This is a popular fast food place in the western states of the U.S.. The food is definitely a step up compared to McDonalds and Burger King, it is certainly nothing to rave about, and you can get better burgers for other places also designed to value speed over quality. Nevertheless, the 60s dinner atmosphere and the simple menu make it a pleasant experience. I guess a simple menu will also make you choose your food faster. This is definitely designed to get you in and out quickly. This place was clean, and even the restrooms were in a good condition.

Not as busy when you just go inside and order your food.With the new touchless side dispenser. Just have your finger hover where you normally would be pressing the button to dispense.

Friendly, and Fast Service.The Location was Clean, and Bright.Burgers were Tender, and Juicy. We Really Enjoyed them. But we were Less than Impressed with the Fries. Sorry. Buy we will Definitely be Back.

First time visiting from the east coast! Loved the animal style burger and fries! Well done 🙃

1 st time ever having my order wrong. I dont know how they got animal style on my French Fries. I had asked for no special sauce on my burger. The manager was more worried about drive through time vs getting my order correct. I asked for well done fries and they kept giving me back the same order. I was pulled over to the front. I waited for regular fries. I wad traveling and this was my second time here. They werent that busy either and seemed to be fully staffed. I been loyal to In n Out since I was a kid. Oh and idk if its this location only but the grilled onions on the burgers is less than half of what it used to be and old bread.

Other than the understandably long lines, depending on the time of day you visit, this team has always been on point. It being my local In-N-Out, I stop by at least once a month, sometimes a bit more.Theyre happy to share their recommended favorites when asked, and the team works quickly to get us all on our way. What else can I say, In-N-Out is great! And this team holds their high standards well.On last thing, Im a huge fan of the unsweetened iced tea! Just wish my cup holder could actually house the XL. Usually have to downgrade for convenience.

I liked this place alot. Especially since its somewhat fresh. They dont have it in MN so my whole family gets it when they visit. I had In and out burger few times but this time I got severe food poisoning. Woke up 5am unbearable stomach pain. It wouldnt been bad if I had one burger but I had two. My aunt said she gotten food poisoning from there too. I even tried puking nothing came. I always eat at my own food truck and restaurant because its farm grown and we are super careful Especially with COVID-19 being so bad.

Never ate at one of these I liked it but they mix the ketchup with the mayo for the sauce not a big ketchup fan but it was good !

Theres usually a large line for the drive in but they move through customers very quickly. You always know your burger is going to be hot and fresh.

Staff were so nice and helpful. Fast service and food is always exactly what you expect here. Line outside for drive thru was long but moved really fast. Place is run well.

Quite possibly one of the cleanest restaurants Ive ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and very organized. As for the food, everything was very fresh and the fries of course are exceptional.

Its very over rated not worth the hype in my opinion. Ive been to many in and outs but this one my family goes to a lot. sure its better than some fast food, but it isnt the best burger there is like a lot of people say. place is nice but the food just isnt amazing and a bit underwhelming.

Really quick service even when the place is crowded, tasty burgers (skip the bun and go protein wrap - fresh lettuce leaf). Fries are usually fresh but not very crispy, better ask them to be well done. Good bang for your buck overall.

Great experience. The line moved quickly thanks to very friendly, perfectly-masked employees taking orders with mobile devices. We were also asked if we were going to eat in the car as opposed to to go which meant less unnecessary packaging. Food was delicious, as usual.

Not sure what you can say about this place. Always friendly staff if not a bit awkward as theyre mostly young. Quick and efficient menu, good prices and never a disappointing bite to be had. I just wish the brown paper didnt dissolve when it gets cheese on it.

As usual, super long drive through line. Fast service. Tasty but SMALL burgers. Inexpensive. Tastes fresh although the patty is cut with laser (very thin). Fries doesnt have any taste but doesnt tastes super unhealthy. One big complaint of mine with in and out is the sitting. All the seats and tables are for kindergarten. But still so glad we have them in Arizona.

Great service and food. If youre looking for a new experience try ordering a double double animal style with chopped chillis along with animal style fries. Its a great combination and gives the meal a nice little kick. You can also ask for whole grilled onions instead of diced.

In-N-Out has been my go to spot for a burger since the early 70s. I have found very few that compare except, maybe, Five Guys but they are on a different plane. I had my first animal style burger with chopped chilis (another one of their secret menu items) tonight and boy was it spicy! Left my tongue tingling! For those who love the heat of jalapenos you have to try your burger this way. Fantastico!

One of my favourite fast food restaurant in the US. The price/quality is very good. The restaurant style is minimal design, I like the pictures on the wall. The food is delicious, they use fresh material, the drink is refillable. The staff is always very helpful. The restroom is clean. You can choose the dine-in or the drive-thru possibility.

Normally love In-N-Out Burger, but this time I dropped in to just get an afternoon treat, a chocolate shake. Unfortunately, what is now being served and called a chocolate shake is closer to off white, yet thick, foam. The total lack of chocolate taste is very disappointing. If you dont want a soda, or lemonade, then you have to get what they call a shake. The chocolate is no where near worth the calories. Sad, since In-N-Out has always been a place that cared about quality. Not worth the calories.

Alot of cars but it only took 20 minutes double with a cheeseburger 2 strawberry reg shakes and 1 fry 15 bucks

The drive thru was surprisingly fast, we got to order and our food in less than 5 minutes, I guess we got lucky. Since we are from California it was nice to see an in n out in Arizona, we love the burgers there, specially the animal style one like the picture.

Whenever I’m in the west coast I can not not get get an In n Out burger! It was a good location, not too busy, order was up quick, nothing messed up, place was very clean, can’t go bad #innoutburger

Stopped by for a quick meal for myself and the kids because mom was working. We ordered a few burgers with everything and We ordered a regular burger with nothing on it and it came with everything on it. The nine year old was very displeased with all the sauce ect . We didnt find out until we had left. The long line was too much to wait though a second time our food would become soggy. I had to stop at a second fast food restaurant for chicken nuggets 😂. Fast food, great prices, always consist. Just check your order before leaving the window.

Being from ND, I dont often get In and Out Burger. Anytime I make a trip to the southern states, I go out of my way to find one. Hands down the best burger chain around. Most recently i visited Chandler, AZ. Like all In and Outs, the service was fast and friendly in a clean restaurant.
