Fantastic ice cream. The flavors combos they come up with are amazing and the ice cream is natural and preservative free. After I ordered I noticed they sell ice cream flights for around 8 bucks where you get 6 small cups of flavors of your choosing. I will be returning for a flight most certainly.

Oh I love a great Ice cream shop with friendly associates and all homemade ice cream. They let you try flavors before purchase. Also an easy to read menu for the elderly.

Wife wants a waffle cone; they are out of waffle cones. Daughter wants a milkshake; blender is broken. Son wants a root beer float; they are out of root beer. All of these are preventable problems. Disappointed. Recommend more management attention. Nice ambience. Willing to give a second chance.

Been going to The Screamery since it first started in Tucson and it continues to keep the same delicious consistency every time!There are plenty of flavors and you cant go wrong with any of them. Sample a few flavors and then order whatever you enjoy the most...but its hard to choose just one flavor.

Tried the Rough at Sea and the Sweet Cream Honeycomb. Both very good!If you like nuts, Rough at Sea will be a delightful treat. Theyre still crunchy and you can taste the candied coating on them, even though theyre in the ice cream (many places seem to lose that somewhere in the process).Sweet Cream Honeycomb wasnt lying about being honeyed! One scoop is plenty, and plenty delicious. People with braces, dentures, etc beware: The bits of comb (not wax Honeycomb, but the candy stuff) are VERY STICKY and VERY LIKELY to get stuck in your teeth if you crunch on them! I think thats a good thing, but if you have some reason to avoid that, you have been alerted.

Really good ice cream. I honestly had a few other top ice cream places in the Chandler/Gilbert area at the top of my list but now this is in the running for #1. And really nice service too.

Loved the selection and even though we walked in 6 minutes before closing the employees took their time getting us samples and served us with a smile. Top notch service!

They have an ice-cream with local honey comb in it. I have allergies so I was hoping the local honey would help. It was good. None of my grandkids liked their ice-cream. I will say, its Arizona, its extremely HOT outside & the second you walk outside with your ice cream, it is instant sludge. It quickly becomes warm sticky cream, ANY ice-cream, not just from here. So if its summer time, personally I didnt enjoy it.

SO good!!! Lots of unique flavors, the girl at the counter was friendly and helpful. The Honey Comb ice cream was amazing, but so was the Bees Knees (Lavender Honey Swirl) I had the 2 together and was not disappointed.

My kids love ice cream, but they wound up only eating a few bites and I was really upset that I wasted $14 on two ice creams that were trashed. I didnt taste much but from what I remember it was a little sour tasting. I understand that it is an all natural ice cream but something was off?

I want to try all their flavors! Everything was good and unique. I like that they don’t use artificial dyes or flavors. Hope I didn’t miss out on their pumpkin flavor for the year.

They do listen to their customer complaints so for that I have updated my review.I wanted to provide this feedback for the owners of Screamery so they can understand how our family was treated. Last night (July 9 at your Chandler location) around 8 pm we had a very unpleasant encounter with your staff. Let me preface that weve been to your location before and have even invited friends to join us for an ice cream treat there so it wasnt our first time. We go out as a family for ice cream treats often because our kids request it. We enjoy your ice cream as theres some flavors for everyone but unfortunately we wont be back because your staff didnt value us as customers and were rude during our interaction. We are a family of five - with 3 young kids, they get excited about ice cream but last night they were even more excited as we were informed you reinstated giving out samples. I was limiting my kids to trying two flavors and then decide on what to buy. Your staff must have gotten irritated with us and said theres a limit per family and this would be the last sample. I said ok and finished our purchase of 4 ice cream cones. My husband who is a big ice cream fan, refrained from ordering something because he was so put off by her comment and felt that she didnt treat us kindly. It wasnt the limiting of the samples but more of her tone and attitude. I later asked my husband, if he didnt get anything was because of her rudeness. He said yeah - he doesnt want to support a business that doesnt value all customers, big or small. So I decided to ask for a manager or someone in charge, your head cashier let me explain the situation and afterwards offered me a free ice cream for my husband (which he did not take or want). But within my discussion with the head cashier, she was very hesitant to offer me an email for me to voice my complaint and even suggested if I wanted to reach the owners, that I drive to Tucson to do so. At first, I was trying to explain how the attitude and treatment made my husband feel but as I was talking with the head cashier, that same staff member was very condescending with me by saying have a nice day but not in which you would expect that statement to sound if it was genuine or sincere. It was said in a tone and manner of, get out of my store. So bottom line is that your staff did not make our family feel welcomed at your store at all and in fact it left us with a bad taste of how you run your business. Your staff alienated our family and for that reason, well be taking our business to an ice cream shop that enjoys and values children in their store.

Really good homemade ice cream. I don’t know of any other ice cream parlor where you can get a flight of six flavors. That’s handy because there are a lot of of unique and interesting flavors to try. My personal favorite was the honey flavor, but they were all good.

First time here. My husband and granddaughter loved their ice cream / milkshake. I only eat no sugar added treats so there was nothing there for me.

Got a scoop of cookie dough. The ice cream seemed more water than cream and the cookie dough had no flavor. Could have gotten a whole half gallon of Dreyers from the grocery store for the same amount of money and it would have tasted a lot better.

My kids and I have eaten at the Screamery in downtown Chandler multiple times. We have always had a great experience with excellent customer service. The ice cream is delicious and there are so many unique flavors to choose from, that my kids have a hard time making up their minds. My all time favorite flavor is sweet cream honeycomb. I’m pretty sure I could eat it every day for the rest of my life. It is that good. I highly recommend The Screamery. You won’t be disappointed.

