It does feel pricey getting these items but its definitely worth the money if you know what youre looking for. The dragon egg bath bomb is so much fun to enjoy and the massage bars are worth the 12$ you spend on them for how many uses you get out of them.One bar has lasted me about 2 ish months and not even half way used!

Love that they ask people to sanitize their hands before entering. Also you realize how many people dont know how to read a bang sign right in front of their face that asks them to do so. Love LUSH even more after this visit.

Lush is awesome no matter where you go. Having to ask for a sample every single time you want to smell something is tiring, but cest la COVID.

I love this store! Ive only been once and I plan on going back. The service is extremely friendly and kind. They also have plenty of samples to make sure you get what you desire. Its truly a wonderful store! They also have a variety of products. This includes face masks, bath bombs, soap bars, and a lotion bar (It looks like a bar of soap but its lotion and it spreads on your skin so smoothly). The scents are enjoyable and last for a long time, however, the scent isnt too overwhelming. 10/10 would recommend

Poor customer service. I waited on hold 53 minutes and the customer service representative knew how to resolve nothing, he then proceeds to create a ticket and update that my issue has been resolved. I paid for priority shipping and was told that my order will not ship in time for Christmas even though I was told that it would be. At this point I have no merchandise, Lush has my money, and I am left with no resolution!

I absolutely love this store. After a few years, the majority of my beauty and hygiene products are solely Lush products. It is a huge relief knowing wheat exactly is in my products and that they are natural and hand made. Not only are they cruelty free products, Lush does an incredible job working on products and a system to reduce waste and recycle.These sundries are also so well made, last, and are an indulgence for the senses.The staff are always so friendly and helpful too, which always makes visiting Lush a fantastic experience.

Very helpful staff! Very knowledgeable about their products and very willing to go the extra mile for the sale. The lady helping me gave reccomendations for conditioner bars and gave a detailed explanation for how it would be different than normal conditioner. I definitely left with more than I thought I was going to buy.

I understand helping a customer but I dont like being harassed by every employee there. Give the customer some space to look around and shop. Employees are way too pushy! My boyfriend was with me and he got jammed up by three employees at different times trying to push sales on him after he told them he was there with me and my sister. You have some great products but the way the employees try to push sales is way over the top and not in a good way.

Staff was very personable and knowledgeable. It was nice to be able to try out the product while at the store and take a couple of free samples to try at home. I purchased a few items for both myself and my daughter. We are both so happy with everything we brought home.

My niece said she wanted bath bombs for best birthday. This is the best place to get them. They arent the cheap target ones. These are legitimately the best bath bombs. They leave your skin super soft and smelling amazing. The staff is always eager to answer questions and let you try the product.

I LOVE this place. Yes, its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for with high quality, responsibly created ands beautifully crafted cosmetic and hygienic offerings. Additionally, the store representatives are always charming and helpful, often going above and beyond my expectations. I regularly purchase my face moisturizer and rub - on scents here, and its lovely for gifts, especially around the holidays.

Went to lush today after a long shift at the hospital I work at. I was greeted by smiling faces and helpful employees. I found what I was looking for immediately and received lots of recommendations for other products. When I went to check out the cashier was so nice and we had a conversation about the hair products we use. He gave me a sample of one of the products we talked about and I love it! I will definitely go back to this store. Keep up the good work, you guys are awesome!!

First time in a LUSH store, very clean, neat, and associates were helpful. I believe Jacob helped me today, helped me find a couple items I really think Ill enjoy. Was never pushy about anything, truly helpful. Cant wait to try my products.

I had never visited a Lush store before, and I think Ill be coming back. The staff at this store are fantastically helpful and helped us find a ton of great products, offering different options and samples so we could find what we needed. The store smells wonderful and the products available are all a wide range, I came in looking for lotion bars and walked out with facial cleansers, toners, bath bombs, and a nice cuticle lotion.

