I am a recent refugee from Hurricane Harvey and arrived in Charleston on 8/31/17 to stay with my uncle after losing my house, belongings and everything except what was in my car at the time the hurricane hit.I arrived in Charleston and was lost. I happened to stop at this establishments parking lot immediately off the freeway while I tried to figure out the GPS directions. I was greeted by the proprietor, and I explained my situation and requested directions to my destination.I have never been greeted with such a lack of empathy, a treatment that if I wasnt there to by Wallpaper, that I should remove myself from the premises regardless of my situation. The white-haired proprietor was as rude and unwilling to even provide the simplest of directions since I was obviously not a purchasing customer. I pray that this individual doesnt ever need the simplest of Christian courtesies. I pray that this person is not indicative of Charleston. God bless.
The staff was extremely helpful and I was so surprised to find that they do more than just wallpaper.
Just went in this evening to get idea. The lady that helped us was very helpful with ideas and extremely nice.
