This is a wonderful jewelry store! The owner, Eric, is just amazing.  He is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable, and his work is fantastic.  My wife and I have had 2 custom rings made here; the first ring was a promise ring that I had given to my wife before we were married.  Eric’s ideas and customization of that ring made it even more special! The second ring was a men’s custom-made wedding ring; Eric hit it out of the ballpark with this one! His attention to detail, willingness to listen to ideas, and involving us throughout the entire process just made us feel that much more confident in the work that he does.  We greatly appreciate the work he has done for us, and for being an all-around amazing guy! I had my wifes wedding ring repaired here. Very good service and they did an excellent job on the repair. The setting is now stronger than it originally was. Highly recommend for jewelry and repairs.

Shopping here is more about dealing with Eric, the owner, than just buying jewelry. He is invested in his customers. He is experienced, knowledgeable, to be trusted and fun to be with. I wish I could find more of him in my other purchase places. Cant say enough good things!

We came to Gemsetter & Company to have a piece of jewelry repaired and while we were waiting to talk to the owner my wife found a bracelet that she fell in love with,of course I bought it for her but that aside,my wife has been trying to find her alexandrite birthstone in a unique setting for quite sometime.The owner of this establishment and his wife took an unbelieveable amount of time with us to explain the stone and type of setting that it could be put into so that even a non jewelry guy like me was able to understand. She found the exact setting that she was looking for and it is being custom made for her at a very reasonable price.So I must say price,selection,quality and above all the pleasant atmosphere and congeniality of the owners at this shop makes this a no brainer for me and my wife for all of my/our future jewelry excursions.It really feels that you are with family here. Im glad we found this gem of a store so close to our house.

Not only was he knowledgeable, but made us feel like family. He went above and beyond in his artistry and care! Took the time with joy in his heart to discuss every last detail of our beloved mothers rings.Treated us like it was his mothers rings.Eric added purple amethyst to the solid white gold band, in memory of my moms favorite color and the color of the Pancreatic Cancer ribbon that took her life to short at 58yrs young.Our hearts are sooo full and pictures dont due justice on this mans talent and heart! Eric has been absolutely amazing! My fiancee and I both got very delicate antique engagement rings that have a nasty habit of wearing down/breaking, but Eric has been able to help us every time! He custom made the wedding band and it fit perfectly the smile on her face was proof of the excellent craftsmanship. It’s not just the quality of the ring though it’s the fact that he saved me money and was by far the beat deal that I could find. Eric is an amazing jeweler and always so helpful. Even though I did not purchase my rings here, this is where I have gone for all the adjustments and fixes since Ive gotten mine. Got my ring sized in 2 days for a great price and then brought my ring in when I had 2 loose side diamonds and he fixed it in 2 days with no charge!! He also gave me an honest opinion about not sizing a eternity band that I had got as it would loosen the diamonds.He is so great to work with and will always go to him for my ring needs. May also be getting my fiances ring here!!

Awesome custom jeweler!! I searched many jewelers to find someone who would turn my heart diamond ring into a floating pendant. After a discussion here, I knew this was the place. It turned out exactly how I wanted. I will be bringing all my jewelry here for repair, reworking, etc from now on.

So as a guy I had the engagement ring figured out but Eric helped my fiancé match it with a wedding band. My lady is very particular with what she likes and he helped her find what she wanted at a relatively reasonable price. If you are a man in the same boat I was in come here. Friendly personal touch and they do size down smaller if your lady has small fingers which can be hard to find.

If I could give this place 10 starts I would. This place is the epitome of service, knowledge, and honesty. Eric, the owner, is amazing and extremely helpful. I had issues with my ring that was bought elsewhere. He explained and showed me with his loupe so I could see for myself the areas of concern and he encouraged me to go back to the original jeweler to have it fixed. He didnt try to upsell and wasnt diagnosing things so he could get my business. He genuinely wanted to make sure I had it fixed and suggested going to the original jeweler it would be cheaper for me. I decided to give my business to him because I value honesty and integrity, something that seems to be forgotten about in todays world. The ring work I got back was beautiful!! I am so happy I found Gemsetter and I will only be going there for all future jewelry purchases.
