Jill & her team helped me dismember the horror I was given from the other company, then turned around and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted in less than 30 minutes! They layered the interior of the balloon with a bear, candy, snacks and layers of cash! I couldn’t be more happier with their professionalism and turnaround. Their attention to detail is unmatched. This is an excellent local business. The new location is great and I was impressed with both the selection and quality of products. I did not order in advance and had no problems, but Im sure its better and easier for all if orders are done in advance.

I ordered our housewarming/engagement party balloons from Charleston Balloon Company recently and they turned out sooo beautiful! The lady assisting me was so kind, helpful, and gave great tips on what colors and where to put the balloons! They offer delivery and to put them up for a fee, but I opted to do it myself. I let them know maybe a week in advance what I was envisioning and everything was done on time. I picked up the 9ft balloon garland in my car with no issues! Everyone loved the balloons and I will for sure be going to them for all my future balloons needs.

I needed balloons for my bridal shower. I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted but the moment I walked in, the associate was very helpful in showing me several different kinds. She wasnt pushy at all and showed me different colors by blowing up some sample balloons. She was very focused about them looking great all day and recommended to add something to the balloons to make sure they wouldnt droop throughout the day. They turned out beautiful! Will definitely be back!

Disappointed in the customer service I received when simply trying to purchase balloons for a garland arch for my birthday. When asking questions I was looked at like I was stupid. Will not be going back or using this location.

I wanted yard balloons for my neighbor’s 98th birthday. For various reasons, the balloon ideas from their website wouldn’t work (or were too expensive). They suggested a balloon bouquet with 9 and 8 balloons included. The problem was that the number balloons had nothing to keep them turned the right way or to keep them in the correct order. So when you looked at the bouquet in her yard it was impossible to tell what the numbers were supposed to say. I would think they should have known that wouldn’t work. Very disappointed.

Perfect solution to your decor needs. I recently had a birthday celebration that was ruined because my balloons were damaged after they were dropped off. I highly recommend paying the extra money for set up. It is so worth it. If you don’t, you’ll have hotel staff not caring about your special day and just manhandle them or leave them in heat to be destroyed. Go to Charleston Balloon Company, they do awesome work for any occasion. Pay for the set up!!!

We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted for a jungle/safari themed baby shower. And we were helped on the phone with the idea. Then when we went in to pick the colors and design, the associate was so extremely helpful and patient with us choosing and mixing and matching the colors. And she helped us choose the balloon animals. The day we picked up the balloons up, the gentleman was so very helpful! Even helped us put them in the car. The experience alone and how great the bouquets turned out, they will have customers for life!

Jill knocked it out of the park with the balloons for my son and daughters birthday party. It was wonderful that they could deliver to our house and not worry about driving 60+ balloons across town. What a great business. I requested balloons for my wifes milestone birthday, and it was better than expected. My wife was a tad miffed as now all the neighbors knew more than she wanted them to. All is good, as the thought was too much.

Charleston Balloon Company has been amazing for all of my balloon needs. They have helped me to put together several birthday balloon surprises that have been perfect over the past several years.
