Was greeted and asked if we wanted a sample of ice cream. The woman was very helpful and even explained that their ice cream is made with honey. Her knowledge of the product was informative and helpful. Ordered a Wildberry smoothie it came with real fruit not processed. She also explained that while they have already made recipes, if the customer so chooses to make their own custom shakes, smoothies or dazzlers, it is up to the customer what ingredients are used and if any additional charges that may occur such as using more then 2 flavors or additional scoops of ice cream can results in an upcharge to include toppings. The dipping cabinets were nice and clean. There is seating available at this location.

Older lady with glasses who seemed to be the manager was quite rude to us and gave us attitude when we were very polite and just trying to order a smoothie. A very unpleasant experience and your company seems to advertise it as a friendly environment with friendly staff but I was very disappointed to find out otherwise. Will never come back ever again, unless something changes.
