Autumn was the most pleasant, professional employee I met today. She helped me tremendously in my search for the correct items I was seeking. I cannot praise her enough in her knowledge of certain items I had questions about, as I was shopping for someone else and have zero knowledge regarding make up.I will defiantly come in again and seek Autumn out to help me in my future purchases, she made my experience pleasurable, and I thank her for taking the time to address all my questions.

They have good deals here, but only because everything they sell is fake. I recently bought a Becca highlighter and compared it to a real one and the color and packaging is both different and even a professional told me it was fake. The deals aren’t good enough for fake stuff. Got the highlighter for a better deal at Ulta which was actually real.

Everything is good but except service. they are pretty rude not even say hi or say something. I don’t know they are racist for Asian people or not but they did not greeted me but another customer they are very nice too. They tell another customer about the promotion but not me. ok! I’m fine. when I go to ask them about promotion, they just nodded their head. You guys should improve your attitude to customer because not just me complain about this stuff. Im at professional woman who has spent a lot of money at this store. The last three times I went in there right after I came in security guards came in and basically mad-dogged me until I left! The first couple of times I thought it was a coincidence but tonight I went in and am the only customer in the store and here come the guards. Im so insulted and offended Not even when I was a teenager was I treated like this. I will never spend money here again. Ever. Not worth the $6 saved to be treated like a criminal. Horrible business practice to treat customers like this.

The wifey was in makeup heaven. Id personally rather be waterboarded than spend an agonizing hour going through every conceivable shade of lipstick.

Was trying to buy some Estée Lauder for my mom, they pretty much just lied about the expiration date (only few days left) they told its good for another 3 years, always check the bar code for expatriation date and don’t get scammed!

Autumn is one of the nastiest women Ive ever met. Glares at me and my friends while I shop even though everytime I go there I spend well over 100$. This time she crossed the line, had security guards watching us and basically accused me of stealing my husbands credit card but despite my better judgement I finished paying and the evil witch watch me go through the door with bag of paid for products which set off the alarm and claimed it had to have been me or my friend not the stuff I just bought. but we went through without the bag and wow no alarm, eventually she actually checked the security on the items I paid for but not till after insulting me. when I called to complain about the treatment she basically said well Im the manager so what are you going to do about it? I love makeup but hate vile people so never again will I step foot at that mall none the less that store.

I was shopping for my girlfriend and Im so unfamiliar with makeup. I wouldve had a such a hard time finding a great Christmas present for her but with Autumns help I feel like my girlfriend is going to love her gift and will be impressed with the knowledge I have now.

All the staffs here are racists! They discriminate Asian customers and tried to use fake policies against them. Very rude and unbelievably! Asian customers could only purchase 1 item per PARTY! While others could just do whatever they want.

Was in the store trying to find a moisturizer for 15 minutes and one representative was in there the whole time and never once asked me if I needed assistance, which I did, and I was the only customer the entire time, after 5 minutes I just wanted to see if she would ever come up to me after the 15 minutes I gave up asked her name as I walked our the store,ERIN, YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND AT YOUR AGE, THATS HORRIBLE!!!
