I love this store. The staff are always so helpful and friendly and there is always some type of yummy treat to sample. Easy to find any and all things that you need for baking or stocking your kitchen with new small appliances. This is a classy place but very down to earth helpers. Love love love

There were really great staff at this location, more often they would find you rather than you having to flag them down. And I love kitchen stores in general, so it was always a joy to browse. I will miss it dearly; yet another store Ill have to drive up to Scottsdale for in the future.

The customer service is absolutely the best. I’m sad they are closing this location! Every staff member has been wonderful and the store is so appealing that I always come away with more than I expected. LOL I hope Sur la Table takes care of these employees.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offered me a small cappuccino, which was quite good. I was there to get new spatulas and the sales staff pointed me to a current buy 2 get 1 free sale they had on kitchen utensils.

The service here each time Ive visited has been great. My latest visit, I believe it was Rick that helped us. We ended up finally investing in a Staub frying pan. He pulled out all the stops in making sure we got the best deal we could. I dont doubt that they earn commissions, but theyve never been pushy (maybe they dont, but if I were a betting man, Id bet they do). Theyre always helpful and knowledgeable... And for a novice like me, Im all about the advice.

Great black friday deals. We prefer quality over quantity. We want to get all of our appliances here. We enjoyed nice caramel bark there too!

Good place to go for hard to find kitchen/cooking items. I came looking for a coffee French press, suitable for camping. They had a good selection that were reasonably priced. You could probably get a better deal on the net, but if you want to see it in person and skip the shipping wait, this store will probably have what you need. Also picked up a nice set of kitchen towels that were on sale.

Love this store they have so many awesome items !! Wish they had the cooking school like the Scottsdale one ! But if you need anything cooking related they have the best !

One of the few places to go for most of the things they sell. Reasonable prices on their branded lines. Good sale items sometimes. Managers have some discretion on pricing for some items.

Came in for brining bags. Website said they had some. When I asked the staff said they were out and seemed totally uncaring of my trip down to purchase something. It felt like I was interrupting them from some more important staff conversation. Needless to say I’m quite disappointed in the experience. I would have accepted the out of stock just fine if they had actually engaged with me like a human being. So I’m standing in front of the store sharing my disappointment.

Needed to purchase Miyabi knives(8 Chef/3.5 Paring) as a gift. Called(Chandler/Ahwatukee AZ)and asked if they would be willing to match CutleryandMores online price. They wouldnt. Asked if they would be willing to do anything. Nope. Called their customer service #. Same thing. Asked to speak with a supervisor. Nope! You cant! lol. Had to get the knives though. My first and last purchase from Sur La Table. Everyone I spoke too were very courteous and professional. My issue is with the policy not the people.

Sure la Table is one of those buy it once, buy it for life sort of places, but that usually carries a big price tag! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Really fun store, but pricey for some of the small items. They have just about every gadget and accessory, Nespresso machines, and quality cookware like Le Creuset and All-Clad.

They always have what I need to improve my cooking experience! Today I found the illusive Fiori di Sicilia that I need for my cannoli! I was so excited to not have to buy it online and wait for it to be shipped. Love this store---
