I wasted weeks trying to find an auto repair shop to fix my vehicle’s issue. Either they had never done that type of work, had no knowledge of how to fix or they priced it hundreds of dollars higher than I knew it could be fixed. Went to Bigley Auto Repair, owner had his mechanic take into the bay area.. he confirmed the issue. Owner got right on it, finding the part. Got the part, took it back in. Fixed it! And at a reasonable cost for repair. Second time I’ve taken my vehicle there and they never disappoint. I highly recommend this shop. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Very friendly service. My car was inspected and the parts cost estimated within minutes. Then the parts we needed were delivered to the shop within minutes. Had a lot of work done, and was out the door within an hour. They are very easy to deal with, and did an awesome job fixing everything I asked. Labor cost was cheap too. You made a customer today ! This has become my go to garage great group of people always professional.

It may not look like it from the outside looking in, but Bigley Auto may be the best place in Charleston to take your vehicle. The people are good people, you cant beat the price, and they work hard to keep the turnaround time at a minimum. I respect that they dont replace parts unnecessarily under the guise of being thorough just to inflate the cost, as some places might. They had an opportunity to do so on my last visit - we even discussed replacing the parts beforehand - but they determined it wasnt necessary and choose not to.The first time I went, I had my car towed near the end of the day on a Friday. I had called ahead to let them know I was coming to drop it off and it might be right at closing - I understood if they wouldnt be able to look at it until Monday. When I got there, they stayed a bit late to diagnose the problem for me so I could look for and order the part over the weekend (specific Nissan computer that not even a dealership would have kept in stock for a vehicle as old as mine). I gave them an ETA once I had the shipping info for the part, and we arranged a time for me to stop back by the day it arrived. When I got there with the part, they had me ready to go in no time.

Paul and the people at Bigley Auto are life savers! I was in Charleston for only a few days and I had major problems with my car after basically pulling a dukes of hazzard (not on purpose). After one quick call, they had my car in the shop, they diagnosed the problem, and they were at work fixing it.They went out of their way to get my car fixed while I was in the area. Instead of making me wait for a new part to come in, they worked overtime and got a part welded back together. Not only did they go above and beyond to fit my schedule - they were friendly, honest and fairly priced too. I highly recommend Bigley Auto.-Nick

They Diagnosed the problem I have, and charged my AC, Real nice Guys and they seemed to know there Buisness.

They over charge people. They charged me $200 to change a fuel filter and I bought a new filter with me. They changed me 1.5 hours labor to repair a fuel line but they only spent 15-30 minutes working on it.$85/hour is too much for me. I wont go here again.

Bigley replaced my transmission in July 2014 with a Jasper rebuilt. Only to find out a year and a half later when it needed another transmission that it wasnt a Jasper at all. It was from a junk yard. Not a Jasper marking or sticker on it anywhere to be found.
