Wish I would have read some of the reviews before going into this store. I seem to be having a similar problem as others with promised promotions that never pan out. Went in to upgrade my one phone and told that I could upgrade a second line for free. My bill skyrocketed. J kept giving me the run around that next month I would see the promotion applied to my account. He kept blaming it on Verizon and them not processing his ticket to get the promotion applied. I said I would call verizon to clear it up, and he said not to and to let him fix it. He seemed concerned about me contacting verizon and was giving me some weird reasons why I shouldnt, so this raised a red flag. When I pushed him further on the promotion credits, he now changed tunes and said since he lowered my bill by signing me up for auto-pay that my bill was the same amount and that he meant that the phone would essentially be free since he offset the costs by lowering my bill. I told him, paying $720 is not essentially free and he kept trying to spin it and now claimed there was no promotion. Seems like I am not the only one getting scammed here if you read the other reviews. Definitely avoid this place.

Id recommend this store to anyone looking for a phone or accessories. CJ also helped me switch over to Verizon from T-Mobile and the transition was smooth and extremely fast.

Something that was supposed be a simple process turned into a nightmare in 1 night.This is my second day as a customer and my bill is at $306 . I only had 1 phone paid in full also a tablet that was supposed to be a kids plan 👎.My experience here was just the worse here at this store……. . I told them what I was looking for and I just got sold and sent out the door. The knowledge I needed from the reps was horrible, I didn’t know anything about the kids plans.They didn’t even know that the kids plans ARE NOT compatible with tablets, which I wasn’t aware of until after I bought it. Also they will not communicate with you thoroughly about what is on your account they wait until you get surprised at the end of the month. Thank god I found out the next day I didn’t even receive the Plan I came in asking for. They also don’t care about there customers. They don’t ask enough questions nor build enough Report. All the Reps are borderline knowledgeable about Verizon experience and products. It seems like they cheated on their testing to be hired, the reason I say that is because they don’t speak, treat, nor act like the Verizon experience that is shown in front of all the consumers nationwide on Tv.This store does not know how to represent Verizon to a higher standard . Don’t go to 3rd party Retail stores just go to corporate . ( Ask if they are retail store or a corporate store.) ALSO DONT PAY IN CASH!! If you need a refund it will take 3-4 weeks until you get your money. Also this is just my second day as a customer. Only thing good about this company is the Service on the phone plans. Which the reps don’t control, they control The experience the customer has and this store gave me A untrustworthy, none caring, speedy process kick in the butt experience 👎🚮

Please never shop here. I went in 9 months ago to get a new phone, and was assured MULTIPLE times that my plan would remain the same. My husband was concerned they would screw something up, so I asked probably at least 10 times and was reassured each time nothing would change. Lo and behold when our bills started coming in our phone plan had changed to a more expensive one. It STILL has not been fixed 9 months, many phone calls, and a few in person visits later.Save yourself a headache and get your phones elsewhere. Wishing I would have listened to my husband and got my new phone direct from apple.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 13 years. When I tell you this was absolutely the best experience I ever had working with Verizon. I will admit my last two phone purchase experiences were subpar so I intentionally looked at the reviews as I choose a Verizon location to upgrade my phone.Jay actually spelled “J” the store manager and Mark were phenomenal. We were educated and assisted in choosing the right phone for our needs, I was able to maximize my data plan and most importantly they walked us through the proper set up of our phones. Jay and Mark along with the rest of the staff were extremely personable. I found myself laughing and completely loosing track of time.To put the icing on this beautiful cake. Another Verizon patron took the time to personally thank Jay in how he ran his store and how profoundly professional and pleasant the whole staff was. He too found it to be his best experience with a Verizon store.I could not agree with him more.I will send any Verizon convert or existing customer to this store. This is definitely my now Verizon home store.Thanks Jay and Mark for such great service and laughs.

