Great spot to chill. Not crowded. Only one inside the store. Helpful staff. Free water upon request. Sat for a while, hydrate and cools down from the scorching Phoenix hot weather. Chocolate Sunday was very good.

What you pay for three people to have a simple sundae you can get 3 tubs of ice cream at the grocery store. Just way too expensive. Good ice cream though.

Pretty good experience we had the medium dip cone and turtle pecan blizzard ! We went inside to order and were served quickly.

I always get a special blizzard that is cherry chocolate pecan. They didnt have cherry so I got to try strawberry instead and it was fantastic. Service is good and my ice cream was delicious.

Good Dairy Queen location. Clerk was friendly. Amazing jalapeno sauce with pretzel sticks. Combo selections were limited and grilled chicken was out. Rotisserie chicken bites were not as good as expected. Enjoy!

Had hot fudge chocolate brownie. It was amazing, both the icecream and the brownie. Proper measures of covid were taken with clean table top surfaces.

Went to this location with my family. We ordered a bunch of icecream for our family and one of the orders were wrong. I asked for them to fix it by simply adding Reeses on top for one of my children. The lady was extremely rude to me. She stated to me that it says it was plain. I told her that it was supposed to be with reeses instead. She abruptly grabbed the cup and snatched it off the counter in frustration with me. I asked her why the attitude? She I guess got upset about that and stormed away. I do not appreciate going to a store and spending hard earned money to feel like I have to be treated badly because my family is black. I deserve to be treated with kindness and respect when I come in the store up until I leave.

Ordered 3 ice creams from them, and they only got 1/3 of them correct. Errors included wrong size and wrong flavours. Worst DQ Ive been to.

Waited too long in the drive through line for a box of icecream sandwiches. When we finally got them they were barley filled with icecream and they were so soft we couldnt eat them. Not sure who made them but I know they didnt weigh them to make sure they had the correct amount if icecream in them. This is the 1st time this has happened to us either. Oh and the cookies were soft and mushy too.

This place is awesome, they always host the after party for the Highland Jr High play. They are always really patient with the seats of kids and are quick to accommodate this large group. And the treats are always the best. Great place to go for desert.

After waiting 12 mins for my food tonight, I went to the counter and asked for my order. The girls looked at each other and said they gave that order out. I told them I didnt get it and showed my receipt. She said sorry and that they didnt have anymore Chile that they could give me just the hot dog. I then asked for a refund and they told me that couldnt do that either. So I then asked well what can you give me because me and my daughter have been waiting. These two ladies were so unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not go back here.

Employees here could not be more rude and unattentive. Young employees should not be left alone without a manager to run a small business just because you have low volume foot traffic. Young employees do not understand customer service because they cannot function outside of their phones. Came at 3 p.m. on August 29th. Will not be back.

I hope the owner reads the reviews because this is the dirtiest location Ive ever been to. First off the entire place stinks because the employees used a dirty ass mop to clean the floors. Also the tables are dirty apparently theyre not cleaned after theyre used theres dried out ice cream on the tables. But I guess people dont mind because this place is always busy.

Both times here have yielded pretty poor product. Usually love DQ, but this specific location leave a bit to be desired.

Walk up to the door at 8:54pm before closing and they lock the door in front of me. Very disappointing that the employee is just wanting to go home when in fact your hours are open till 9pm. I traveled off the I-10 just to grab a quick treat and treated like this!!!! Very sad!!
