Alfa y omega is amazing. They do more then just change tires. I brought my own oil and filter and they changed it for me for a great price saved me over $30. Ive bought tires from them before and have never been disappointed. Just make sure you bring cash because they dont accept credit but great prices and they know what they are doing. They even changed a sensor for me which saved me hundreds. I take my car there alot and will definitely be seeing them again soon to change my brakes

Love these guys - stopped by the other day before taking a long trip with my enclosed trailer. Needed a spare wheel and tire for the trailer - they hooked me right up for a fair price. My husband went to get our shock absorbers fix and paid $120 to later then while driving our car stops. I just don’t give my money away for later then not getting any work done that the car needed .it’s was a waste of my time and money going to waste. I will never go here ever again . Do not recommend. Rather go to somewhere esle next time and pay more and people who know what they’re doing .

Had a flat tire I was hoping I could repaired. I came to Alfa y Omega to see what could be done. They repaired the tire for $20, which is lower than the other shops in the area. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes. The man I interacted with, who I presume is the owner, was extremely friendly. I had to run back to my apartment to get cash because I didnt have enough on me and he had no issue with it. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

My brakes were squealing and I needed the pads and rotors replaced. The Mercedes Dealership wanted $1200 to replace 4 pads and 4 rotors. He told me that if I wanted to buy the parts online, that he would install them. I bought the parts for $340 and he charged me $160 to install them. I ended up saving $700 plus tax, which I really appreciated, and the brakes feel fantastic!

Flat tire on a Friday around 5pm is not a good thing. Most tire service operations close down for the weekend. Not these folks! Saved us a lot of grief and money by hooking us up on a Saturday!Very nice Carlos! Thanks again!

I stopped by on April 2, 2016. I had to get back to Charlotte, but had a flat tire. I was worried I wouldnt get this problem fixed because it happened on a Sunday. Luckily, I got in contact with Carlos Jimenez. He was a really nice guy and wasnt at the tire shop, but was very willing to help me out that day. Carlos was very friendly, spoke English very well, and made sure I was taken care of before I left (installed a brand new set of tires on my Honda Civic). A few locals dropped in to talk to him so I knew he was very well known in the area. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who lives close by or who happens to strike bad luck like I did that day!

The service was good but they failed to tighten up 4 of my 5 lug nuts!!!! I didn’t know WHAT was going on until my husband checked it out!!!! ANYTHING could have happened to me while driving!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! This was 2 weeks ago!!!!

They lie to folks just to get them to come there, and once you get there,, I had to wait well over n hour just to look at some used tires they promised to have,, So I waited another 30 minutes while they go looking for the tires the swore they had .. When he finally got back with the tires, yeah they were same sz,, but not one matched the other . Mitch match .. What a joke !! If this place was the only place on Earth to buy tires from,, . Guess I be tire less . I wont never ever go back there .
