I’ll echo what’s been said by others: don’t ignore the reviews. Placed an order on Monday May 3 online, for a Thursday May 6 delivery. Stipulated in the notes that we needed the delivery between 9 am and 2pm Thursday. Called store on Wednesday afternoon just to follow up on the scheduling. Store associate had a difficult time even locating my order, despite the fact that I told her I had an email confirmation and order number. She continually tried to look it up under names, and after a few tries found it. Not sure what the purpose of an order number is if it can’t be used to find my order in the system?Explained the situation to the associate who put me on hold, had a conversation with (presumably) her manager that I could overhear, then got back on the phone to say “we can’t guarantee delivery times.” Let her know how extremely unhappy I was to hear this and that we’d want a refund if not delivered by 2. The gift recipient leaves the office at 2 daily. It was useless to us if gift could not be delivered by then. Submitted a customer service complaint online as well.Called the store again Thursday morning, hoping at this point there may be better customer service if they got a nudge from corporate…same associate. Had to take a few tries to find my order and gave me the same “we cannot guarantee it” answer. Also, her system apparently would not even let her see if the order was already made or on truck for delivery? Told me she would “call the driver,” put me on hold briefly, and came back on the line to say “he would do his best to make it.”The order was delivered to our office at 2:39 pm. Employee had left for the day. And here’s the real kicker: no one was in reception in our small office at that time. The driver just left it on the counter and walked out. Owner of office happened to see it when he walked out to the lobby area a while later. Driver apparently did not even try to knock on a few office doors or walk around to see if anyone was available. Left a perishable item and just WALKED OUT.Abysmal experience from start to finish and a monumental waste of money.

Ordered a small dessert platter for our anniversary; delivered by a friendly gentleman who took a picture of the delivery. It lasted us 3 days and was both pretty and delicious!

I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful (and patient!) people working at this location!! Neil and Charlotte have been exceptionally gracious to my mishaps with not realizing how delivery, pick up, etc worked. Wanted to make my husband’s birthday special while he was away at training (2hr time difference and several states away) and it didn’t go as well as I thought it would in my mind lol. But they have been so amazing dealing with my constant calls and changes with all the twists and turns. I am beyond grateful to you all and so thankful I chose Edible Arrangements to help celebrate my husband. 🤗

This location has EXCELLENT customer service. I used to work in retail and know what its like to make sure the client is satisfied. So I ordered my gf something from here and they forgot to add the personalized card. They called me back that same day and apologized and refunded me for the missing card, but then also brought it to me the next day with free 6 chocolate covered strawberries for the inconvenience. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice as well! They also get 5 stars because their product always taste great and presented perfectly.

I am very disappointed. The manager said I should be kinder for human error...there was no excuse for sending a strawberry with black rot on it...no there isnt a shortage of strawberries. The strawberries looked old. We are looking for a house there and I use Edible Arrangements alot...

This location is completely incompetent! I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered in mid February and they delivered it at the end of January! The only reason I’m giving them one star is because they did at least refund my money and I can’t give them zero stars. I do not understand how they could make such a HUGE mistake and try to patronize me by saying, “oh I’m sure the person who got it must’ve really enjoyed it.” What a$$holes!

I spent $125.00 on an arrangement that wasn’t even worth $5.00. The service was horrible; rushed; rude; and unprofessional during my pick-up. The arrangement looked rushed as well. The few people I did see worked very poor under pressure. It was two of us in there for pick-up and they ran around as if it was 30 people—only to hand me my arrangement without the message card which was the most important part to me. I didn’t find out until I got halfway to my employee engagement. When I called back and expressed that my message wasn’t on the bouquet the lady tried to accuse me of moving the message card. I have no reason to move the card or lie about it; yet she was adamant about accusing me of their mistake! No integrity whatsoever. I would’ve felt better had she simply just apologize. No one pays this kind of money to waste on fruits only for the order to not include the one thing I needed it to. To go back & forth with a customer about your mishap is beyond me. Then she tried to make it seem like coming back was such an easy fix when I already stated that I was on a time limit. “So what do you want me to do?” She asked rudely. Well, try being considerate, understanding, professional, and accountable with the rest of your customers because I will NEVER come back. A little customer service 101 is what I want you to take-up; since a refund or a discount was too much to give, maybe that’ll be easier. Coming from a professional who works in an emergency room during such a time as this—NOTHING is too hard to resolve with a little professionalism and compassion; we all make mistakes; it’s how we handle it that counts; and handing out fruits shouldn’t be that hard.

