I recently returned a pair of jeans twice and recieved credit back. I went online to use that credit which the last time I checked had 64 dollars and as I went to redeem it to pay for a new pair of jeans, urban outfitters took the balance from my credit and told me I had 0.00 left. I went to contact them and both of the people I talked to ended the chat with me out of the blue, so I went to call them and they told me it would take 2-3 hours to reimberse. The next day I check, still not there. I call them again, they tell me its going to take 2- 3 DAYS. Dont order from online, they will drain your money.

Good luck making a return, they pretty much refuse anything even if it’s same day

Staff is unfriendly and inconsistent with customers. I was told you can’t fit two in a fitting room then watched 2 other parties walk in together! Don’t get me wrong, clothes are trendy. But honestly if you know your size, order online!

Its an urban outfitters. Its like every urban outfitters. Overpriced thrift store clothes that fall apart in the first wash.

Beautiful old theater building!

Beautiful store considering it’s history. Great selection and prices for this time of the year. Only downside was not being able to try on the clothes.. but again, I totally understand the precautions they are making.

Cool building its in and good stuff

Did not realize we walked in right before closing and was in dire need of finding a dress before a wedding an hour later. The kind woman in the back let me try on a dress even though she already had closed up everything and I couldnt be more grateful.

This is an unorganized company who is really bad at returns/exchanges. I picked up an order and it was insanely damaged. Asked for a return to no avail. The online customer service will do nothing for you. Do not give this company any more money. The Charleston store is a mess. The associates are rude.

Urban Outfitters on King Street in Charleston is a great place to find clothes, accessories, and many other types of items at a good value. I like the selection as you never know what you are going to find once you start browsing and digging around. I like the feel and vibe of this store as it is wide open and in a re-purposed theater with high ceilings and a balcony that is fun to explore and walk around in. The staff here is very helpful and attentive and will make sure that you have everything that you need while you are shopping here. I have found some good items here for myself and also many other gift ideas for others on my gift list. They always seem to be getting new items in here and it is worth visiting regularly to check it out.

Urban outfittersI don’t know the history of this building but it was one of the best!I was told it was an original theater and then went on to a community theater and then it was a place that were set up for Art. They still have the original drop-down curtains and the framing, brick and the original chandelier that was placed in there when the building was first built.People were so friendly and it was so clean and organized I WOULD recommend.

The only reason we went inside was to see the original chandelier and stage area from when the building was an opera theater. Excellent architecture and wide open spaces, made to look more industrial with touches of the deco art. Loved it! Plus found a cool elephant cup.

The daughter loves to go in here. Id say it has its unique qualities, but often tend to direct her towards the abundant clearance racks. I like looking at all the different albums and geeky items verses the clothes. As a whole, I would walk into this building looking at the building itself. Go upstairs and look down to take it in. The architecture is quite amazing.

Loved the architecture and the store setup. Was easy to navigate and all the staff were really friendly.

I have personally not ever found to much in there but my wife and daughter enjoy it. The store is pretty cool though work a walk through.

Clean and observed covid-19 protocols but a little pricey for the quality. Obviously geared more toward a younger clientele. I was there with my grandchild.

Took my kids shopping there because they like the style. I asked to use the restroom and they told me to go across the street to chiplote. How can you not have a restroom for customers.

One of my all time favorite stores. Their selection of small items is amazing, especially my new mini waffle maker! Love this place!

The store is set in a historic theater from 1917. Really cool architecture. The store is layed out very well. Has young people clothing of course.

This isn’t really a review, but they lie about their hours. they closed at 7 and it made me upset so i’m writing this post. i just wanted some jeans.

Employees at Urban outfitters charleston were rude and not helpful. We will never shop there again.Beth the manager was the worst. Horrible customer service.

Very helpful staff. They didnt have some of the things I wanted but it is a nice unique store in downtown charleston. Nice clothing, lingerie different nick nacks for the house and things arent to pricey. Definitely visit because you never know what you may find.

Its an urban outfitters. However its in a cool building and a decent sized store. They have a surprising amount of records.

Its like any other Urban Outfitters, but the location is gorgeous. I think its an old theatre of some sort, its a shame it has to house Urban Outfitters though.

Although I came for a long time, there are lots of things I do not understand well and it is fun. Urban Magic who regret after returning home to buy losing impulses looks all cute at the shop! !

The building, which houses the American version Beams and Urban Outfitters, was built as a theater in 1918 (Taisho 7). The Beaux Arts decor stands out from the late 1800s until around 1930.
