For many years now, Rafael and I have been more than just business associates, we are FRIENDS, his whole family is included in this friendship. HE definitely goes above and beyond the role of duty. And he does good on backing up his warranties and repairs. Just a fantastic great person, mechanic wise and personally. Got auto repair problems, go see him. You wont regret it.

Went to get my one of my turn signal lights exchanged and the auto parts gave me the wrong light bulb, when I went to mike he already had the bulb there and changed it in less than 5 minutes. Mike is a genius. He can fix anything.

Rafael is the bomb. I ran across his shop years ago when he was on Maxey. Little fact he knows nothing of, I always visit several shops for estimates before I make any decision. His price was not the lowest, his professionalism was the highest. He showed he cared and loved his craft. He took the time and explained the issue and gave several choices. That was around 2006. For sever years I have been taking all my cars and my children cars to him. If only I could get him back to the Maxey location!!! Best mechanic ever. Thanks for keeping me on the road and to Florida!!!!!

I have been a customer of the RIOS location on Market and now at the Sheldon location for many years . I have always been provided with excellent service . Very reasonable rates and very pleased with the customer service . I have referred people and they have also had great experience with RIOS.

On their page they say that they open on Saturdays, my husband and I went two Saturdays in a row and both days it was closed. I have no idea what their service looks like, but they should start by posting their business days and times. We will not return.
