I have came into the store many times, everyone is always so helpful. All of the reps have always greeted me and the other customers entering and surrounding the store. Best sprint store, i would definitely recommend.
Normally, I have a great experience. This was not the case in July. Due to the sloppiness of the associate, my bill has increased because she failed to adequately assist me with transferring of my data and watch to my new phone. Thanks for the terrible service.
What a wonderful team! I am completely satisfied with the way this Sprint store treats me and members of my staff. Keep up the wonderful work!
Great friendly staff. Love everyone in the store, they made me feel like I was family. Highly recommended!!
I have never had a worse customer service experience. On two separate occasions I went to this store to try and upgrade my phone. There was an issue the first time with a credit check (I keep my scores frozen for security reasons), so before I went the second time I called to ask if a credit check would be required for a different approach. I was assured no credit check would be required. After waiting over an hour, for the SECOND time, I was told that there was an issue running my credit by the sales associate... I could have saved both of us the time had this been told to me on the phone. Additionally the sales associate (Haley?) would not stop playing on her phone, did not greet myself or any other customers politely when they entered, and even complained about being interrupted (from playing on her phone) when another customer entered and asked her a question. When I asked how we could resolve the issue she didnt try, and merely stated (repeatedly) thats not my job I dont know nothin about no credit checks.... This has been the first time in my life Ive ever reviewed a business online, but my experience was so bad Im leaving Sprint. My only consolation was that a guy named Caleb was helpful, but I was still unable to upgrade and am now phoneless. Also, Sprint changed my plan without my consent. This store needs to get it together.
The customer service went above and beyond for me! I could never thank them or be more grateful towards them!! My phone was stolen while in the bathroom at the mall. I went to the store to see if they could help me lock it and/or track it. Kelsey and Rhey (I’m pretty sure that was their names) not only opened my account and locked it, but they took their time to help me track down the person as they were leaving the mall with my phone. You can’t ask for any better customer service than that!!
Very good customer service at this store in the town center on the first floor. The lady who works there was very, friendly and very helpful in getting us new phones and giving us info on how to save money on our bill and over the yrs of being with sprint no one has ever told us about these offers and discounts. Highly recommended sprint store.
Excellent customer service... its refreshing to see people still take customer service seriously
I couldnt believe the lack of customer service and professionalism I experienced going into this store the other day. The salespersons friends were hanging out at the counter, yelling on the phone and being quite vulgar. I waited in this store for about 45 minutes before I was even greeted. When I was finally seen, he answered his phone.. a personal phone call.. and proceeded to talk to his friend.. ON SPEAKER PHONE. I was considering signing up as a new customer and switching from another provider but after what I was experiencing there, I changed my mind and went across the hall to AT&T. Sprint has lost a potential customer and will continue to keep losing money if this kind of behavior is aloud to go on.Read the other reviews. The customer service is awful. They arent lying.
The Sprint store upstairs is awesome! Apparently the downstairs location is closed now. Visit Josh and his team for amazing service!
My issue is less with the store and more on the whole provider. It is really 2 major parts and the store cant solve either.1. For some reason where I work and the area around it is really inconsistent with data and browsing. Usually I dont have trouble first thing in the morning, but by lunch I have to update prl, turn airplane mode on and off, or other ways to reset cell data. We have done the trouble shooting, even replaced both the sim card and the phone via sending to LG. It is simply a service issue that has been ongoing for well over a year.2. My moms home suddenly is in and out of service. Sometimes Ill be 3g out there, sometimes LTE, sometimes roaming, and sometimes just nothing at all. The solution they gave me was Use wifi calling. Well, that doesnt exactly help if there is an emergency and power gets knocked out, does it?
Very nice people work at the Sprint store and try to get the problems with a cell phone worked out for you. One of the problems with the cell phone, is the charging port is not made well enough to be able to charge a cell phone every day. Sprint should sale cell phones that do not have to be charged every day. Such as the Sonim xp8, which will hold a charge for at least 48 hours. It would even be better to sell à cell phone that will hold a charge for a week.. My first cell phone held a charge for at least a week.
Fantastic experience team super knowledgeable saved a ton money switching from Verizon
They are nice people but never help. They saying we don’t know call customer service all the time .😢
The employees here are very nice and can help you with just about anything you need. The store does have a limited selection of accessories, and they are almost all significantly overpriced (just like any phone store). Good options for phones/devices, though.
I am so displeased with the sales reps in this store,
Im reviewing the Sprint on the 2nd floor of the mall! Awesome customer service and beautiful displays.