Love this store. The packaging of their products is eco- friendly, the ingredients are safe and the products perform! Jake at this location is always helpful. He introduced me to one of my favorite things here: being able to take home small samples of products i want to try before i buy! But i also love that they took care of me when i purchased a product that didnt work for my skin type. I was able to exchange for what i needed! Love love lush!

Amazing people who were incredibly helpful and attentive. I got the Tea Totatler and Dark Angels face care products for help with my oily skin and acne. Im very excited to try them. Ill definitely be going back for the shampoo and conditioner bars as well.

My wife and I love LUSH. The customer service is excellent and they always go above and beyond. I do wish they had a customer discount or point system to save a buck or $200 but all natural is a bit more expensive. They will always have my business if the keep this up and continue to care about womens rights, sex trafficking, and the earth.

Went here a few days before Christmas. They were PACKED, but they were asking everyone if they needed help and didnt seem to rush anyone. Friendly employees during a huge holiday rush, amazing smelling store, and their check out was super speedy with extra employees checking people out on handheld devices. . . No complaints from me. Their products are amazing too, a little pricey but they dont test on animals and its all hand crafted.

I could buy everything in here and it would never be enough. Soooo delicious and nothing yucky in them to make my kids sick. I always buy bath bombs or bubble bars for their stockings and Easter baskets. Its also a go-to gift for teachers and thank yous for family.

I thought this store was a joke until my wife picked me up sample of hair product. They have so many things there and they are of a high quality I was not use to. The service is amazing and friendly.

Loved it!!! I feel safe and cared for. The product line is great. We sort of stumbled on the store and when we stuck our heads in we noticed a myriad of smells. None of the smells were artificial. And all of the stuff we bought and brought home was wonderful!!!!!

Most people that give a negative review of this place are women that complain that the staff won’t leave them alone. As a male I have the exact opposite problem. When I can’t find what I’m looking for and I attempt to get assistance they turn away from me like I have the plague. I know I don’t smell bad, because I use THEIR products so I take offense to their lack of willingness to help me out. Maybe it’s time to start shopping elsewhere if they don’t want a male buying their products.

I LOVE Lush! Everyone at this store is so knowledgable and helpful, and they have a wonderful selection of things to choose from. I am a fan of the massage bars, fresh face masks, and all the Naked products - no packaging!

I stopped in one night after dinner at cheesecake Factory for a few birthday bath bombs.The stock looks a little bit older, as in kind of dusty and a few discolored products. The store was not busy while I was in there an yet the staff wasnt ready to demonstrate and make suggestions like at Fashion Square. This is not to say that they werent friendly, just the FS location staff seemed to be more keen to honestly help and show off all their cool products to you.

How do i state this?.......Lush is one of the most amazing stores at chandler mall! They have great customer service and great demos. With my kids we saw 2 bathbomb demonstrations and i also got to sample a face mask and root cream. I definitely need lush to help with my damaged hair and its never been better!!

Me and my wife were visiting from out of town and she wanted to go to a mall while she was here in Phoenix. She is Japanese and is used to incredibly polite and friendly service, but has been unable for the most part to find comparable service here in the USA at any store. This Lush changed that. They treated her like royalty and gave outstanding service that she has been raving about for hours after we have left. She even told me that she wants to come back to Phoenix in the future specifically to come to this Lush store, even though there is one fairly close to where we live. The associates here went above and beyond their duties and made my wife extremely happy which, in turn, makes me happy as well.

Great store. All natural cosmetics. You can try out most items. Wonderful place for gifts. I have never given Lush to anyone who did not love it.

Rudest employees ever!! They need training in customer service

My visit to this LUSH location (Chandler Fashion Center) was one of the worst experiences Ive ever encountered! As a great advocate for most LUSH products, I purchase products approximately every 6 to 8 weeks from my favorite location at the Arrowhead location. Upon entrance to said location,@ 10:30am on October 5, two female employees were behind the check stand, I felt so unwelcomed. They never greeted me, they never looked up from whatever was obviously more important than a customer entering this establishment. Whats worse, I was the only customer in that store.