Do not spend your money here!! I came in to replace my wifes phone. Tyler explained to me with the current promotions I could turn in my 2 phones and get 2 new ones and lower my bill from $157 to $130.... Nope first bill $309 second $270!! I came back in to explain, they turned me over to corporate. Corporate pretty much told to to deal with it. Turns out Tyler entered the promotion in incorrectly, now I am stuck with the bill.

Tyler helped me find a phone that was close to the one I was upgrading from, yet better. It is so much faster. He took the time to be sure my phone was functional to my specifications and even helped me update my caller id which I had been trying to figure out for months. He submitted my rebate for me online. It was seamless. We had originally gone to the Verizon store on Signal butte that not only refused to transfer the data, but would not even allow us to touch the phones we were interested in. How if I am looking for something new will I know if I like something if all I can see is the size of the phone? The Dobson and Elliot location in Chandler was a much better experience. This store is awesome! I needed a new phone and they did not push me to get an expensive one. Chandler helped me out. He gave me all my options, was patient and did everything he could to get me what I needed. I would recommend this store cause I know they will give the customer what they are looking for and more.

My Dad was having issues with his old phone and went in to get a new one. My Dad is NOT tech savvy and needs A LOT of help when it comes to phones. When he told me he was going by himself I was seriously nervous. I thought in my head...this won’t be good. He called me later that day to tell me he had an AMAZING experience! He actually said “it was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.” He made sure to tell me it was Francisco Juarez that helped him. I didn’t personally meet Francisco, but for him to get those rave reviews from my Dad tells me that he is extremely patient, knowledge and kind. If he reads this....thank you! I’m grateful you were there to assist my Dad with his new phone...and all the other Dads that need a little extra guidance.

Just the best experience I have had getting a cell phone by far. Not trying to up sell me or not tell me about the fine print and being very honest and I could not be happier: store was set up really good not too cluttered and i must say it again bluest experience buying a cell phone by far! I was going. Sprint and didn’t have issues and than T-Mobile took over and they really really took advantage of me to put it lightly and let’s just I will have to pay like $3000 for one phone and one that I turned in and they lost it. So they gave me the run around not telling me the truth and if I kept going I would be paying $5000 in like 8 months. Nope nope I love you sprint but goodbye T-Mobile you liking pieces of you know what. Screwing over a army veteran this bad disgusting!! Thank you Francisco!!!

I was only walking in to see the size and weight of a Pixel 5. I was planning to buy through the online store.Adam helped me find the display and after I was visibly unimpressed, he asked me a few questions about what I currently have and what I was looking. He quickly made a few recommendations and brought them out from the back.I was quickly sold on the Moto One 5G, as I was currently on a Moto z2 Force, and saw that the Moto Actions were on this phone as well.What a great experience. Spoke with Tyler on the phone about my circumstances. Phone was not working and was looking to upgrade to a new one. They had it in stock so I went in to purchase. I wanted to purchase the phone out right and not be set up on monthly installments. Tyler would not let me purchase the phone for retail and said if I wanted to purchase the phone I would have to pay $100 over retail. I have purchased all my phones out right in the past and do not like making installment payments on them. If you are looking to do the same avoid this business.I took my business to Bestbuy and they were happy to sell me the same phone for retail.

No doubt Verizon has the best coverage in the world. Not all Verizon stores are the same. By that, I mean at this locations customer service, is really amazing. Employees here are really easy to talk to. They take their time with you. And they will get you on the best service and plans possible. If you have any problems, they will fix it. Trust me they will work their magic! From the manager on down, everyone here carries good and positive vibes. Get with my boy Tyler! He deserves a promotion.

Had a phone problem during my day that turned into needing a new phone asap. Called this location for help and help I definitely got. In a world where everything sucks it was nice that one of the employees, Chandler, made the process of checking my what options I had to fix my problem and then upon getting there he made it easy to setup and transfer all my data and walk out in about half an hour. Avoid the stress of everything with your new phone and just have this guy do it for you lol.

I called and guy said one person available I come I live 5 min had frozen food since he said it take 15 min most waited 35 min and I gave up. It wasnt a great first impression only reason I came to this store was it was on my way to my restaurant. I will never ever go in here again. He keeps telling me few min but there are other people and I only need a sim card.

