My fiancé and I just began the process of opening our own furniture retail store and we wanted some polo shirts with our logo. We are so pleased with how the embroidered polo shirts came out! We sent our logo files to be digitized, picked out the type of shirt/fabric we wanted, chose sizes and colors, and within two or so weeks we had our shirts! We have been using Sign Monkey for all of our business sign needs for several years and have always had wonderful experiences with them. The owners are very knowledgeable and explain every option in detail. Prices are great and turn around time is very fast. They have an eye for graphics and will make suggestions to ensure the end product is perfect.

Steve does great work for us and is very economical. He worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted after a couple revisions. Never found anybody here to be rude, but quite the opposite, but then again, I didnt go in there with the idea that the customer is always right. Its not Burger King and Im sorry, the customer isnt always right. I work in a customer service field and its all about communication and understanding.

I took a personalized team support tshirt to a dry cleaner on daniel island.....i was due to pick it up on Friday....today at noon......the manager at the drycleaner called me at 1030 am to tell me the shirt is ruined....now what to do..... i was leaving saturday morning to drive 4 hours to see my son play for yhe eastern championshipI was so angry and frustrated....where would i find a business to personalize a new tshirt today...i searched the internet and found charleston shirt factor and signs near by....i called and explained yo them what happened...i asked if the shirt could be ready today....he told me the sooner i come in...the sooner he could have it done.....i explained to him what i wanted and when i got there...he already had the image on the computer...with a few additions...the final image was ready to be printed....it was printed and ready within an hour....and not only was the price reasonable...i received 2 shirts for the price of one.....i was so satisfied with their service...i wanted to write a review to pass on the work that my experience was a wonderful one. Extremely rude!!! Horrible service!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!! I was treated so poorly by these people that it made me so upset I decided to write this. They tried to make me feel like an idiot because I do not understand how this industry charges for certain types of printing. They were never busy but everything took forever. After this experience, i found others in my community that have shared my experiences so Im glad I posted this. These people have a lot to learn and will never get any of our companies business again.

I dont know the fellows name that I spoke with but I called to inquire about their service and he spoke to me in a patronizing manner. He wasnt very helpful. It may not have been his intent and I may not have been clear but I was turned off before even getting anything done. I will go elsewhere. Things to avoid in customer service is talking to potential customers as if they are clueless. Ask questions if you arent clear on what they want. You dont know everything.

Poor service and very slow! Do not waste time and money here!
