I have been a customer who comes (came) to Chandler for the winter months. A little over a year ago I had to purchase new hearing aids and could not be happier that I came to Scott and Jennifer in Chandler. My new Starkey aids are terrific; even more important - the service and after-care from Scott is second-to-none. They even managed to help this Canadian by sending me a replacement part under warranty. You can buy a device anywhere...but you cant beat great service like that I receive from Hearite in Chandler!

I got my Starkey hearing aids from Hearite two to three years ago and been very satisfied with them. Every time I stop in the office Jen and Scott are so friendly and helpful, whether its for having my hearing aids cleaned or getting more domes or wax filters (no charge). My latest experience was to have my hearing aids paired to a new cellphone, which took longer than expected, but they stuck at it until it was done. Hearite was recommended to me initially when I started looking for hearing aids. Scott was really helpful in pointing out the Pros and Cons of the models I was interested in. I settled on the Phonak Marval 90s as they suited my needs and lifestyle. Hearite got me me fitted in short order and even switched out the units when they came in the wrong color.Scott and Jennifer do a great job of keeping my hearing aids in top condition. I stop in approx every three months to have them cleaned and adjusted with no real appointment needed. They are friendly and really easy to deal with.If your are looking at hearing aids, Scott and Jennifer can make the process easy and comfortable as well as answer all your questions.

About 18 months ago I first encountered Hearite Hearing Aids in Chandler AZ.By chance Jennifer has been my only contact there. I have been back there maybe 3 times since my purchase. Those visits were to ask questions or remedy a minor issue.Jennifer has always been friendly, knowledgeable and solved my problems.And by the way; at no charge.

I took my mother-in-law here last year to get hearing aids that fell into her budget and obviously helped her hear better. Who knew we would find such a welcoming place with all the answers we needed? She was given time to try out her hearing aids before deciding if they were right for her. She was treated with the best of care, and even now, over a year later, if she needs anything from a simple cleaning or adjustment, they take great care of her. I recommend going here if you need hearing aids because they definitely take care of you and make sure you can hear!

Ive had hearing aids for 2 years now and recently had trouble with both of them. Took them into hearlife to be fixed, which they sent into the factory for repair but when I picked them up neither were adjusted for my hearing. They apologized for not having the program for Bernafon aids. Hearite came to my rescue and got them working today which not only me but my wife really appreciates itThanks again

Staff is very friendly. Able to get you in for a test in a short period of time. Through and very knowledgeable. Definitely i would strongly recommend.
