I usually dread going to jewelry stores because I feel looked down on by the people who work there. BUT Towne Square Jewelers was a completely different story! The employees there are so down to Earth and know their stuff! Plus they got my wedding ring done almost a month earlier than they had originally planned. Which was fantastic for me, because that’s just one more thing crossed off of my busy wedding planning list! One less thing to worry about.Also, I haven’t had too much time to look at it, but from what I saw, their jewelry selection is so unique! They have amazing classy pieces, but also really cool modern pieces that I’ve never seen before! I will definitely be telling my (soon-to-be) husband to shop there for anniversaries in the future!

This place is great! They were super helpful to my fiancé finding the perfect ring! I received a goodie bag with awesome stuff and got my ring back from being sized so quickly!! Highly recommend. Oh and I LOVE my ring!

I went to Towne Square Jewelers to have a pavé diamond replaced on a special ring. The entire experience was great from dropping it off and feeling secure about leaving it, to the pick up and they offered to clean my other rings. Friendly & helpful staff with gorgeous jewelry to choose from as well. And it wasn’t outrageously priced for the repair either. Great local business.

Me and my hubby decided to re-do our floors, and I bent the prongs on my beautiful ring trying to use the tile cutter ( I am not a flooring specialist haha). I was in hysterics because I feared due to the current State restrictions, they were unavailable, I couldn’t get my ring fixed. I sent a message online and INSTANTLY got a response that they could help me. I brought it in the following day. They tightened everything up, for a great price.... but I am super OCD and I need my ring to be absolutely perfect. I noticed there was a slight catching and bend in a prong. She was super helpful and took it back to have the jeweler work in it. A few days later, my ring was ready. Again I noticed some slight variation on the prong. They took it back in, adjusted it, and the jeweler himself brought it out to me. I was so happy. It looked perfect, and the staff was so polite to me, even though I had many requests. I love this place, and definitely recommend it to everyone I know!!!

I needed a head replacement on my wedding set. On the advice of two different friends I came to Towne Square Jewelers. I was so pleased with the help and guidance I received from the staff! The ring was done in a short amount of time and I am so pleased with the results! I would highly recommend them to my other friends now!

This is my favorite place to be. I love to look around and look at all the new merchandise. When you walk through the door you are greeted by name and that is very uncommon. The staff are all knowledgeable about the products. I also like to look at the custom work that Terry has made. I also walked in the store one day looking for an emerald cut good quality diamond for a pendant and he opened up a book with loose stones and I found the perfect diamond. Terry custom made the mount for the stone and it was perfect.

Everybody was so helpful and nice!! I called earlier in the morning to see if they had the ring I needed exchanged and they pulled and held it for me until I could get there. All the workers were super helpful in telling me what they like best and were upfront with pricing. Will definitely be going back for any more jewelry needs!

All the staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I went into the store to have a piece of my mothers jewelry changed into something I could wear on a daily basis.
