This is a very small store compared to the free standing Sephora stores but if youre in a pinch, you can find something quick there.

Although the SEPHORA store as you enter JC Penny in the business complex near Gilbert Rd & German Rd is rather small, I have been purchasing cosmetics and perfume there for over 15 years and have always appreciated the high quality of the products.

You can never get anyone in drapes to help

I love that this location is super quick to get to from home. Even though they dont carry every single.thing a larger Sephora stand alone does, youve got way more than the basics at this location.I also really appreciate that the sales associates are friendly and helpful here. There seems to never be a lime and you can always find something to make your look sparkle here! A ++++!

I went to this store yesterday morning. The two women working were so slow. I was looking for something and no one asked if I needed help. Ill just take my business elsewhere. Better customer service is needed at Sephora at Chandler/Gilbert location.

Even though its a smaller store front you get the personalized experience. This literally is the only Sephora with people with a Chicfila mentality! So knowledgeable and nice! It would be nice if they got more product, but employees are amazing!

Just have to say who doesnt like Sephora? No girl in their right mind would ever say that. The people were great and i was just looking around.

I have shopped at this location many times and spent a ton of money here. Reason being is because like the other location in San tan village square these employees were amazingly helpful and always so nice. Today is a different story. I walked in said hi to my favorite employee Gabi and continued to look around as I usually have well upon looking around I heard the dark haired employee tell the gentleman employee that they needed to watch me because she thinks I steal from this store or whatever. I felt so uncomfortable in a place that I loved to shop for so many readons and now I refuse to be treated like a thief after I have spent countless dollars in this store. I will not return and I think they need to address Maria I think is her name because she is very rude and judgmental

Worst experience ever, no assistance from staff who were gossiping rather than their job,dirty makeup station full of used Kleenex, staff member was cleaning up used items from counter and I attempted to give her a cotton ball I had finished using when she informed where the trash can was, I never received help, I had planned to purchase lipstick and liner by Kat von D as well as new lash primer and mascara, this is not the first time Ive had bad experience here. What is the problem, bad management, no management

Found some shorts for my hubby. Was pleasing shopping early in day.

So... Im basically not allowed in this place anymore.. (my boyfriend wont allow it) I walk in wanting something for $20 and spend $100... What can I say? I want it all!!

This Sephora is a joke. The shelves were out of stock for each product I came here for and many others. I was the only customer there. The three employees there were just goofing off and seemed annoyed when I asked for a recommendation. So disappointing given the customer service Im used to receiving at a real Sephora

Ive always been kind of intimidated at make up counters, but the employees here were friendly and helpful. When the Tarte blush palette I was looking for was out of stock at this location, they ordered it for me with no shipping charges.
