She didnt try to push higher priced items as other places I consulted did. The process was seamless from the first time I stepped in the showroom to when the granite was installed. Hannah was also very receptive to questions and emails. I would recommend Granite Source and especially Hannah Eldridge to anyone in need of beautiful, affordable granite.

I love my counter tops!. I chose the popular Ubatuba granite installed in my kitchen and my experience with Granite Source was perfect. Hanna was extremely helpful with coordinating the steps and also inviting me to the showroom to see my options. Incredible showroom. Granite Source was better priced then the big box stores and with out the hassle. Their men came and took an exact measurement and the install was quick and simple. Dennis the plumber at Granite Source followed up and was excellent. The Granite Source team was friendly and knowledgeable. My experience with granite source was great! Before the installation, all my questions were answered promptly and even though I went back and forth on picking a color, I never felt like I was a burden. During the installation I was able to easily communicate with the installers and they respected my home by covering the floors and being considerate of my belongings. The final outcome was a seamless beautiful granite countertop that I am so happy with!

We worked with Granite Source for new kitchen counter tops, bathroom counter and fireplace hearth. They had a lot of options that you can view in their store as well as at any of the wholesalers with whom they work. We worked with Hannah and she was very helpful throughout the process. The individuals who came to our house for measuring and installing were professional. Our fireplace hearth was a little tricky because it needed to fit under pillars, but also flush with the floor. The installers worked tirelessly until they had it perfect. The interior of the cabinets needed to be trimmed to fit the sinks and they made sure to explain what they were doing and that I was ok with it before they cut into the cabinets. (This was nothing you could see from the outside of the cabinets, just a couple rough cuts on the inside. This was an issue with our cabinets, not anything they did.) One small chip on the edge of the bathroom counter top was fixed quickly. We are happy with the end result of everything and would definitely use them again!

Granite Source recently installed counter tops in my kitchen. The entire process went flawless from measure to install. We were so impressed, we are getting our master bathroom done next. And since some time has now passed since the work was done I can tell you that their materials and craftsmanship have help up beautifully!We hired Granite Source when we were building a new home. They cut and installed countertops for a kitchen with two islands, three bathrooms and a laundry room. With 6 sinks and a half-dozen other cutouts among them they didnt make a single mistake. And as an unexpected treat they even turned the remnant from the 2 sink cutouts into beautiful trivets which weve completely loved using since then.Everyone we dealt with at Granite Source was a true professional, a pleasure to work with and an expert in their field. Going back through my email correspondence with them recently I was impressed with how quickly they always responded to our (many!) questions.Because of the extremely high quality and durable nature of the work its likely we wont need their services again for many years, but when we do I wont call around -- Ill call Granite Source immediately!

Its easier to highly rate a company when all goes well. However, how a company handles a few hiccups can reveal the quality of its business. Granite Source went above and beyond what I expected to remedy my frustration with a highly porous granite. Granite Sources owner, Nicolas Draper, along with a great sales representative, Missy Whitfield, personally ensured I was happy and had a good relationship with their company. Granite Source replaced the granite with stunning Quartz which I will enjoy forever. Thank you!

Zero stars for this place. In order to post this you have to give them at least one star. Their customer service should be called Alleged Customer Service ... ready to ignore you. They screwed up our billing ($300+ to their advantage ... what a surprise) and continue to totally ignore us about getting a refund. This is weeks into the overcharge. Great way to run your business into the ground. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a responsible, responsive company, which this outfit sadly isnt. I hope whoever is in charge there wakes up and reads this.
