When you walk in you are immediately greeted by a strong smell of ammonia. Unsure whether it is urine or cleaning agents but it kills your appetite immediately. Seeing only half of the machines functional with no variety of flavors kills the rest of your appetite. Do not recommend.

Got triple flavor with all the toppings for a great cup of frozen yogurt.

Great find! This was the cleanest ice cream store I have probably ever been into. Lindsay and Winn were extremly friendly and entertaining, definetly bring your kids to this TCBY. They are very accmodating- and knowledgeable made our first day here a memorable one. We will be stopping in one last time before we leave.

TCBY on Windermere Boulevard in West Ashley is one of my go to places for yogurt, cold treats, and cool drinks. My favorite part is all of the different options and toppings available I do not think I have had the same thing twice all of the times I have been here.The staff here is very accommodating and patient even with larger and more complicated orders that I bring their way on occasion. They make the process easy and I am able to be on my way with no problems.This is a good place to go after a long day for something different.

I took one star away because the strawberries were literally mush. There were blueberries.The positives were that they had coffee flavor which is my favorite. I did mostly coffee with chocolate on the side and blueberries on the chocolate part. It was amazing! But I wouldve been even happier to have strawberries.

This is a corner store for us. we almost always get the exact same product with the same extras. more or less a small amount of yogurt and one small amount of nuts. the staff is always friendly and helpful.never fails we see moms and children we know, so we hang out and socialize.too bad dog cant come in and have a cool taste, too. but he gets his fair share from children outside

I came in with my boyfriend last week and this nice asian young lady gave us an exceptional costumer service! She was very cheerful and also very helpful with the costumer.. Not just that she’s really nice to us.. She was also very good at assisting this kid who’s mother was outside because she has a dog and this lady assisted this kid very patiently from getting the yogurt and putting the toppings on.Awesome experience!!!

We visited for some early evening TCBY on 8/25/18. We enjoyed our yogurt but the cleanliness of the store was disappointing. Tables were dirty, floor was messy, and trash was full and needed to be emptied. The employee was not engaging or seemed proactive in cleaning the store. We will come back but hope for a cleaner environment.

I like the boba and the popping pearls and they always have new flavors this place has the jam or I mean the cream-of-the-crop actually its not really cream its frozen yogurt

Yogurt was good, service was great. But some of the toppings were kind of stale.

I went by on a Monday to try them out for the first time and they were closed at 2:30pm? i assume they do not yet have enough staff? I just now called as I want to try again today ( Thursday ) however this phone number rings to a fax so I cant even confirm if they will be open......not a great start but it is a great product in a great location so I will hope.

They always have the toppings I like.

I visited This store today with my son, SMH, never again will I ever ever ever go back .walked in they were three people, all looked at us and turned their heads . We stood there a few more sec.o e girl then ask if we needed help.I said yes weve never been here before how does it work .she said cups over there and different flavor .I brushed that off. We went to pay I ask the girl are there lids for the cups .she said yeah back here then said put your cup there so I can weigh it to tell you how much it is .I paid she put a lid on it then pick it up slammed it back on the scale .at that moment I walked to the door told my son lets go right now.just right before that I told a guy(white) hello he looked at me then turned his head .SOME of you people need to grow up, youll day is coming .no need to treat any one like that .hurts my heart .you probably do t care, like I said bet Ill never be back to this store or any other store in that area .

Great concept but decor was old and worn. I added crumbled heath and oreo which were both stale and not crunchy.

Its a TBCY they have fro-yo and toppings its clean and the staff is nice, what more do you want.

I stood at the empty counter for 20 minutes while the worker was in the back room. She came out once but ignored me before returning to the back room. By the time my friends finished theres I was so angry I just put the yogurt on the counter and left.

We came about 9:30pm (sign says closed at 10pm), and had terrible service. The manager seemed upset that we came so late, as she was ready to close. We took the ice-cream outside, and watched as she turned away several more customers who came 20 minutes before 10pm.

Good place. Not always the cleanest, but no real complaints.

Out of the 10 different flavors 3 we’re working. employee didn’t say a word to us from the time we walked in to the time we left including when we paid.

This place is AWFUL! I came in today and there’s no CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a general manager of a restaurant and I know what Customer service is and keeping a store neat and tidy if not clean! But this store just threw me off! Staff was rude, Topping bar looked like a huge storm just passed by, they’re trash are OVERFLOWING! Handscooped bar looks like it has not been cleaned for months! Bathroom has splash of water all over the floor and pee spots on the toilet seat and again trash is overflowing toilet paper all over the freaking floor! It’s just freaking AWFUL!!! I will never ever come back I will never recommend this place at all not even to my family and friends!!

Not all TCBYs in the Charleston area are bad but the one in South Windmere Id advise you not to work at if you dont agree with discrimination! The manager discriminates against people with disabilities and people of different ethnicities. Some people that worked there quit because nothing was done to the manager after it was brought to the attention of the owners that one of the employees was discriminated against for having anxiety. The manager of the store would send very crucial and nasty messages to employees and steal money out of their tips. I would advise anyone to not apply to this store. The management at the Tanger outlet, Mt. Pleasant, and James Island stores are way more respectful and dont discriminate at all. Also having been a customer of the store the manager is very rude. I politely asked her if they had mochi in the back and was told what you see in the front is what you can get. I asked for the manager and she stayed she was the manager. I left the store because I refuse to be disrespected. I went to the James Island where I was treated nicely with respect, like a paying customer.

Was just here on Sunday (6/11/16 @ 1pm). After fixing my cup, staff told me they did not take Amex after the new owners took over. Staff (older brunette) not very receptive to guests. I got $0.85 worth of yogurt but was told they dont take Amex. Rather than just say, hey, its ok, pay us next time, she reaches over the counter and takes the $0.85 yogurt cup and tells me you can get it when you pay. So I told her it would melt and got well you can make another one in a sarcastic, condecending tone. Friendly indeed. They should find staff better suited for this position but can understand if they cannot afford to since there is usually no one in here and the yogurt is mediocre at best. Good luck to you, new owner!
