I am a technician for a market leading company in the food industry located in Mount Pleasant and called to ask if your company distibutes a very specific electrical component in the Charleston area and who might have it close by in larger quantities. (if possible)The customer service representative (lady) said umm we are the McNaughton-McKay Electric Company - I assured her that I am aware (I did my research) and that this is why I am calling your company. she quickly said I will put you through to one of the guys and gone she was.I stayed on the phone and was kicked out of the line a minute later.Not the customer service I am used to.I would still appreciate it if I could get a contact to get my questions answered and possible business rolling so I can bump this review up a couple of stars.Thank you in advance.
