I have to say, I was anything but impressed with this company. I am a marketing specialist for a company spanning 7 states, so naturally I deal with a lot of sign and print manufacturers. I drove into WV on a plan day for a new store. This was one of the worst experiences Ive had. First off I walked into their lounge area and was overcome with the smell of cigarette smoke. I knew by the time I got done with my appointment Id be reaking of smoke and I still had other vendors to visit. I sat down with the owner for 20 minutes and outlined everything I needed, all the specs, the uses and the whole shibang. He said hed get back to me in a few days with quotes. 2 weeks later Im wondering whats going on, so I call and he is asking me to recall our meeting to him so he could REMEMBER my visit. How unprofessional and very disconcerting since I had blocked out 1 valuable hour of my 8 hour trip to meet with him. Then he cant find his notes he took, so I have to rehash everything. Big waste of time. Then he apologizes and says hell have it to me that day....another week goes by. So I gave up with this company and moved on to another that was very helpful, professional and quick to respond and produce my signs. Screen Graphics in Nitro, WV.
