The work was done quickly and accurately, and the staff are top -notch. Friendly, professional, honest (even if it would have benefited them more to tell me what I wanted to hear). Pulled up in buisness vehicle and was automatically discriminated against. Tried to have a positive comunication attempt with the owners son, and he supported his actions demonstrated in claimed property outside his buisness, a “right of way” because of lack of parkng. After sacrificing my time and patiently waiting for other customers to conduct their buisness with him and leave, I professionaly asked to speak to the owner, and he said that I am the closest I was gonna get. When I asked to be able to speak to the owner, all he would say is “please leave”, like the juvenile demonstrated repeatedily. My voice has been earned and defended by my sacrifice, as well as my right to express it professionaly and respectfuly. Beware, and be cautious.

I needed to get a custom engraved gift in a short period of time. I called and Spoke with Phaedra for a while who walked me through the process of picking something out and the cost. I didnt want to have to pay an arm and a leg for a last minute order. Their last minute cost was only like 10 which I thought was a great deal. I was able to order the gift for my boss on a monday and pick it up on a wednesday- totally worth it! Phaedra made the entire experience painless and enjoyable, and the finished product came out really nice, I like to give credit where credit is due- way to go girl!

I had a terrible experience here. After speaking on the phone with a very condescending woman I then drive almost 40 minutes there to still give them a shot because their engraving looked very nice and they were some of the only ones to say they do gun engraving. When I got there they sent me away after saying its too large and no other recommendations. I instead ended up at palmetto awards where the staff was incredibly nice, helpful in helping me with directions there and even helpful in finding a machine that would work to engrave the gun instead of just turning me away.

Ive always got great ideas for things to be engraved but until I found this shop I was never able to make them a reality. I got a tiger paw laser burned into my leather wallet, a laser engraved name tag for my desk, an engraved phone cover for my wife, the list goes on.I provided vector artwork for my pieces to avoid the art fee, but if you arent tech-savvy/artistic they have a graphic designer on-staff that can bring your idea to life for a few bucks either in-person or through emailThis shop is a little hard to find, located behind the Cobwebs thrift shop on Wapoo road.Their turnaround time is pretty quick (3 or 4 days on all of my items) but if you are rushing to get your wifes anniversary present engraved the day-of, bring it in the morning and they can have it done before you get off work