Great customer service and was very helpful
Terrible customer service! Dont waste your time going here!! I cracked my protective screen. The employee exact words was We cant help you, you should have registered it online! Find out what company you bought it from and go online they will send you a new one! It was obvious he was lazy and not gonna go the extra mile to look up what the name brand was (I bought it from Sprint) so I went to the River Walk Store, the employee there went to the back of the store to see if he had a replacement screen, looked up and EVEN printed off my receipt without me asking and was so much more helpful!!
Kelsey helped me get my phone numbers over and my Facebook to my new phone after south ridge would not help me after getting a new phone there. Guy was rude there but Kelsey went out of her way to help me. Will come here now thank you.
Sprint only works in town, when tou get out of town, no carrier works in them there hilllz
Great place to get phones and phone accessories.
Great staff, funny.always get what I need
Woot Woot! New Galaxy S10+! Yay!!!
Their customer service isnt so bad, but I was tricked along with 50 some other people into singing up for an account that was fraudulent due to the method the employee used. I got my phone cut off and then the company offered to set up a new account for me for free. My first bill was $700 after being told itd be around $120
Would give 0 if I could. I fled sprint 8 years ago until they bought out ntelos and forced us to move to them. So far, weve had nothing but issues. My first phone through them broke in 2 weeks and I went two weeks without one while it got fixed. We are also dealing with data caps being hit despite keeping data off. This company double charges and wont refund (reason I left years ago) and are as big thieves as it getsIm not talking about this store in general, although we paid the bill that they arent acknowledging at this location last month, I am talking about the company itself.
They need to bring back the kiosks so people who just need to pay arent waiting in line for a half hour waiting for people buy new phones to finish up.
Awful why doesnt WV have any Corporate Stores ????? We were told we would have to drive to Ohio to resolve our problem. Will he leaving Sprint Soon :-(
Terrible customer service ive ever experienced.too busy yelling at friends in the mall to take care of their customers. The phone conversations are the same very rude
Friendly looking staff but I have Verizon......
I have had the misfortune of shopping at this store a few times in the past few months, and, believe me, I wont venture in there again if I see this one dude working the counter there. He must have learned customer service from Atilla the Hun. The guy is a real loswer. In past experiences with him hes ALWAYS been abrupt, seeming to always have something more important to do and, smirkingly, disavowing any company knowledge of my particular issue. Its always been resolved by another employee.Today, 6/26, provides the latest example. My Boost Mobile cell phone was not recharging properly. He rolled it in his fingers a few times and said, smirkingly (his trademark expression), I guess youll have to get a new phone.I was stunned. What? I thought! I bought that new just a few months ago!Another, employee -- a younger guy, maybe 20 y/o with long, sandy bonde hair -- interrupted the conversation. He took the phone out of the hands on the former guy, opened the back of the phone, removed the battery, made some quick adjustment to it, replaced the back -- VIOLA! It works fine! The former guy wouldnt tell me his name. He is rude, abrupt, quite unfeeling about the quandry distressed customers are experiencing, and quite unapologetic for his seeming disdain for anyone (me) seeking product information (as has happened on a a few previous occassions.I still dont know who this guy is. He wouldnt tell me his name (and got angry that I should dare ask for it) and haughtily retorted that the store didnt have employee numbers or any other identifying meassures. So I guess his paychecks are in Monopoly money.Hes late twenties, medium-length reddish brown hair and wears a goatee. I left the store, walked a few steps away, and returned to confrnt him about his rude, brusque behavior and he defended himself by saying, Hey! We fixed your phone, didnt we?Yeah! HE did! I retorted, pointing to the younger guy. YOU just suggested I buy a new phone! When I told him to expect a phone call from Human Resources soon about this incident, he got further incensed. He flared his nostrils, snorted a few times, and started to say something, but stopped. I guess he realized the depth of the hole he was digging himself into.Well, I hope he gets AT LEAST a reprimand from Corporate about this incident. Perhaps a notation in his permanent employee record?Future customers of the Charleston Town Center Mall Sprint store would be well-advised to avoid this guy!
Franchise stores have the best service
No selection of phones.. High prices
The staff is the BEST!!!
Setup service with Sprint after they purchased Ntelos. Was told would need to pay activation fee for the new service. I did not switch company they got purchased! Phone call after phone call with Sprint and bill is changing every month.
Horrible company! Worse customer service! BEWARE! You will regret it!
Your Phone went to voice mail and its full, all day yesterday, 10/23/18
Nice
Worst pace to get a phone, bad service, very bad customer service.
Friendly, helpful staff
