I shopped at Lake Pajamas several months ago while on vacation. The saleswomen were attentive, cheerful and full of southern hospitality and charm. They were servant-hearted and never failed to go above and beyond to anticipate my needs and helped me find exactly the right pj’s and fit. The atmosphere is beautifully designed, and walking into the store feels like taking in a deep breath of fresh air. The saleswomen are equally refreshing and gracious.

I’ve never dealt with worse customer service in my life. I received these PJs as a gift that I had on my list for a long time. After one wash, following ALL care instructions, there was discoloration on the top. They said their “products don’t do that”, but after reading several reviews, both on here and on Yelp, I know they do. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone and neither should you.

GAME. CHANGER. These pajamas are the gift that everybody wants whether or not they know that they want them. Something about owning a proper set of pajamas makes you sleep better which makes you be awake better. Not only can you buy anyone a perfect gift here, you can also buy some of the most adorable gifts for children, moms, anyone who has children or a mom, or anyone who knows a child or knows a mom. I had no idea what I was missing out on, but I can confidently say that my quality of life has drastically increased since buying a set of jammies from Lake. Thanks Dara for spreading goodness to the world and sharing that indescribable x factor that makes you feel like a winner.

Unbelievably soft and amazing quality. I have ordered many sets for myself, my three girls and my husband. My oldest set is around 4 years old. I machine wash and dry all of them (even though you are not suppose to put them in the dryer). Only my oldest set is just now beginning to show wear around the elastic band on the waist. Hands down favorite jammies and great company to work with. They are always so helpful when I call with questions about colors that match/coordinate between the kids, womens and mens line.

I adore Lake Pajamas! The cotton is soft and great quality. The store in Charleston is nicely laid out and designed.

BEWARE of poor quality!My experience at the store was lovely. I purchase almost $500 worth of pajamas. After one wash one pair started turning pink and more pink after each wash. I contacted customer service and they were no help and basically said it was user error and not their product. I was so disappointed with how unhelpful they were. If you’re going to spend $90+ on pajamas I suggest choosing a brand with better quality like Eberjey or Cosabella - these are softer than LAKE and I’ve washed them 100s of times without them discoloring.Not to go into too many details but no clothes have ever turned pink in my washing machine and I have infants so I use all natural mild cleaners.