You can’t even place orders online . My mother’s birthday is tomorrow & I’ve been trying for 3 days to get her delivery set . Every time after I put my card info in its say they’re encountering issues . I call my local edible arrangements ( west ashley - this location ) to get no help . I’m told I have to pay almost a 40$ delivery fee ( mind you the place I’m trying to get it delivered is literally 5 minutes from here ) on top of the regular price of the item . Meanwhile I was trying to do it online it says free delivery . The employee tells me that’s just online, wells what’s the difference ? Same item, same place . First & last time w this business

Do not support this company. They do not care about their employees. A lovely elderly man employee delivered an arrangement today, and the company required a signature for delivery. I refused the signature and thanked him for understanding. I’m baffled that this co is sending their employees out to collect signatures during a pandemic. This man is more susceptible to covid-19 as someone over the age of 45 AND is African American. I can’t stand beside any employer and business that puts their policies over the health & safety of their employees. This man could be my dad or grandfather. His health & safety matters more than a dumb platter of chocolate covered strawberries.

I live in Florida my son is stationed in CharlestonMy son and wife had their first son and I decided to send an editable arrangement cuz of the COVID-19... this location attended to each of my continuous calls! Very attentive, offer great customer service and definitely proactive! My only nich is I had asked for the teddy bear to be wrapped in plastic due to COVID-19 and that wasn’t accomplished... otherwise all was perfect. Thanks for all your service on making my son’s and wife day extra special 💯

We sent a box of strawberries to my mother-in-law for her birthday yesterday. Just got a call from her and was informed that over half her fruits were mushy and overripe. Since were on the road a lot of the time, the delivery service is super convenient for us to send gifts but I feel we cant trust this store.

WHY DID I IGNORE THE REVIEWS!?!?! Only half of my order was delivered and when I called immediately after hoping the driver could just turn around and drop the rest off Savannah said it was never even put on the truck so all they can do is drop it off later tonight at a different address of my choice, but not a clue what time that would be. I asked for a refund of the item that wasnt delivered and without skipping a beat she said its been refunded to your card. Well, I didnt pay with a card I paid through pay pal so I want a confirmation email. I would have paid way more money with a competitor just to avoid this type of customer service.

I did a pick up at the location. The staff was pleasant, the arrangements were ready when I arrived. I ordered online and I was nervous that I would have to wait beyond the scheduled pick up time, I had nothing to worry about, everything was perfect!!!

They worst ! Never received what I ordered called twice . Told me it would be delivered to my home cause they never delivered to work . Called and was told it will be delivered around 5, so I have to sit around all day ? Really the girl I spoke with had no clue what she was doing. So I’m hoping they put my money back on my card !!! Ridiculous!!!! As I read the other reviews nothing is ever offered for their mistakes. Wait to go edible, great customer service...

I do not recommend anyone trust this company! The only thing I guarantee you is they will gladly take your money! And not deliver your surprise to your special loved one! So disappointed in this purchase! I wish I would have read previous reviews I would not have done business here! I plan to call my bank first thing Monday-the better business bureau-corporate Edible arrangements as well as the manager of this company! For being a business your customer service and satisfaction is a BIG FAT ZERO!!! You sure get the prize for not caring if you make people HAPPY and putting a smile on someones face! Come on really! You drive to my daughters house you dont knock on the door-ring the bell or blow the horn but you will gladly leave a not in the mail box! I hope your fruit gets flies!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this rock hard nasty fruit as it will just end up in the garbage can. It should be called inedible arrangements! Incredibly overpriced and horrible quality, you end up with a $5 mug that advertises the company for the $40 sticker price. I am amazed this company is still in business

This place is horrible!! I placed an order to be delivered and it never was. So I call the following morning to ask what happen and given the run around. When I asked to speak with management I was told she wasn’t there, and was hung up on. I called backed and ask for corporate’s number and she magically appeared on the phone, stating she was never told I wanted to speak with her. I asked for corporate’s number again and she gave me the wrong number!!

This location has to be the worst, I purchased a large fruit basket for my grandmothers Birthday. When I did speak to her she said the fruits were sour.. I called to the store to notify them of the issue and Bryan was very rude.. I wasnt calling for a refund, I even suggested sending a coupon or something. Didnt even apologize for it or anything, this location will not get any more of my Business!!

Did not deliver at all contacted main office told I had to wait up to 48 hrs for this store to contact me for a refund. Terrible idea never buy anything from them again . If I could give NO STARS I would.
