Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review concerning my latest experience with Balance. New items were ordered in mid September and as of October 28th, theyve not been received. After talking to a staff member, their usual turnaround time for what I needed was three weeks. Its now over six.Ive used Balance on various occasions (since 2014), and they had always provided top notch service. Needless to say, Im quite disappointed with this current circumstance and will most likely go with another company for further products.

Had issues at first but dave called and apologized for them. I understand life happens... great guys.

This is a hard group of working people Dave the head man upstairs is such a delight to talk to and JJ from down stairs works none stop to make sure your product is perfect and on time I love working with them and I can truly say that they are the best at what they do!!!
