confirm. Everything was done for me, on time, and right.

Let me preface by saying I have a 35 foot bus converted to a motor home which I have had a lot of trouble finding a shop to work on. This company was extremely accommodating of my unique needs and they werent even in my insurance network of providers. I worked personally with Allison Fredericks who began her excellent customer service by contacting me back at 8pm (in her off work time) to help set up the appointment because I was not available earlier. She helped me set up the claim with my insurance (which ended up taking 45 minutes because of my unique vehicle). When I arrived shop staff was very friendly and worked together to help me get my bus into the shop. Allison kept me updated about my bus via text. All 3 custom pieces of glass were replaced quickly and they look fantastic! I would recommend this company 100 percent and will be returning to Auto Glass 2020 if I have any auto glass needs in the future.

I have a Subaru Outback with EyeSite cameras. They replaced my windshield and even let me watch them calibrate my cameras. They did EXACTLY as I saw on an instructional video. It took TWO tries, because Subarus are tricky - but the tech was determined and successful the 2nd time. It was a quick 30 mins for the whole calibration. THANK YOU!
