Ive been with Data Doctors for four years, and am pleased to rate the service they have provided me as 5 star. They listen to me. They provide speedy and competent service. They have never shown impatience with my lack of computer competence. I am more than pleased with their service.

Was waited on right away. They looked over my computer. Told me they would call me the next day to let me know what needs to be done. They followed through with that and with everything else they told and did a great job of fixing and working great now!

My laptop is working 100% better. The guys in the store were knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate their help.

Sam and Jim have been extremely helpful to me in solving a series of issues with my 7-year old desktop computer. They stuck with me over several days and successfully resolved every issue, and now my computer is working as good as ever. They were very patient throughout the times it took to update my computer. I am totally impressed with their prompt responses to my phone calls and trips to their shop. I couldnt ask for better service, and I recommend their services to anyone that needs reliable action from a team like Jim and San.

They cover it all. I have never had a problem they cant cover on my pc. Their anti virus is great and should be made for people lol.

Lied about pricing. ALSO they say the same thing to everyone OH YOU NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE... My friend brought his laptop in. I told data doctors its probably his hard drive giving him problems. they said OH THAT NEVER HAPPENS TO LAPTOPS... then what happens? they said he needed a new hard drive and a reinstall of windows and charged him $415 GO TO GEEK SQUAD

This is my second time using Data Doctors (different computer). I am completely satisfied with the service and have purchased their service plan for my daughters laptop.

It was 50 bucks per diagnostic to see if they could get the memory off the phone. Preface, i dropped one riding my motorcycle it shattered. Other had slight water damage. I was a dumby and thought when they sold an item that was described as water proof, it was true. Anyways, i got the call from the repair guy, something like 500 dollars per phone. Mind you i could still plug them into my computer but the only reason i couldnt get the data off was because there was passwords on the phones. And with out being able to unlock it i couldnt pull the info off. Anyways take what you want from this. I just think the prices are ridiculously high. Other than that very professional

I have taken all my computers to Data Doctors through out years, and they complete the job, fix the problem or offer advise. They will tell you they can fix it or upgrade at a reasonable price. I would never take my computers anywhere else. They are the best! M Garcia 10 20 2019

They really helped get me started on my brand new computer by switching over the data from the old computer. They safely recovered and switched over my old files to the new computer. They got my computers back to me in a day in a half. As a online/telecommuting student/employee, I highly recommend the membership with Data Doctors because not only are you priority for computer fixes, but you can take your computer in for any fix and the monthly membership payment will cover you. You also get malware protection with that membership. I believe it is worth it.

Jim at store 207 was wonderful. My laptop hard drive died. Jim replaced my old dead hard drive with a much larger size at a great price. Jim had my Laptop back to me within 3 days. I rate Jim at store 207 with 5+ stars. Thanks Jim

Took it in cost $59.99 for diagnosis said the windows software wasnt licensed and it cost $140.00 after deducting the $59.99 to get the windows 10 software licensed and it worked for a bit then it crashed again then when they looked at my review they called me back and told me they would look at it and see why it did and ended up had to get a new hard drive which I had a feeling I needed to so they kept me up to speed on how it was going, for my 1tb ssd hard drive and install cost $214.00 and its working like I knew it should. My experience with them was great.

Able to repair my computer and it is working great; however, it took a week before i could get it back, which was difficult as I use it everyday and I only had an old computer as a back-up which did not have newer information available. Work was good but tool too long.

Data Doctors did an excellent job reconfiguring the hard drive on my beloved Toshiba Satellite laptop, and also were able to save 100% of my files and media. Great job DD!

All I needed was the fan cleaned of pet hair (was running extremely hot), but they ended up mirroring my profile, messing it up when copying back over, and losing 17 months of bookmarks that I hadnt been able to backup due to unforeseen circumstances. Then wouldnt (or couldnt, according to them) copy my bookmarks back from their mirror image to make things right. Do not recommend!!! Will attempt to upsell unneeded and/or unnecessary services. At least no pictures or video was lost!Update 5/15: I was told by the staff that the profile was mirrored (not my own words) and yes, the profile was corrupt. It was working when I brought it in, even if possibly corrupted. It was fixed by your staff as far as the overheating - it no longer overheats. I think theyd said there was a ton of animal hair inside, most likely causing it to overheat. I admit that I shouldve been able to back up my information. I find no fault with the company for MY issue... but when I came back to recover my lost bookmarks, I got nowhere because I was told that the 30 days of backup data storage were up (the morning of the 30th day). When I called to initially check to see if I could get my bookmarks back (never mind the corrupt profile was working JUST FINE when I brought it in), I came in as soon as I could, only to learn theyd already been wiped from the back up. I still stand by the complaint, and am only angry because even though I contacted the company regarding the issue, it wasnt resolved to my satisfaction. My bookmarks were lost. End result = unsatisfactory. Isnt that what these reviews are about? How can you grow as a company if you cant accept constructive criticism and try to improve from it if you deem it necessary? If a customer calls in a panic because some of their data isnt restored as they understood it would be, that is an opportunity to improve upon your services.Thank you for your time and consideration - Ive updated 2 more stars for your customer service effort and concern.

I took my external harddrive to Data Doctors to recover my data as it was not working. As you see on the paperwork they told me internal parts needed to be replaced as it was damaged. They quoted be $900 to fix and recover. I had vital data on there but I could not afford to pay that much. Someone I knew said they would look at it for me and guess what they recover ALL my data! He didnt even need to fix parts! Im now able to access my files and want others to beware of these LIARS! They knew the info was important to me and they tried to rob me.

This store is a joke, he ripped in $99 as diagnostic even though, its written $69 at their website. The deal was to do an evaluation for data recovery and as he said; in most cases they can have an access to the data and get it back and there is NO NEED for any additional cost. sounds great and i accepted. Next, I asked him how long does it take to hear from you, he said the next day. I waited all the next day for his call and no body called me till before they close I called them to ask about my machine and they told me my SSD isnt responding and I have to wait for one to two days more. However, they called me the next day early morning to tell me they approached to my data through a different kind of system neither of, windows or OS woooot woooot good news right? lol unfortunately, that is going to cost me more $250 lol I have given a clue that the data is all about word files and pictures isnt that something significant. anywho, I am sharing this to save others $$$ and dont get ripped like they did to me

Took my laptop in for a tune up...a couple years worth of accumulated junk needed to be taken care of. Ended up buying the maintenance plan and have taken advantage of it twice, most recently speakers didnt, only headphones. Took a day, but finally the thing was fixed. Got it back without the USB dongle for my wireless mouse. Staff found it, called and apologized. Excellent staff, professional attitude makes you feel like your problem is going to be taken care of with skill. HIGHLY RECOMMENCED.

Very disappointed. I was very clear about the files that needed to be recovered and received back a drive with everything I told them was not required and NONE of the contracted files. I gave them a passport drive with more than sufficient space - 435GB to hold two Outlook files and they forced me into buying another drive to hold all the files that I didnt ask for. I also asked for my original drive to be returned and I didnt get that back either. The whole experience has been very frustrating and has cost over $1,000!!!