Highly recommended! I always thought you get less from a 3rd party store but this place was clean, and setup wat better that the other cell phone stores I’ve been to. Great customer service. These guys are awesome. I didn’t have the money to upgrade but they were willing to discount as much as they could, but i still didn’t have enough. I wasn’t able to get my phone that day but since Shane and his Manager was willing to go the extra mile for me. I will be back Friday to get my new phone bud! Glad to know there are still good sales people out there.

I switched from having t-mobile for three years to go back to verizon. I messed up with ordering a phone online. I came into the store and was helped immediately into more lines for a cheaper pricing. Not only that, the store manager J helped way and beyond. He helped me with corporate and the whole 9 yards. He helped me with the latest phones for a price I can’t get anywhere else. His customer service is the best, which is so hard to find but he is top notch. Everyone else here is super helpful and so nice as well. If you need anything, I would go to J. He truly goes above and beyond and the sales reps generally care as well and want you to be happy. You don’t feel like they are pressuring you into getting phones and adding on a sale, but they want to make you happy especially J.I can’t thank him enough for his help. This location is awesome! Specifically Sam, I went in a few months ago to get the Google Pixel, he showed me a bunch of options and I actually decided on a different phone with a format I am way more familiar with, also better camera and processor! They also broke down my bill for me and if I have any questions I can just text or call them and get answers as opposed to calling customer service and dealing with that. The store is set up cool and everyone who was working was helpful. I got the perfect set up for what I needed and would reccomend for sure! Oh ya I got like $800 in rebates, they he went out of his way to find! Super bonus!

Jay was very helpful in choosing the new phone right for me. It was a change I was concerned would be too different to go from Samsung to LG. It has proved to be an easy transition. Jay has also assured me he would be there to help if I have a question and even put his # in my phone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!So my girlfriend and I went to this store to try and get her phone fixed. Well we walk in and are greeted with 4 guys all eyes glued to their phones, the guy closest to the door looks up after we had reached the desk, and said hey what can I do for you. She tells him the phone wont receive texts. He asks to see the phone after checking the acct, to make sure its all good. She hands him the phone and does a factory reset. Didnt ask if he could do it, just does it. Nothing had been saved from the device to any cloud before hand. So now she is frantically searching for the pictures and other data that had not been saved. Unfortunately at this time there is nothing we can find... This guy was completely unprofessional throughout the entirety of our being there, I mean the guy checked/played on his phone 4 or 5 times in the 20 to 30 min we were there. Complete disregard of the customer is all youll get at this location.

This is a private independently-owned store and has no formal relation to Verizon. since I cannot seem to leave a detailed review I will just say stay far away from this place. They have no idea what they are doing and they will screw up your account and let you walk out with a phone that does not work. The next bill you will get will be very expensive far beyond what you have ever imagined. Then you will have to actually call the real Verizon to straighten everything out.

Our salesman, Ryan Hunt went above and beyond the call of professional etiquette during my mother and my visit to this store. He took his time explaining all of the options available, repeating the options numerous times-- per my mothers numerous inquiries. We were very impressed with his patience at such a young age. Last Friday, I decided to activate my brand new iPhone X by going into the nearest Verizon store not knowing what to expect. As soon as I walked into the Verizon store, I was politely greeted by a sales associate and was taken care of instantly. Nyck helped me with activating my phone, and gave me a ton of helpful tips and useful information on the iPhone X accessories. Another associate, Aaron was kind of to go out of his way to give me brand new otter box case free of charge! How nice!! This was hands-down the best experience I’ve had in a Verizon store!! Thanks guys! You rock!

Best and most friendly service Ive ever had at a cell phone facility. Clifton and their new hire Tia were extremely helpful and their positive/friendly attitudes made buying a new phone an enjoyable experience, and honestly everyone in the store was great. They clearly presented me multiple options of payment plans, phone models, and whatever else I needed to know.

