After much research, we ordered twin XL quadruple bunk beds with stairs for our bunk nook. Sarah was delightful to work with, her schematic design affirmed this configuration would work in our odd sized bedroom. Brian assembled the unit. Both were professional, communicative and had excellent follow through. The product is sturdy and safe. Could not be happier.

I was very satisfied with the service when I bought a piece of furniture from Matrix a few years ago. I recommended the store numerous times since then. Seemed like a no brainer when I returned to add to the collection. Boy was I wrong. I was finally able to get inside the store after three visits and a required appointment was made on a calendar app. The sales person seemed less than anxious to help. She didnt respond at all to small talk. She gave me the measurements of what I was looking at and seemed bothered when I asked her to repeat it. She informed me of the price and that there would be an increase next week. That was it. No thank you, no nothing. Just buy it now for this price or pay more next week. I left there feeling that I was a burden and perhaps its best to order online without the expectation of human interaction. After 3 visits and a repeat buyer I expect more but thats just me.

We ordered two twin trundle beds, a desk and a small chest. The furniture needed to be delivered to another home out of state. Sarah worked with us to insure the furniture arrived at the house when we would be there to accept delivery. We love the furniture and the customer service was great! Would recommend this store and this furniture to anyone.

This store is beautiful! Lots of quality furniture to chose from, and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. My daughter did not want to leave! We purchased a bed and dresser and we got it very fast (it was in our home within 3 weeks) and we are very happy with the quality. Love that it will grow with us and we have a local resource to come to when its time to add something to it. Great to have this in the area, we had been looking for months and could not find anything we liked. Definitely worth checking out!

We ordered a loft queen bed with stairs. I put it together today by myself in 4 hours, and my 10 year old daughter is beside herself with excitement. We love it!

Be warned, this store has the worst customer service! We placed an order in the store, however, when the items arrived to our home they didnt fit the bed as promised by Scott (sales ass.). The reason behind us choosing the particular bed was for the storage bins and drawer combo. The sales ass. didnt understand the products enough to understand the combo wouldnt fit. He sold them to us anyway. When we went to the store owner to return the bed, etc.. he straight out refused the return. It was within the 48 hours of the receipt of goods. I called the corporate office and was told I had to go through the store for returns and they couldnt help me. They obviously dont stand by their product or their stores. Very disappointing, our family will never return.

Our favorite kids furniture store! We love the European quality and design. Made to LAST and can be passed on from one kid to another still looking brand new. Previously we bought cheap bookcases and desks online from discount chains, but they became warped, scratched or cracked already during the assemply. No more cheap junk for us! Worth every penny to get quality furniture that last.

Bought a loft bed at their big summer sale. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Had my sons bed (which was a floor model) within a week. Could of had earlier if I wanted. Btw, their delivery company, Charleston Xpress, was top notch also. Kinda wished they made adult beds :)

We got the xl twin over the queen with the tent and it is perfect. The bed is not cheapest, but I wanted quality and that’s what I got.The staff at Maxtrix is amazing as well. I had a very bad experience with another company and I asked the Maxtrix staff a lot of questions.
