Do not go here for printing shipping labels! Normally I go to staples in cross lanes, but we had some errands to run in southridge so I figured they do about the same....wrong. They charge $3 to print one sheet of paper. Now that’s not a lot of money, but for a shipping label that’s been paid for by the buyer it is! Customer service was great, just way over priced on one printed sheet of paper
I hardly ever go here, however, I went online to see if they had the two Epson scanners I wanted. They did! I went in and saw the exact scanners - Epson V600 & FF 680 were there! BUT they were more expensive- on was about a $120 difference and the other about $20-30. I went up front and ask the cashier would they price match with Amazon —— um NO! Only Walmart, Target and some other store - because by then I was like - WOW! I said - it’s over a $140 price difference— his reply. That’s probably why they stopped price matching. I just said okay. Because I’m not going to argue with him. BUT this is why your store is empty!!!! This is why we are losing physical stores !!! Now I’m going to buy it online, get free shipping, and they will arrive in two days. I guess I’ll just stick with Amazon - if only you would have price matched. He didn’t even care - sad.They had perhaps 3 customers in the whole store - me included and I walked out without the 2 printer purchase. 🤔Update : I just went a little further down I. The plaza and went to Best Buy —- they price matches off Amazon— within 15 min rolled out of the store with my items - Woot Woot!
Last week I bought a set of pens that were the wrong size. I came back this week with the pens unused to exchange for the correct size. Instead of processing an exchange, the cashier refunded to the gift card I no long had. I told him that I just needed to exchange for the correct size. The manager came to the front and said there is nothing he can do since the money went back to the gift card. Basically I went out there and gave them back an unused product for no money or new product in exchange. Extremely disappointed since I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years, not the way people who want to keep customers should act.Update-- the cost is less expensive on amazon and as it turns out, an online store has better customer service than the brick and mortar store.Update 2- I did email to the place below and never got a response
I visited this location to print a custom sleeve for a vinyl record, but the associate at the print shop refused to print the document for me. He said it was copyright material and that it could not be printed, but it was a fan-made design and I only wanted a single copy printed for personal use. I wasnt asking him to print me 700 copies so I could sell the prints online for a profit. I will never return to OfficeMax after this. I will gladly take my business elsewhere if employees want to try to be hall monitors for multi-billion dollar corporations and elites that dont even know they exist.
Marilyn who is the printing supervisor is such a fantastic employee who goes that extra mile.Today she showed professionalism and patients helping me and I want to thank her public ally for making my shopping experience one that will have me coming back for more.Well done Marilyn.

At 5:45 p.m. on Saturday October 31st dont go into OfficeMax if you need something printed they will not be able to print it for you because there is not enough time just thought I would help everyone and let the world know that ....call me Karen I just dont like it when people in customer service are lazy.
Everytime I go to this Office Max store everyone is friendly and willing to help with my needs. The copies I needed were very good. Always helped me find what items I needed.
Went in with a business printer in mind. The staff was very knowledgeable and if they didnt know they found it out quickly. Definitely will buy there again
I came in to see if OfficeMax had a rewards program that worked with local schools. I spoke to the manager and he was super helpful! He even donated a box of number 2 pencils to our school! This OfficeMax is amazing and I would reccomend them over and over again to anyone who needs office, home, or school supplies!
The stores inventory was well-organized, but many of the spots were not filled with merchandise and instead left empty with the tags on the spot. Not impressed by the stores customer service. Requested assistance from the printing department to have some invitations printed out and ended up taking almost the entire day. I was told that I would receive a call when the employee was able to get to it and finish printing it. Decided to return before closing and a different employee in the department informed me that the flash-drive was put in a box on the counter and was not taken care of and they would have to finish it, which took maybe 5 minutes max. Not impressed by the service.
We were looking to buy a new printer. When we walked in, a young woman asked if she could help us. She was very knowledgeable, turned out to be one of the managers, steered us in the right direction and took us to the cash register and proceeded to check us out. Thats what we call full service.
Very fast printing of online order. Just wish pickup time was given in order process. Excellent customer service in store, lots of smiles.
After spending 20 minutes trying to just get business cards made for my wife I left mad and wont return being pushed to do it on the computer then told after I have completed the work they should be doing since I was the only one in there that she cant do business cards I drove over 20 miles to get here just take my business to vista print
They have absolutely anything you need for Personal or business if it involves office, school they have it all !

I had a gift card for $50, was trying to purchase something for $64 dollars. I tried to pay the difference in cash and the manager was extremely rude. Told me they couldnt split the payment I left without buying anything.

Every time I go in here the staff makes me feel like they want me to leave, I had to corner an employee there to get them to help me then when they started to help me they acted like they wanted me to jump off a cliff.