The young lady who helped us was exceptionally knowledgeable and delightful. She explained what made the Screamery unique and wonderful. She was also able to describe the different options in detail. Did I mention she was delightful? I wish I had gotten her name so I could address her specifically. The icecream was a little soft and pricey. The experience was worth it.

A year ago, I gave this place 5 stars because there was a mishap with my banana splits. They had no lids that closed for takeout....the manager reached out and gave me new ones for free a few days a later....a YEAR LATER AND THEY STILL HAVE NO LIDS THAT SNAP SHUT LIKE MOST PLACES??! The girl working there apologized and said they get complaints all the time about it and the managers still dont seem to care. Had to ride with two splits on my lap so they dont move around too much, but they still ended up spilling. Better off going to Baskin Robbins or just edine in if you go here. Should get a 1 star but the girl working there was really friendly and apologetic. Not her fault at all.

Friendly, attentive staff, good service! The ice cream was good and plenty to choose from. plenty of seating inside and patio seating available. I’m happy they have the kids size scoops available (even for adults) because I honestly can’t finish a full scoop!

There are so many unique flavors here and the atmosphere is really fun. You can split a single scoop into two flavors. The award winning flavor with honeycomb is stellar!

There was just one person making the Ice creams and so had to wait for my turn to order. I tried the honey comb flavor and it tasted very average. While I was waiting in line, I noticed atleast 3 people order the banana split. So thats probably the best option here.

We come here as often as we can. We love the homemade ingredients. Definitely love the puppy dish that they serve. Everything is healthy and organic. I would recommend to anyone with any diet.

Homeade waffle cones, premium ice cream, doesnt get any better than this! My lil woman and I had nachos (fresh waffle cone chips topped with ice cream caramel and fudge), and something else that had blueberry cheesecake ice cream melting over a warm cookie. The girls working there were pleasant and literally served us up tag team style. So much fun! A+++++++!

Im reviewing after ordering here twice. I got bees knees and orange screamsicle. Bees knees was overly sweet and the other flavor literally had teeny tiny hint of orange flavor. Plus their blender wasnt working so I could not get milkshake. They had pistachio listed on the site but it wasnt available in the store. Overall not a good experience for us to go back here.

Stopped by for a treat and was so glad we did. The store has a great vibe and feel. It looked well maintained and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and kind and the ice cream was fantastic!

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. We come here every time we can. But now will never go back. Manager (on the phone) and employee that was working tonight need to be replaced. A customer should never be treated the way we witnessed a guy be treated. He left with his family and we left with ours as did many others. Also, for people on the sidewalk to witness it and then for the employee to call him a liar, threaten to call the police because of a medical condition, and then to mock him and encourage another customer to beat him up? Holy cow, this place needs an overhaul and some serious training. I decided to look up on their website about the company, and the couple that founded them look darling. Their statements are falling on deaf ears tonight though because what they preach they stand for was not what happened tonight at their Arizona Avenue location. They lost customers tonight. Sad to say, it was our last trip there. Looks like others have had similar experiences.

A customer was waiting in line and i happened to get helped first when the lady confronted the worker she did nothing to help the issue and the customer ended up leaving with no ice cream the worker was not professional and only made matters worse... I didnt get the workers name but was a white girl on the night shift on feb. 13... Bad customer service will never go back

Absolutely amazing!!! We just came for the first time today and were blown away. Their ice cream is amazing and we will definitely be back to try more flavors. Coffee toffee, ooey gooey butter cake, strawberry, and cookie dough are the flavors we got. The employee who served us was very personable and friendly.

Delicious ice cream but the waffle cones are so brittle if you touch them they fall apart. Wasted an entire cone when it hit the ground two bites in.

This is THE PLACE for ice cream! Never had any ice cream ever that tasted this great. Last time I had the Almond Joy ice cream that tasted like Almond Joy and This time I had the Flight of Ice Cream (perfect if theres more than one flavor you want to try). the Orange creamsicle was amazing and the Fudgesicle actually tastes like an actual fudgesicle. Never had anything like it and I LOVE it. You really cant go wrong at this place, its all delicious. Now that we live in Arizona were taking all our visitors here!

The ice cream was great! However the counter where you pay was sticky and had ice cream dripped all over it. Also the tables were not cleaned in between customers.

Went to check this place out for 1st time was not impressed. Although its a nice family environment the customer service was terrible. The 3 teenagers that work there were not friendly or enthusiastic to be there. One of them had such a horrible look on face like she didnt want to work there. We asked her for a Cookie Dough cake cone and she scooped us a pistachio cone!! We told her hey we asked for Cookie Dough? She said Oh.. she didnt even apologize..space cadet! Uh! Anyways..the prices were little overrated the flavors were alright.. maybe 2 of them that were good. Theres way better places near by definitely will not be back.

So... dropped by for the first time to try it out today. The smell was heavenly and the place was very clean... I sampled a few flavors and all of them were good. I asked for a “double” of two of the ones I liked the best... that’s where I became disappointed. I was given a cup that had such a small amount of ice cream that it would have been a “small” single scoop, let alone a double... The price came out to $7.49! Ugh... WAY too expensive for the stingy amount that was given. At Cold Stone I at least get a decent portion of ice cream for $7+ or an extra large Concrete at Freddys or Culver’s, heck, even a large Blizzard at DQ.... despite the “decent” ice cream and pleasant atmosphere, I’m sorry, but I won’t be back. If you are looking for an overpriced undersized portion, this is your place... otherwise, spend your dough somewhere else IMHO...

They don’t use gloves to serve your ice cream. Handling food should require wearing gloves.

This place has a fun menu and the icecream is definitely good. But Im not sure it was worth the price. We paid $17.00 for two pretty standard sized desserts (comparison to coldstone sizes). Which is a lot. While its unique and fun, maybe not worth the wallet plunge. Fair customer service though.
