This place is amazing! Besides being in a convenient location, it is just chock full of amazing gifts and home goods.I absolutely love all their fragrances but Kiss My Grits and Charleston Tea Olive are my favorites. Every time Ive been here, Ive been treated warmly and Ive always been able to find the perfect gift.Seriously, if youre looking for really unique Charleston gifts, look no further!

If you are looking for a store with Charleston items, look no further. I was searching for retailers that sell Callies Hot Biscuit items and this place was the closest. I probably spent a good 30 minutes here looking at all the great food items they have here and chatting with the cashier. I found out in that time frame that they offer candle and soap making classes. I would definitely want to come back and try that out. Prices are very reasonable as the triangle tea bags from the Charleston Tea Plantation only cost my $8.50. It was a lot cheaper than a drive out there!

Gina was super friendly and helpful, took the time to educate me about scented oils and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, awesome customer service and great place, I highly recommend! Oh and the music playing in the store was excellent too!

Pluff Mud Merchantile is a beautiful small store and a real treasure. Here you find unique decorative items and gifts that remain in memory for a long. Upon entering, the scent of the handmade candles fills your nose. The candles are soy-based, and the natural fragrance enchants the whole house. Try The Middleton scent. Gina is super accommodating and shares her extensive knowledge with her customers. I can very much recommend Pluff Mud Mercantile.