I love this store!!! The employees are always so nice and there are always new things to check out. I love the bunny moon mask and the Godiva shampoo bar (my 2 favs right now). I have sensive skin and there are a few things I cant use but what I can I love. The massage bars are also really good for sore muscles! My mom who had her knee replaced (young mind you...the result of when she broke it in high school) uses it all the time to massage out knots or rice crispies as she calls it.

I love every product I get here. My daughter has very curly hair that tangles easily, and the trichomania shampoo bar is a miracle! It keeps her hair soft and it doesnt tangle anymore. After trying every hair product imaginable, it was a huge relief to find something that finally works on her hair without making it oily or dry. I also love the bath bombs, soaps, and I personally use the godiva shampoo bar. Everyone in my family has different hair types, but there is truly something for everyone at LUSH! There are so many different products that it can be overwhelming the first time, but the employees are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. The website also has descriptions of the products.

If I could give no stars, I would. This is going to be a long oneI LOVE Lush products. I’ve been using them for years and have spent quite a large chunk of money with the brand. So this is based solely off my experience at this store, not the products.I’ve been coming to this location off and on for 2 years or so, and in the last 3 months I would say the customer service has gone down so bad to the point that I’m willing to drive an hour from my house to the Scottsdale location just to avoid this store.Depending on the day, you either get really moody associates, that seems like I (the customer) inconvenience them being there or you get even worse, the overly aggressive associates.The overly aggressive associates are what the shoppers have to deal with 99% of the time. They literally hound you while you’re there. If you tell them you’re fine and you’re just looking, they have 5 comebacks. If you tell them you know exactly what you want, they have 3-4 comments on GREAAAAAAT the product is and that I HAVE to try this other thing. It gets to the point where being kind and respectful to them turns into having to force them off of you. They’ll grab at you and started demonstrating things and tell you that you NEED the product without asking.It’s become very clearly that during the holidays, they are specifically about the money, not the people buying the products.And it’s not like it’s a bunch of different people bothering you, it’s always just 1 or 2 associates (always different) that follow you around forcing stuff on you. By the time you even get to the products you want, you just want to leave. I have visited the store 4 times in the last 2 months with every intention on repurchasing 5-6 items, but left every time empty handed and drove to Scottsdale.I understand hiring seasonal people. I manage a retail store so I understand that, they don’t always have the swing of things but from my experience a lot of the pushy people are permanent employees. At least the seasonal people are too afraid to talk to everyone.

I love the soaps! They ALL smell sooooo good. They have essential oils in the soaps that help your skin. It can be a bit pricey but its worth it.

Lush was amazing, my daughter introduced to me as I had just got off from work. I was givin an example about the bubble balls as they soked my hand into a lathering bubbly moisturizing bowl. You can actually feel the bubble fizzing out the dead skin cells as it rejuvenates with brand new soft illuminating skin. Very relaxing experience. Will go back most likely to even by each member of my family a fizz ball for a christmas gift!

I am a long time user of Lush products, but will not be returning to this location. Every time that I shop here I am hounded by employees who will not leave me alone for more than a minute (even when I ask them to and let them know I will ask them if I need anything). They also focus more on upselling products (i.e. suggesting that you use multiple expensive products in the same bath - who needs a $30 bath?!), as opposed to finding out what you actually came in for, and helping you with that. This time it was frustrating enough to where I left without purchasing some of the items that I had planned to, and the one item that I did purchase was the only Lush item Ive ever had that was poor quality. It was a bubble bar that turned out to be rock hard, never fully dissolved in the water, and had next to no bubbles or scent.

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you find the right products for you cosmetic needs. Have a good selection of guys stuff, and thats awesome! Love the coalface face wash and vanishing cream.

Their products are effective, seductive and well worth the money. The sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