I would definitely recommend this location. Shane and the staff at the Verizon store were awesome. I meet Shane in line at the bank while waiting for ever to cash my check. I was complaining about my service with sprint. He mentioned he can help me out. I can into his store. Everyone was so nice. I was offered water by his co worker as I waited for Shane to be done. James was great. He helped me when I wanted to get an early upgrade on my iPhone. He helped me when he noticed that I hadn’t backed anything up on my phone in over 14 weeks and he was able to use this great content transfer app ensuring I got all my apps and pictures. He is an overall great sales associate and extremely helpful.

Jacob and Chase were the most knowledgeable and fun gentleman I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing at any Verizon location. They were so helpful and courteous and even kept my twelve year old daughter included in the conversation. I went in thinking I was going to wait days and days to get a refurbished 6s plus and left with a brand new 7 plus and an upgraded service package... all for basically exactly what I was paying before. And best of all, they made my time with them fun. The vibe they bring is unparalleled. I manage a very busy restaurant in Tempe and Id hire either of them if they ever got tired of selling phones!!Thanks guys for turning a usually not so great experience into an awesome day for my kiddo and I!!

After my horrendous experience with another Verizon store(Alma School corporate store) . I went to the store on Elliot & Dobson, a young lady by the name Tia was very patient and incredibly helpful. She help me understand how to use my Pixel 2XL, she took her time to explain and did not make me feel like I was a bother. All the people at that store are very nice and helpful. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE LOOK NO FURTHER!

After getting the run-around and cold shoulder from the Corporate Verizon store at the 101 & Frye Road (yet again, same thing happened a couple years ago when I bought my last phone at the corporate store at Ray & I-10), the friendly and helpful people at this office were AMAZING! Perhaps Verizon Corporate needs to start having their people visit this store to learn how to do customer service the right way!

Bought a note 9 From here, the phone works great but the screen protector they put on it had a lot of lint and dust under it. They refuse to replace it telling me I have to pay ten dollars to another company to get it replaced. Not only this Im a good judge of character and I can tell the guy is not being honest with me on my plan I have and I will be leaving Verizon.

The employees at this location were excellent when I had a issue with the reception on my iPhone with the LTE dropping to 3G and 1x. They tried their best to fix my iPhone is by replacing the SIM card. I would like to thank the employees at this location who tried to help me with the issue I had been having with my iPhone. I would come back again sometime because of the great customer service at this location.

Was not impressed with the quality of service with this place. Went in for a GizmoGadget for my daughter, none available. But, I was able to get a deal on upgrading my phone (with a used one), along with getting a Hub for the car and a new (used) tablet. Well, after really thinking about it all, we were up-sold these devices. The Hub would have needed to connect in the same place our insurance device plugs in, which we get a discount from. Needless to say, I’ll be sure to actually go to Verizon for all my needs, cause even the person working the counter to activate my phone was more invested in their phone than getting mine going. I was glad they returned everything in the few days we had the devices, I kept the tablet. Well, now that’s on the fritz, 10 months later. Guess that’s the way the ball bounces sometimes. My advice, do some research on what you really want and then go to the store specifically for the item(s) you need.

I was frustrated trying to make a call but had no service in Safeway with sprint. This random person that I later found out was named Shane was behind me in line and said to me I have 4 bars on my phone. But I have Verizon. Come to find out he worked at Verizon. He let me use his phone to make my call then convinced me that I needed to switch to Verizon. We set an appointment to go look at phones and see my options. I was about 2 hours late for my appointment. When I arrived Shane was working with another customer. But Will came to great me at door to let me know Shane will be with me shortly while handing me a water. This is probably one of the best cell phone store I’ve been in. They all have desk like a car dealership but they didn’t treat me like a car dealership! The minute I walked in thIe door I was greeted. Long store short. I was taken well care of. Shane gave me options wasn’t to pushy which led me to change providers. Unfortunately couldn’t bring my 5 lines over but I ported my work number over at least. My boss and I will def be coming back to this location to add additional employees-since the service was so great. Thanks you!!!!
